The two second cantilevers 106 with the second bulges 107 are arranged on the shell 100, the third bulge 303 with the fourth bulge 304 is arranged on the air inlet grille 300, the third bulge 303 is inserted between the two second cantilevers 106, and the fourth bulge 304 abuts against the second bulges 107, so that the air inlet grille 300 can be clamped and installed on the shell 100, and the structure is simple and reliable.
As shown in fig. 10, a recess 108 is further formed in the housing 100, two second cantilevers 106 are disposed at the bottom of the recess 108, and the two second cantilevers 106 and the two second protrusions 107 on the two second cantilevers 106 are located in the recess 108. By arranging the second cantilever 106 at the bottom of the recess 108 on the housing 100 and arranging the second cantilever 106 and the second protrusion 107 on the second cantilever 106 in the recess 108, the second cantilever 106 can be protected by the recess 108, and the probability of damage to the second cantilever 106 caused by external force can be effectively avoided. In a possible embodiment, the recess 108 on the housing 100 is provided on the face wall 103, and the recess 108 is provided on the top of the housing 100.
In the air purifier of the embodiment, the number of the pits 108 may be two, two second cantilevers 106 are disposed in each pit 108, and a second protrusion 107 facing to another second cantilever 106 in each pit 108 is disposed on each second cantilever 106 in each pit 108 to form two bayonets; two third protrusions 303 are arranged on the air inlet grille 300, and a fourth protrusion 304 is arranged on each third protrusion 303 to form two buckles, so that the air inlet grille 300 can be reliably installed on the casing 100 through two clamping joints.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 10 and 11, only one embodiment is provided in which the housing 100 is further provided with a bayonet, the air inlet grille 300 is further provided with a snap, and in the first position, the air inlet grille 300 is snap-fitted to the housing 100. The embodiment in which the grille 300 is snap-fitted to the housing 100 in the first position may also be other than illustrated.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 8 and 12, the housing 100 is further provided with a locking hole 109, the air intake grille 300 is further provided with a third cantilever 305 facing the housing 100, the third cantilever 305 is provided with a fifth protrusion 306 facing the outer periphery of the air intake grille 300, the third cantilever 305 is inserted into the locking hole 109, and the fifth protrusion 306 abuts against the housing 100. The air inlet grille 300 is further reliably mounted on the housing 100 by the engagement of the locking hole 109, the third cantilever 305 and the fifth protrusion 306 on the third cantilever 305, and the third cantilever 305 are provided with the third protrusion 305 and the fifth protrusion 306 on the third cantilever 305, respectively. In a specific example, the number of the card holes 109 may be multiple, and the card holes 109 may be disposed in the middle of the casing 100, in other words, in an area where the card holes 109 are located between the insertion holes 102 and the bayonets of the casing 100, and correspondingly, the number of the third suspension arms 305 may be multiple, and the third suspension arms 305 may be disposed in a middle position of the air intake grill 300, in other words, in an area where the third suspension arms 305 are disposed between the insertion rods 301 and the bayonets of the air intake grill 300.
In the air purifier of this embodiment, when the filter element 200 needs to be replaced, a force in a direction away from the housing 100 is applied to the air inlet grille 300, so that the third protrusion 303 on the air inlet grille 300 slides out of the two second cantilevers 106 on the housing 100, the air inlet grille 300 rotates to the second position relative to the housing 100 under the matching action of the insertion rod 301 and the insertion hole 102, and further the filter element 200 is replaced, after the filter element 200 is replaced, a force in a direction toward the housing 100 is applied to the air inlet grille 300, so that the air inlet grille 300 rotates to the first position relative to the housing 100 under the matching action of the insertion rod 301 and the insertion hole 102, and the third protrusion 303 on the air inlet grille 300 is inserted into the two second cantilevers 106 on the housing 100, so that the filter element 200 is replaced, and the process of replacing the filter element 200 is simple.
In the air purifier of this embodiment, when needing to wash air inlet grille 300, at first make air inlet grille 300 rotate to the third position relative to shell 100, at this moment, certain angle is opened to air inlet grille 300 relative to shell 100, later, through rocking or mode such as removal for inserted bar 301 takes out from the terminal of first cantilever 105 and the gap between jack 102, so, can realize that air inlet grille 300 breaks away from shell 100, and then realize the washing to air inlet grille 300.

In these embodiments, the number of the first insertion parts is also at least two, the number of the second insertion parts is also at least two, each first insertion part and one second insertion part are rotatably and detachably inserted and matched, and the insertion positions formed by the first insertion parts and the second insertion parts are arranged along the rotation axis of the air inlet grille 300 relative to the housing 100. In the air cleaner of the present embodiment, the operation procedure for replacing the filter member 200 is the same as that of the previous embodiment, and reference may be made to the operation procedure of the previous embodiment. When the air inlet grille 300 needs to be cleaned, the insert rod 301 needs to be taken out of the first hole section 110.
In another alternative embodiment, the air purifier of this embodiment is provided with a rotating shaft on the air inlet grille 300, and a rotating shaft groove is provided on the housing 100, an inner groove wall of the rotating shaft groove is arc-shaped, and the rotating shaft is inserted into the rotating shaft groove, so that the air inlet grille 100 can be rotatably mounted on the housing 100, and the filter element 200 can be replaced. Meanwhile, two opposite groove walls configured with the rotating shaft groove have certain elastic deformation capacity, and the rotating shaft can be taken out from the notch of the rotating shaft groove, so that the air inlet grille 300 is taken down from the shell 100, and further the air inlet grille 300 is cleaned.

Claims (10)

1. An air purifier, comprising a housing (100) and an air intake grill (300);
the air inlet grille (300) is provided with a first inserting portion, the shell (100) is provided with a second inserting portion, the first inserting portion and the second inserting portion are rotatably and detachably inserted together, so that the air inlet grille (300) has a first position, a second position and a third position relative to the shell (100), in the first position, the air inlet grille (300) covers the accommodating cavity (101) formed in the shell (100), in the second position, the air inlet grille (300) opens the accommodating cavity (101) formed in the shell (100), and in the third position, the first inserting portion and the second inserting portion can be separated from each other, so that the air inlet grille (300) is separated from the shell (100).
2. The air cleaner according to claim 1, wherein a receptacle (102) is provided on the housing (100), the receptacle (102) constituting the second insertion part;
an inserting rod (301) is arranged on the air inlet grille (300), and the inserting rod (301) forms the first inserting part;
the hole diameter of the plug hole (102) is larger than the rod diameter of the plug rod (301), so that the plug rod (301) can be rotatably inserted into the plug hole (102) and can be taken out of the plug hole (102).

The air purifier according to claim 2, wherein the housing (100) comprises a face wall (103) disposed facing the air intake grille (300), and a bottom wall (104) perpendicular to the face wall (103), the intersection of the face wall (103) and the bottom wall (104) providing the receptacle (102);
the insertion rod (301) is provided to be inclined in the direction of the bottom wall (104) toward the housing (100).
4. The air cleaner according to claim 3, wherein the insertion rod (301) is provided as an arc-shaped rod, the insertion rod (301) protruding toward the housing (100).
5. The air cleaner according to claim 3, wherein the hole wall of the receptacle (102) is provided with a first cantilever (105) facing the bottom wall (104);
the first inserting part comprises two inserting rods (301), first protrusions (302) are arranged on the surfaces, opposite to each other, of the two inserting rods (301), the two inserting rods (301) are inserted into the inserting holes (102), the two inserting rods (301) can clamp the first cantilever (105), the first protrusions (302) abut against the first cantilever (105), and the inserting rods (301) can be taken out from a gap between the tail end of the first cantilever (105) and the inserting holes (102).
6. An air cleaner according to claim 3, wherein the first plug-in part comprises one of the plug-in bars (301), and the surfaces of the plug-in bars (301) facing away from each other are provided with first protrusions (302);
the receptacle (102) comprises a first bore section (110) and a second bore section (111), the first bore section (110) being larger than the second bore section (111), the first bore section (110) being arranged with the bottom wall (104), the second bore section (111) being arranged with the face wall (103);
the insertion rod (301) is inserted into the insertion hole (102), the first protrusion (302) of the insertion rod (301) can abut against the outer shell (100) on the outer periphery side of the second hole section (111), and the insertion rod (301) can be taken out of the first hole section (110).
7. The air cleaner of claim 5 or 6, wherein the first protrusion (302) is a hemispherical protrusion.

The air cleaner of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the number of the first insertion portions is at least two, the number of the second insertion portions is at least two, each of the first insertion portions and one of the second insertion portions are rotatably and detachably inserted into engagement, and an insertion position formed by the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion is arranged along a rotation axis of the air intake grill (300) relative to the housing (100).
9. The air cleaner according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein one of the housing (100) and the air intake grill (300) is further provided with a bayonet;
the other one of the shell (100) and the air inlet grille (300) is also provided with a buckle;
in the first position, the air inlet grille (300) is clamped and installed on the shell (100).

The air purifier according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the housing (100) is further provided with a locking hole (109), the air intake grille (300) is further provided with a third cantilever (305) facing the housing (100), the third cantilever (305) is provided with a fifth protrusion (306) facing the outer periphery of the air intake grille (300), the third cantilever (305) is inserted into the locking hole (109), and the fifth protrusion (306) abuts against the housing (100).
