7. The health monitoring facility of claim 1, wherein the power module has a connector for connection to an external power source, the connector being connected to the power storage unit for transmitting the external power source to the power storage unit and storing the electrical energy.
8. The health care monitoring facility of claim 1, wherein the dynamic sensing module is a three-axis dynamic sensor; this illuminance response module can detect ultraviolet ray, infrared ray and far infrared in the environment.
