目前,现有的单垄双苗带播种机一种是采用靴式开沟器,圆盘浮土,动土量多,保墒效果差,浮土厚度不均匀,造成播种深度不一致,出苗不齐,另一种是采用双圆盘配挡土板开沟,双苗带之间距离小,容易造成拖堆现象,影响后期的播种作业质量。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种单垄双苗带四圆盘开沟播种镇压免耕装置,它主要解决了现有的单垄双苗带播种机一种是采用靴式开沟器,圆盘浮土,动土量多,保墒效果差,浮土厚度不均匀,采用双圆盘配挡土板开沟,双苗带之间距离小,容易造成拖堆现象等问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,单垄双苗带四圆盘开沟播种镇压免耕装置由:平土铲、播种单体支架、圆盘支臂、播种圆盘、仿形轮、仿形轮调节手柄、V型镇压轮构成。平土铲安装在播种单体支架的前端,两个对称的圆盘支臂安装在播种单体支架上,在每个圆盘支臂上对称安装有播种圆盘,仿形轮对称安装在播种单体支架上,仿形轮调节手柄固装在播种单体支架上,前端与仿形轮相连接,两组对称的V型镇压轮安装在播种单体支架上。该产品结构简单,设计合理,由于采用了四圆盘开沟,V型镇压方式对已耕或未耕的土地进行播种,内外侧土壤通透性好,不会造成推堆现象,浮土厚度均匀,保证了播种深度一致,出苗整齐,两组V型镇压轮分别对两个苗带进行镇压,土壤压的实,保墑效果好,提高了播种作业质量。

下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的最佳实施例,单垄双苗带四圆盘开沟播种镇压免耕装置由:平土铲1、播种单体支架2、圆盘支臂3、播种圆盘4、仿形轮5、仿形轮调节手柄6、V型镇压轮7构成。平土铲1安装在播种单体支架2的前端,两个对称的圆盘支臂3安装在播种单体支架2上,在每个圆盘支臂3上对称安装有播种圆盘4,仿形轮5对称安装在播种单体支架2上,仿形轮调节手柄6固装在播种单体支架2上,前端与仿形轮5相连接,两组对称的V型镇压轮7安装在播种单体支架2上。
工作原理:播种时,首先由平土铲1将垄上的杂物及石块等推走,使垄平整,四个播种圆盘4在同一个垄体上开有两个苗带,播种双条作物,通过仿形轮调节手柄6、调节仿形轮5与播种圆盘4之间的位置,确定播种深度,通过两组对称V型镇压轮7对2个播种苗带进行镇压,达到土壤保墑的作用。
