Therefore, in order to reduce the force acting on the vertical upright 81 during the lifting of the wire rope 9 and improve the stability of the whole front oil bailing vehicle, as shown in fig. 1, a damper 5 is connected between each fixed slip 4 and the side wall of the funnel sealing cylinder 1.
In order to facilitate the installation of the damper 5, two groups of symmetrically arranged lugs 6 are fixed on the side wall of the funnel sealing cylinder 1, each group of lugs 6 comprises at least two lugs 6 which are arranged at intervals up and down, and the number of the lugs 6 is the same as that of the fixing slips 4. Lifting lugs 7 are fixed on each fixed slip 4, and two ends of the shock absorber 5 are respectively connected with the hanging lugs 6 and the corresponding lifting lugs 7.
In detail, in order to achieve a better damping effect, as shown in fig. 8, the damper 5 includes a cylinder 51 having a damping chamber, a damping spring 52 is sleeved at the center of the damping chamber, two locking rings 53 are symmetrically sleeved on two sides of the damping spring 52, two cushion rings 54 are symmetrically sleeved on two sides of the two locking rings 53, and two through holes are coaxially formed in two end surfaces of the cylinder 51. Two hanging nails 55 are symmetrically inserted at two ends of the shell of the cylinder body 51 in an axially sliding manner, and the inner ends of the hanging nails 55 sequentially penetrate through the through holes, the cushion rings 54 and the locking rings 53 and are in threaded connection with the locking rings 53. The outer ends of the two hanging nails 55 extend out of the end face of the cylinder body 51 and are respectively connected with the hanging lugs 6 and the lifting lugs 7.
The cushion ring 54 is made of rubber. Thus, in the lowering process of the steel wire rope 9, the funnel sealing cylinder 1 can be subjected to vibration load and can move downwards, two hanging nails 55 in each shock absorber 5 can axially extend outwards, and at the moment, a certain shock absorption effect can be achieved by the aid of the two cushion rings 54 in each shock absorber 5. During the lifting process of the steel wire rope 9, the funnel sealing cylinder 1 is subjected to vibration load and moves upwards, so that the two hanging nails 55 in each damper 5 retract axially inwards and compress the damper springs 52, and certain damping effect can be achieved by the damper springs 52 in each damper 5. Therefore, the two-way vibration reduction effect is achieved through the effects of the vibration reduction springs 52 and the two cushion rings 54 in each vibration reducer 5, the axial thrust or the axial tension of the funnel sealing cylinder 1 during the vertical movement can be relieved, the better vibration reduction effect is achieved, and the stability of the steel wire rope 9 in the lifting process is improved.
The damper 5 may serve not only to damp vibrations but also to stabilize the funnel sealing cylinder 1 in cooperation with the fixing slips 4. Specifically, the axial position of the funnel sealing cylinder 1 can be roughly adjusted by adjusting the height of the position of each fixing slip 4 fixed on the vertical upright 81; the length of the hanging nail 55 extending out of the cylinder body 51 can be adjusted through the threaded screwing degree of the hanging nail 55 and the locking ring 53 in each shock absorber 5, and then accurate adjustment can be carried out, so that the axis of the funnel sealing cylinder 1 is ensured to be in a vertical position, the center of the funnel sealing cylinder 1 can be aligned with the steel wire rope 9, the phenomenon that the inclination of the funnel sealing cylinder 1 affects the work of the steel wire rope 9 is avoided, and the effect of effective righting is achieved.
In actual use, the position of the lifting lug 7 is higher than the position of the corresponding hanging lug 6, and the axis of the cylinder body 51 is arranged to intersect with the axis of the funnel sealing cylinder 1 by 45 degrees. It will be appreciated that the aforementioned hanging lug 6 and lifting lug 7 are also obliquely arranged. The axis of the cylinder body 51 is arranged at an angle of 45 degrees, so that the hanging lug 6 and the lifting lug 7 can be conveniently welded on corresponding parts; on the other hand, the acting force on the vertical upright 81 in the lifting process of the steel wire rope 9 can be reduced, and the steel wire rope is more stable.
Further, for convenience of processing and installation, the cylinder 51 includes a central cylinder 511 with two open ends and two nuts 512 fixed to two ends of the central cylinder 511, and the through hole is opened on the nut 512. Generally, the outer end of the nut 512 protrudes outward to form a flange 5121, the outer wall of the inner end of the nut 512 is screwed to the inner wall of the central cylinder 511, and the inner side surface of the flange 5121 abuts against the end surface of the central cylinder 511.
In order to facilitate the connection of the hanging nails 55 with the hanging lugs 6 or the lifting lugs 7, as shown in fig. 8, the outer side end of each hanging nail 55 is respectively connected with a fixing ring 551, each hanging lug 6 comprises two hanging plates which are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the hanging plates are fixedly connected with the funnel sealing cylinder 1. Each lifting lug 7 comprises two lifting plates which are arranged in parallel at intervals and fixedly connected with the fixed slips 4. The fixing rings 551 of the two hanging nails 55 of each shock absorber 5 are respectively inserted between the two hanging plates and in the gap between the two hanging plates, and are connected by the locking pins 56. One end of the hanging lug 6 is welded and fixed with the side wall of the funnel sealing cylinder 1, and one end of the hanging plate is welded and fixed with the fixed slip 4.
The funnel seal cylinder 1, the packing fixing cylinder 2, the handle 23, the fixing slips 4, and the cylinder 51, the lock ring 53, and the hanging nails 55 of the damper 5 are preferably made of steel.
