Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of toys for children, in particular to a foldable paper money box.

Background

The saving pot is used for depositing the coin, and current saving pot is made for ceramic material usually, and its shape is fixed, can't play, accomodates inconveniently, is unfavorable for as children's toy.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a top view of a paper foldable saving pot according to the present embodiment, and fig. 2 is a front view of the paper foldable saving pot according to the present embodiment. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the cardboard base 10 in the embodiment in an unfolded state, and fig. 4 is a schematic view of the cardboard base 10 in the embodiment in a folded state.

The foldable paper money box includes a paperboard base 10 and a paperboard blank 11.

The carton base 10 has an unfolded condition and a folded condition, the carton base 10 being formed with a base fold line 12, the base fold line 12 dividing the carton base 10 into a first portion 13 and a second portion 14, the first portion 13 and the second portion 14 being foldable along the base fold line 12.

The blank 11 is formed with a throwing opening 15 and the blank 11 is formed with a blank fold line 16, the blank fold line 16 dividing the blank 11 into a third section 17 and a fourth section 18, the third section 17 and fourth section 18 being foldable along the blank fold line 16.

The cardboard blank 11 is disposed on the cardboard base 10 and is linked with the cardboard base 10.

With the carton base 10 in the unfolded condition, the third and fourth sections 17, 18 are driven outwardly along the blank fold line 16, the carton blank 11 is expanded into a tubular configuration, and the dispensing opening 15 communicates with the interior of the tubular configuration.

With the blank 10 in the folded-over condition, the third and fourth portions 17, 18 are caused to fold inwardly along the blank fold line 16, the blank 11 is pressed into a planar configuration, and the first and second portions 13, 14 are folded inwardly and retain the planar configuration, as shown in fig. 4, and when the blank 11 is pressed, it is positioned in the aperture between the first and second portions 13, 14 in fig. 4, as indicated by arrow a.

In the process of the realization, the foldable paper saving pot can be folded, in one state, the foldable paper saving pot can be folded into a flat structure and is convenient to store, in the other state, the foldable paper saving pot can be unfolded into a three-dimensional structure to play a role of the saving pot (a round throwing object 10A is shown in figure 1, and the throwing object 10A is thrown into the inside of the three-dimensional structure through a throwing opening 15), the playing method of the paper toy is expanded, and the planar structure is deformed into the three-dimensional structure through folding opening and closing pulling force. When it is desired to use, the third and fourth portions 17, 18 of the blank 11 may be driven outwardly along the blank fold line 16 by applying a force to the first and second portions 13, 14 to cause them to evert and unfold along the base fold line 12 so that the base 10 is in an unfolded condition, the third and fourth portions 17, 18 expanding away from each other into a tubular structure having an internal cavity into which a projectile, such as a coin, may be projected through the discharge opening 15; similarly, when the carton blank 11 needs to be stored, the first portion 13 and the second portion 14 are folded inwards along the bottom folding line 12 and are close to each other by applying a force, so that the carton base 10 is in a folded state, and the third portion 17 and the fourth portion 18 of the carton blank 11 can be driven to be folded inwards along the blank folding line 16, and the third portion 17 and the fourth portion 18 are close to each other and are pressed into a planar structure.

The paperboard blank 11 comprises a cylinder 19 and a cover sheet 20. The throwing opening 15 is formed in a cover plate 20, and the cover plate 20 is detachably provided at the top end of the barrel 19.

The cardboard base 10 is provided at the bottom end of the cylinder 19.

The blank fold lines 16 include a first fold line 21, a second fold line 22, and a third fold line 23.

The first folding line 21 and the second folding line 22 are formed on the wall surface of the cylinder 19 at an interval, and the third folding line 23 is formed on the cover panel 20.

It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the cover plate 20 may be fixed to the top end of the cylinder 19; meanwhile, the cover 20 may be connected to the barrel 19 by a soft material, for example, a cloth, so that the first folding line 21, the second folding line 22, and the third folding line 23 are connected in line.

In the present disclosure, the top end of the cylinder 19 is provided with the lug 24, and the lug 24 can be folded back with respect to the cylinder 19.

The cover plate 20 is formed with an ear-through opening 25, and the ear-through opening 25 is matched with the fastening ear 24 for inserting the fastening ear 24.

In the implementation process, the cylinder 19 is inserted into the ear insertion opening 25 through the buckle lug 24 to realize the connection with the cover plate 20, and meanwhile, the buckle lug 24 can be folded relative to the cylinder 19, so that the buckle lug 24 can be folded correspondingly along with the folding of the cylinder 19 and the cover plate 20, and the storage effect of the paper foldable saving pot is ensured.

In the present disclosure, the number of the fastening lugs 24 is two.

The ear openings 25 are two in number and are symmetrically distributed along the third folding line 23.

In the implementation process, the two buckling lugs 24 are matched with the two lug penetrating openings 25 one by one, so that the connection stability of the cover plate 20 and the cylinder 19 is facilitated.

In the present disclosure, the fastening lug 24 is connected to the cover plate by a first male-female sticker 26.

The paperboard base 10 is formed with two fixed portions and is symmetrically distributed along the bottom panel fold line 12.

The fixing portions correspond to the column legs 27 one to one, and the column legs 27 are connected to the corresponding fixing portions.

In the implementation process, the upright legs 27 can be folded relative to the barrel 19, so that the upright legs 27 can be correspondingly folded along with the folding of the barrel 19 and the paperboard base 10, so as to ensure the storage effect of the paper foldable saving pot; also, since the paperboard base 10 is to be associated with the paperboard blank 11, i.e., the sleeve 19, the fastening portions are symmetrically disposed along the bottom panel fold line 12 to facilitate the urging of the sleeve 19 about the first fold line 21 and the second fold line 22.

In the present disclosure, the paperboard base 10 includes a base plate 32 and an opening plate 33, and the base plate 32 and the opening plate 33 are connected to each other and together form the fixing groove 29.

The opening plate 33 is formed with two fixing openings 28, the fixing openings 28 communicating with the fixing grooves 29, the fixing openings 28 and the fixing grooves 29 together forming a fixing portion.

The post bases 27 correspond one-to-one to the fixing openings 28, and the post bases 27 are drawn into the fixing grooves 29 from the fixing openings 28 corresponding thereto.

In the process of realizing, the paperboard base 10 is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, and meanwhile, the joint stability of the cylinder 19 and the paperboard base 10 is facilitated through the common clamping of the base plate and the opening plate.

In the present disclosure, the tubular body 19 is formed by winding a strip-shaped cardboard roll 30. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view of the strip-shaped paperboard in the embodiment.

The strip-shaped cardboard is connected at both ends in the longitudinal direction thereof by a second hermaphroditic tape 31.

In the implementation process, the cylinder 19 can be unfolded into a strip-shaped paperboard, and the cylinder 19 is convenient to store after being detached from the paperboard base 10; meanwhile, the strip-shaped paper boards can be conveniently enclosed into the cylinder 19 through the connection of the second male and female stickers 31.

In an alternative embodiment, the strip-shaped cardboard is formed with a plurality of folding lines at intervals along the length direction thereof, and the strip-shaped cardboard is folded along the plurality of folding lines to form the polygonal columnar cylinder 19.

Claims (9)

1. A foldable paper money box, comprising:

a paperboard base having an unfolded state and a folded state, the paperboard base defining a bottom panel fold line that divides the paperboard base into a first portion and a second portion, the first portion and the second portion being foldable along the bottom panel fold line; and

a paperboard blank formed with a throwing opening, the paperboard blank formed with a blank fold line, the blank fold line dividing the paperboard blank into a third portion and a fourth portion, the third portion and the fourth portion being foldable along the blank fold line;

the paperboard blank is arranged on the paperboard base and is linked with the paperboard base;

when the paperboard base is in the unfolded state, the third part and the fourth part are driven to turn outwards along the folding line of the blank body, the paperboard blank body is expanded into a cylindrical structure, and the throwing opening is communicated with the inside of the cylindrical structure;

and when the paperboard base is in the folding state, the third part and the fourth part are driven to be folded inwards along the folding lines of the blank, the paperboard blank is pressed into a plane structure, and the first part and the second part are folded inwards and clamp the plane structure.

2. The paper foldable saving pot of claim 1,

the paperboard blank comprises a cylinder body and a cover plate;

the throwing opening is formed in the cover plate, and the cover plate is detachably arranged at the top end of the cylinder body;

the paperboard base is arranged at the bottom end of the cylinder body;

the blank folding lines comprise a first folding line, a second folding line and a third folding line, the first folding line and the second folding line are formed on the wall surface of the cylinder body at intervals, and the third folding line is formed on the cover plate;

the projections of the bottom panel folding line, the first folding line, the second folding line and the third folding line in the vertical direction are mutually coincident.

3. The paper foldable saving pot of claim 2,

the top end of the barrel body is provided with a buckle lug which can be folded relative to the barrel body;

the cover plate is provided with an ear penetrating opening which is matched with the buckling ear for the buckling ear to insert.

4. The paper foldable saving pot of claim 3,

the number of the buckling lugs is two;

the number of the ear penetrating openings is two, and the ear penetrating openings are symmetrically distributed along the third folding line.

5. The paper foldable saving pot of claim 4, wherein,

the buckle lug is connected with the cover plate through a first male-female sticker.

6. The paper foldable saving pot of claim 2,

the bottom end of the barrel body is provided with two upright column feet, and the two upright column feet can be folded relative to the barrel body;

the paperboard base is provided with two fixing parts which are symmetrically distributed along the folding line of the bottom plate;

the fixing parts correspond to the stand column feet one to one, and the stand column feet are connected with the corresponding fixing parts.

7. The paper foldable saving pot of claim 6,

the paperboard base comprises a base plate and an opening plate, wherein the base plate and the opening plate are connected with each other and form a fixing groove together;

the opening plate is provided with two fixing openings which are communicated with the fixing grooves, and the fixing openings and the fixing grooves jointly form the fixing parts;

the upright column feet correspond to the fixing openings one by one, and the upright column feet are pumped into the fixing grooves through the fixing openings corresponding to the upright column feet.

8. The paper foldable saving pot of claim 7,

the cylinder body is formed by curling and enclosing strip-shaped paperboards;

the two ends of the strip-shaped paper board in the length direction are connected through a second male-female sticker.

9. The paper foldable saving pot of claim 8,

the strip-shaped paperboard is provided with a plurality of folding lines at intervals along the length direction, and the strip-shaped paperboard is folded along the folding lines to form a polygonal cylindrical barrel body.
