at least one of a support rod and an upper arm is provided with a sliding block, the sliding block is connected with the support rod or the upper arm in a sliding mode, the sliding block can move axially along the support rod or the upper arm, the sliding block is of a hollow cuboid structure inside, the sliding block is opened along two axial ends of the support rod or the upper arm, and a notch is formed in the opposite side of one side, connected with the support rod or the upper arm, of the sliding block.
