Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a beverage cup set, and more particularly to a beverage cup set capable of separately packaging sweets and beverages, and providing a consumer with a choice of either sweets or beverages alone or both.
Background
Many hand-operated beverage stores today offer a variety of beverages in which solid desserts are mixed with beverages, such as the current pearl (rice flour) milk tea, pudding milk tea, etc., which are prepared by a shop on site after the consumer selects a desired beverage, and then delivered to the consumer for consumption, so that the consumer can taste the flavor of the beverage together with the desserts. In addition, convenience stores also offer similar drinks, such as a package of crisps additionally wrapped in a drinking cup, which are mixed into the drinking cup for consumption when the consumer opens the drinking cup. However, since the beverages provided in the convenience stores are processed and packaged in the factory and then delivered to the display shelves of the store, they cannot be mixed together with the sweets like in a beverage shop by hand, or the beverages left mixed for a long time are easily deteriorated, the flavor is changed, or the storage life is affected. To achieve the above and other objects, the present invention provides a dessert beverage cup set, preferably including an inner cup, which is a container for holding dessert, having a surrounding inner cup wall; an inner cup bottom formed at the bottom end of the inner cup wall, wherein the inner cup bottom is provided with a plurality of beverage through holes which are communicated with the inside and the outside of the inner cup; and an inner cup mouth formed at the top end of the inner cup wall, wherein a first flange protruding outwards is arranged at the outer side of the inner cup mouth. A cup shell, which is a container for containing the inner cup and is provided with a surrounding shell wall, and the diameter of the shell wall is larger than that of the inner cup; a shell bottom formed at the bottom end of the shell wall, wherein the shell bottom is a closed structure; and a shell opening formed at the top end of the shell wall, and a second flange protruding outwards is arranged outside the shell opening. And the inner cup bottom of the inner cup is placed into the cup shell from the shell opening, and then is sealed on the shell opening of the cup shell by a sealing film or a cup cover, so that the inner cup is hidden in the cup shell, and the inner cup can be taken out when the sealing film is torn.
Therefore, the utility model discloses can pack into this inner cup with sweetmeats such as pudding, pink ball, sago dew, crisp, ice cream in advance through the combination of this inner cup and this cup shell, this inner cup is put into this cup shell again after putting into sweetmeats, seals this inner cup in this cup shell with a sealing film or a glass lid again to this show sweetmeats and supply the consumer to purchase; when the consumer tears the sealing film or the cup cover on the cup shell after purchasing, the consumer can directly eat the sweetmeats in the inner cup and also can choose to purchase a cup of beverage to be combined with the beverage cup for eating.
In a preferred embodiment, in the above set of dessert beverage cups, the inner side of the mouth of the cup housing has a first annular groove corresponding to the first flange, so that the first flange of the inner cup can fit into the first annular groove of the cup housing.
In a preferred embodiment, the set of dessert beverage cups further includes an outer cup, which is a container for holding beverages and has a surrounding outer cup wall; an outer cup bottom formed at the bottom end of the outer cup wall, wherein the outer cup bottom is of a closed structure; the outer cup mouth is formed at the top end of the outer cup wall, a third flange protruding outwards is arranged on the outer side of the outer cup mouth, and a second annular groove corresponding to the first flange is arranged on the inner side of the outer cup mouth; and after the inner cup is taken out from the cup shell, the inner cup bottom of the inner cup is placed into the outer cup from the cup opening of the outer cup, so that the first flange of the inner cup is matched with the second annular groove of the outer cup, and then another sealing film is sealed on the cup opening of the outer cup, so that the inner cup is hidden in the outer cup.
Therefore, the outer cup can be used for pre-packaging beverages or be used as a beverage cup for preparing beverages at present, after a consumer chooses to purchase the beverage cup, the inner cup is taken out of the cup shell and then placed into the outer cup, then the outer cup is sealed by another sealing film, and the beverage with sweets is further combined.
In a preferred embodiment, in the above dessert beverage cup set, the sealing film is replaced by a snap-fit type cup cover, wherein the cup cover can be a direct drinking cup cover with a direct drinking opening, so as to achieve the effect of directly drinking dessert and beverage without using a straw.

Detailed Description
To fully understand the objects, features and functions of the present invention, the following specific embodiments are provided in conjunction with the attached drawings to explain the present invention in detail as follows:
referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, for the dessert beverage cup set of the present invention, various sweets and different beverages can be packaged separately for the consumer to choose, so as to provide the consumer to separately taste the sweets and drink the beverages separately, or combine (mix) the sweets and various beverages together for drinking, the preferred embodiment thereof includes:
an inner cup 10, which is a container for containing solid dessert such as pudding, rice ball, sago, crisp, ice or ice cream, is made of food grade plastic (such as polypropylene (PP) plastic) by integral molding, and has a surrounding inner cup wall 11; an inner cup bottom 12 formed at the bottom end of the inner cup wall 11, the inner cup bottom 12 having a plurality of beverage through holes 13, the beverage through holes 13 communicating the inside and outside of the inner cup 10; and an inner rim 14 formed at the top end of the inner cup wall 11, the outer side of the inner rim 14 having a first flange 15 protruding outward;
a cup shell 20, which is a container for containing the inner cup 10, and can be made of plastic (such as polypropylene (PP) plastic) or paper, and has a surrounding wall 21, wherein the wall 21 has a larger diameter than the inner cup 10; a housing bottom 22 formed at the bottom end of the housing wall 21, the housing bottom 22 being a closed structure; and a shell opening 23 formed at the top end of the shell wall 21, the outer side of the shell opening 23 is provided with a second flange 24 protruding outwards, the inner side of the shell opening 23 can be further implemented with a first annular groove 25 corresponding to the first flange 15 as required, the cross-sectional structure of the first annular groove 25 can be seen in fig. 5, which is the same as the second annular groove 35 of the outer cup 30;
an outer cup 30 (shown in fig. 4 and 5), which is a container for holding beverage, is made of food grade plastic (such as polypropylene (PP) plastic) by integral molding, and has an outer cup wall 31 surrounding it; an outer cup bottom (not shown) formed at the bottom end of the outer cup wall 31, the outer cup bottom being of a closed structure; and an outer cup mouth 33 formed at the top end of the outer cup wall 31, the outer side of the outer cup mouth 33 is provided with a third flange 34 protruding outwards, and the inner side of the outer cup mouth 33 is provided with a second annular groove 35 corresponding to the first flange 15;
therefore, referring to fig. 2 and 3, after the inner cup 10 of the present invention is used to contain a dessert (dessert not shown), the bottom of the inner cup 10 is inserted into the cup shell 20 from the opening of the cup shell 20, if the cup shell 20 is provided with the first annular groove 25, the first flange 15 of the inner cup 10 is engaged with the first annular groove 25 of the cup shell 20, and then the sealing film 40 is sealed on the opening 23 of the cup shell 20, so that the inner cup 10 and the dessert are hidden and sealed in the cup shell 20, thereby providing the consumer with a choice, and the dessert can be directly eaten after the sealing film 40 (as shown in fig. 2) is torn.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the present invention also provides a method for mixing sweetmeats and other selected beverages to be eaten, wherein the consumer takes the inner cup 10 out of the opening 23 of the cup shell 20, puts the inner cup 10 into the outer cup 30 from the outer opening 33 of the outer cup 30, fits the first flange 15 of the inner cup 10 with the second annular groove 35 of the outer cup 30, and then seals the cup with a cup cover 50 or another sealing film 60 on the opening of the outer cup 30; the cup cover 50 is a direct drinking cup cover with a direct drinking opening 51, when a consumer drinks on his back, the beverage in the outer cup 30 flows into the inner cup 10 through the beverage through holes 13, so that the beverage and the dessert are drunk by the consumer together, thereby achieving the effect of directly drinking the dessert and the beverage.

It should be noted that equivalent changes and substitutions to those of the embodiment are also intended to be included within the scope of the present invention. Claims (5)
1. A confectionary beverage cup set comprising:
an inner cup, which is a container for holding sweetmeats and is provided with a surrounding inner cup wall; the inner cup bottom is formed at the bottom end of the inner cup wall and is provided with a plurality of beverage through holes, and the beverage through holes are communicated with the inside and the outside of the inner cup; the inner cup mouth is formed at the top end of the inner cup wall, and a first flange which protrudes outwards is arranged on the outer side of the inner cup mouth;
a cup shell, which is a container for containing the inner cup, and which has a surrounding wall with a diameter larger than that of the inner cup; a shell bottom formed at the bottom end of the shell wall, wherein the shell bottom is of a closed structure; the shell opening is formed at the top end of the shell wall, and a second flange which protrudes outwards is arranged outside the shell opening; and
the inner cup bottom of the inner cup is placed into the cup shell from the shell opening, and then the inner cup bottom is sealed on the shell opening of the cup shell through a sealing film, so that the inner cup is hidden in the cup shell, and the inner cup can be taken out when the sealing film is torn.
2. The confectionary beverage cup set of claim 1 wherein the inside of the mouth of the cup housing has a first annular groove corresponding to the first flange, such that the first flange of the inner cup fits within the first annular groove of the cup housing.
3. The dessert beverage cup set of claim 1, further comprising an outer cup, which is a container for holding beverages, having a surrounding outer cup wall; the outer cup bottom is formed at the bottom end of the outer cup wall and is of a closed structure; the outer cup opening is formed at the top end of the outer cup wall, a third flange protruding outwards is arranged on the outer side of the outer cup opening, and a second annular groove corresponding to the first flange is arranged on the inner side of the outer cup opening; and
after the inner cup is taken out of the cup shell, the inner cup bottom of the inner cup is placed into the outer cup from the cup opening of the outer cup, so that the first flange of the inner cup is matched with the second annular groove of the outer cup, and then another sealing film is sealed on the cup opening of the outer cup, so that the inner cup is hidden in the outer cup.
4. The dessert beverage cup set of claim 3, wherein the sealing membrane is replaced with a snap-on lid.
5. The confectionary beverage cup set of claim 4, wherein the cup cover is a straight drink cup cover having a straight drink spout.
