本实用新型公布了一种适合培养藻类的摇晃式光照培养箱,包括箱体,所述箱体内中间部位设置有载物台,所述载物台上设置有可放置藻类培养瓶的卡槽,所述载物台一侧设置用于驱动载物台左右摆动的摆动电机,所述箱体的底部设置有LED灯光条,所述摆动电机以及LED灯光条分别通过线路与设置在箱体上部的控制器连接,所述控制器与显示屏连接。本实用新型将实验室摇床与光照培养箱相结合的原理,通过摆动电机驱动载物台左右摆动,通过LED灯光条对光照培养箱进行照明,对藻类的培养实验带来极大的便利。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种适合培养藻类的摇晃式光照培养箱。
背景技术
目前,在藻类实验中,为了能够让藻类较好的生长,经常用光照培养箱培养藻类,但是,为了模拟自然环境下生长的生长环境,在确定光照时间与光照强度之外,还需经常摇晃藻液。摇晃藻液一是模拟自然情况下的水流动,二是防止藻贴壁生长,从而降低生长速度,减慢实验进程。但目前所用的光照培养箱不可以自己摇晃,必须人工完成,给实验造成了极大的不便,而且,人工晃动不可避免的会产生差异,给实验带来风险。本实用新型对这些不便采取改进,采用将实验室摇床与光照培养箱相结合的原理,对光照培养箱进行改造。这一改造,将对藻类的培养实验带来极大的便利。

本实用新型目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种适合培养藻类的摇晃式光照培养箱。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种适合培养藻类的摇晃式光照培养箱,包括箱体,所述箱体内中间部位设置有载物台,所述载物台上设置有可放置藻类培养瓶的卡槽,所述载物台一侧设置用于驱动载物台左右摆动的摆动电机,所述箱体的底部设置有LED灯光条,所述摆动电机以及LED灯光条分别通过线路与设置在箱体上部的控制器连接,所述控制器与显示屏连接。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型将实验室摇床与光照培养箱相结合的原理,通过摆动电机驱动载物台左右摆动,通过LED灯光条对光照培养箱进行照明,对藻类的培养实验带来极大的便利。

具体实施方式
图1所示,公开了一种适合培养藻类的摇晃式光照培养箱,包括箱体7,所述箱体7内中间部位设置有载物台4,所述载物台4上设置有可放置藻类培养瓶的卡槽5,所述载物台4一侧设置用于驱动载物台4左右摆动的摆动电机3,所述箱体7的底部设置有LED灯光条6,所述摆动电机3以及LED灯光条6分别通过线路与设置在箱体7上部的控制器2连接,所述控制器2与显示屏1连接。
使用时,通过控制器2(选择市场上常规的控制器即可,如C51单片机)控制摆动电机3驱动载物台4左右摆动,通过LED灯光条6对光照培养箱内进行照明,显示屏可以时时通过控制器2控制箱体7内的温度,湿度,以及设置摆动电机3的转速,以及转动时间等。藻类培养瓶放置在卡槽5上即可。通过上述设置,就可以对藻类的培养实验带来极大的便利。
