Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 shows a shape prepared in a form that can be moved by inserting the square housing 20 into the diagonal housing 10. When the feet are put in the square case 20, and the legs are pushed downward after standing, the square case 20 is moved downward by the lower roller 22. At this time, the high elastic rubber band 23 mounted to the square housing 20 pulls the square housing 20, and braking is generated in a specific section due to the lower braking means 60 provided to the diagonal support plate 11, so that the square housing 20 can be moved only by applying a large force to the legs and the waist.
In fig. 2, a method of adjusting the height of the diagonal support plate 11 is explained in detail as follows.
First, if the diagonal support plate lower adjustment bolt 11-3 is rotated and loosened in the counterclockwise direction after the diagonal support plate upper adjustment bolt 11-1 is rotated and loosened in the counterclockwise direction, the diagonal support plate lower support shaft 11-5 can be lowered in a downward direction. Therefore, if the diagonal support plate upper adjustment bolt 11-1 is inserted into the diagonal support plate upper adjustment bolt hole 11-2 after the diagonal support plate lower adjustment bolt 11-3 is inserted into the diagonal support plate lower adjustment bolt hole 11-4 and is fixed after being rotated clockwise, the height of the diagonal support plate 11 can be adjusted.
Fig. 3 shows a square housing 20 inserted into the diagonal housing 10 and movable. A lower roller 22 is installed at the bottom surface of the direction housing 20, side rollers 21 are installed at both side surfaces so as to be movable inside the diagonal housing 10, and further, high elastic rubber bands 23 are installed at both side surfaces so as to be movable by generating tension when the square housing 20 is lifted.
Further, an upper stopper 24 is provided on the bottom surface of the square housing 20 in fig. 3 so as to contact with a lower stopper 60-1, which is a part of the lower stopper 60 provided on the diagonal support plate 11 in fig. 5, when the square housing 20 is lowered, thereby generating a stopper in movement.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing the overall shape of the product. In which a detailed shape of the elastic band tension adjuster 30 for adjusting tension using the elastic band connection string 23-1 connected to the high elastic band 23 is shown. First, if the rubber band connecting cord 23-1 is wound around the tension adjuster and the tension adjuster bolt 31 is rotated clockwise, it is inserted into the tension adjuster bolt spiral coil 32, so that the rubber band connecting cord 23-1 is pulled and the tension becomes strong.
Fig. 4 shows a shape in which the length of the handle shaft 50 can be adjusted by adjusting the handle shaft adjusting bolt 40. First, after the handle shaft adjustment bolt 40 is rotated counterclockwise and removed, the handle shaft 50 is lowered, the handle shaft adjustment bolt 40 is inserted into the handle shaft adjustment bolt hole 52, and then rotated clockwise and fixed.
Fig. 5 shows a detailed shape of the lower brake 60 provided on the diagonal support plate 11, and a detailed explanation of the adjustment method is given below.
First, the lower brake unit 60 can be roughly divided into a lower brake body 60-1, an upper support plate 60-5, an intermediate support plate 60-6, and a lower support plate 60-7 (integrally fixed to the diagonal support plate 11).
The upper supporting plate 60-5 and the middle supporting plate 60-6 are connected in a fixed manner, and a spring 60-8A is inserted between the middle supporting plate 60-6 and the lower supporting plate 60-7 so as to be adjustable. Therefore, when the middle support plate adjustment bolt 60-8, which is fastened to the middle support plate 60-6, is rotated leftward and rightward, the upper support plate 60-5, which is fixedly coupled to the middle support plate 60-6, is lifted. Thus, the lower brake body 60-1 connected to the upper support plate 60-5 is also lifted and lowered together.
The operating principle of the lower brake body 60-1 is as follows.
The lower brake body 60-1 is provided with a lower brake body pressure fixing spring 60-2, and if the lower brake body 60-1 and the upper brake body 24 of fig. 6 are contacted with each other and pushed horizontally while moving, it plays a descending role due to the pad of the lower brake body pressure fixing spring 60-2, helping the lower brake body side holder 60-11 to play a lifting role more smoothly.
In addition, the operation principle is as follows, in order to adjust the strength of the upper brake body 24 by additionally providing the lower brake body pressure adjusting spring 60-3, thereby adjusting the pressure strength of the upper brake body 24.
When the pressure-adjusting spring-adjusting bolt 60-9 is rotated counterclockwise, the pressure-adjusting spring-adjusting bolt-fastening moving body 60-9B rises along the moving body elongated hole 60-9D, the lower brake body pressure-adjusting spring 60-3 fixed to the pressure-adjusting spring-adjusting bolt-fastening moving body 60-9B rises together with the pressure-adjusting spring fixing bracket 60-9A, and the pressure becomes stronger, whereby the strength of the lower brake body 60-1 is increased, whereas when the pressure-adjusting spring-adjusting bolt 60-9 is rotated clockwise, the pressure-adjusting spring-adjusting bolt-fastening moving body 60-9B falls along the moving body elongated hole 60-9D, and the lower brake body pressure-adjusting spring 60-3 fixed to the pressure-adjusting spring-adjusting bolt-fastening moving body 60-9B falls together with the pressure-adjusting spring 60-3 fixed to the pressure-adjusting spring-adjusting bolt-fastening moving body 60- The pressure is reduced, and the pressure is weakened, thereby reducing the strength of the lower brake body 60-1.
Further, after the lower brake body 60-1 and the upper brake body 24 are moved down while being pushed in contact with each other, if the upper brake body 24 passes, the lower brake body 60-1 is instantaneously moved up, and in order to reduce a shock and noise which may be generated at this time, the lower brake body tension adjusting spring 60-4 is additionally provided, and the operation of the lower brake body 60-1 can be adjusted, and the operation principle is as follows.
When the tension adjusting spring adjusting bolt 60-10 is rotated clockwise, the tension adjusting spring adjusting bolt fastening moving body 60-10B descends along the moving body elongated hole 60-10D, and the lower brake body tension adjusting spring 60-4 fixed to the tension adjusting spring adjusting bolt fastening moving body 60-10B descends together by means of the tension adjusting spring fixing bracket 60-10A, so that the tension becomes stronger, whereby the ascending force of the lower brake body 60-1 is reduced, whereas when the tension adjusting spring adjusting bolt 60-10 is rotated counterclockwise, the tension adjusting spring adjusting bolt fastening moving body 60-10B ascends along the moving body elongated hole 60-10D, and the lower brake body tension adjusting spring 60-4 fixed to the tension adjusting spring adjusting bolt fastening moving body (60-10B) by means of the tension adjusting spring fixing bracket 60-10A goes together with the tension adjusting spring 60-4 fixed to the tension adjusting spring adjusting bolt fastening moving body (60-10B) Rises and the tension becomes weak, thereby increasing the lifting force of the lower brake body 60-1.
By using the principle, each person can do exercises by adjusting according to different body conditions.
