9. The wristband of claim 8 further comprising a waterproof layer disposed on a side of the heat sensitive protective layer facing away from the heat sensitive layer.
10. The wristband as recited in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the heat-sensitive layer and the heat insulating layer have the same area, and the heat-sensitive layer and the heat insulating layer are disposed to overlap.
