A horizontal supporting rod 304 is fixed at the top of the de-cover conveying device 3 and between two chain wheels A301 corresponding to the same conveying chain A, and the horizontal supporting rod 304 is fixed on the de-cover conveying device 3 through an L-shaped vertical rod; the conveyor chain a wound around the upper portion of the sprocket a301 is placed on the horizontal carrier bar 304.
The uncovering conveying device 3 further comprises an uncovering device 6 arranged between the two chain wheels A301 and located above the conveying chain A, and a steel drum rotating device A9 arranged on one side, facing the feeding conveying device 1, of the uncovering device 6.

The magnetic blocks 606 on each side are respectively fixed to the end portion of the piston rod D of the piston D602 on the corresponding side, the piston rod D extends out of the piston D602 downwards, the piston D602 is fixed to the end portion of the piston rod E603 on the corresponding side, the piston D602 drives the magnetic blocks 606 to reciprocate up and down, the piston E603 drives the magnetic blocks 606 to horizontally reciprocate perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying chain a, the pistons E603 are respectively fixed to the top of the portal frame 601, and the movable range of the magnetic blocks 606 under the action of the corresponding pistons E603 passes through the cover dropping pipe 607 on the corresponding side.

The clamping bases A respectively perform horizontal reciprocating movement which is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying chain A relative to the rotating base A904 through pistons F, and the pistons F are fixed on the rotating base A904; when the clamping seat A moves back to the maximum stroke, the distance between the clamping rollers A901 corresponding to the two sides is larger than the diameter of the steel drum; when the clamping bases A move to the maximum stroke position oppositely, the distance between the clamping rollers A901 corresponding to the two sides is smaller than the diameter of the steel drum.
A horizontal sliding rail B903 is fixed on the rotating base A904 along the moving direction of the clamping seat A, and the clamping seat A and the rotating base A904 reciprocate along the horizontal sliding rail B903.
The uncapping conveying device 3 is connected with the upper cover conveying device 4 through a barrel conveying frame B10, the barrel conveying frame B10 comprises a parallel frame B1001 fixed between the uncapping conveying device 3 and the upper cover conveying device 4, the tops of the parallel frames B1001 are respectively fixed with a track B1002 arranged along the parallel frame B1001, a sliding seat C1004 reciprocating along the track B1002 is arranged on the track B1002, the sliding seat C1004 is fixedly connected with a piston rod G of a piston G1003 fixed on the parallel frame B1001, the top of the sliding seat C1004 is movably connected with a support plate B up and down through a piston H1005, and the piston H1005 is fixed on the sliding seat C1004, and a piston rod H of the piston H1005 is fixed with the support plate B.
When the piston rod G retracts to the piston G1003 to the maximum stroke position, the supporting plate B is positioned at the position below the steel drum at the tail end of the uncovering conveying device 3; when the piston rod G extends out of the piston G1003 to the maximum stroke, the supporting plate B is positioned at the position of a steel drum rotating device B13 of the upper cover conveying device 4; when the piston rod H extends out of the piston H1005 to the maximum stroke, the top surface of the support plate B is higher than the height of the contact part of the steel drum and the uncovering conveying device 3 and the height of the contact part of the steel drum and the upper cover conveying device 4; when the piston rod H retracts to the maximum stroke position of the piston H1005, the top surface of the support plate B is lower than the height of the contact part of the steel drum and the uncovering conveying device 3 and the height of the contact part of the steel drum and the upper cover conveying device 4.

The steel drum rotating device B13 comprises rotating bases B1303 symmetrically fixed on the upper cover conveying device 4 and located on two sides of the horizontal sliding rail C401, clamping bases B are respectively arranged on the rotating bases B1303 and correspondingly located on the outer side of the steel drum stepping conveying device 14, clamping rollers B1301 horizontally and rotatably connected around a vertical shaft are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the top of each side of the clamping base B facing to the edge of one side of the steel drum stepping conveying device 14, the positions of the clamping rollers B1301 on the two sides correspond to each other, and the clamping rollers B1301 of the clamping bases B on one side provide driving force through a driving motor H1302 fixed on the clamping bases B.
The clamping seat B respectively makes horizontal reciprocating motion perpendicular to the conveying direction of the steel drum relative to a rotating base B1303 through a piston J1304, and the piston J1304 is fixed on the rotating base B1303; when the clamping seat B moves back to the maximum stroke, the distance between the corresponding clamping rollers B1301 at the two sides is larger than the diameter of the steel drum; when the clamping seats B move oppositely to the maximum stroke, the distance between the corresponding clamping wheels B1301 at the two sides is smaller than the diameter of the steel drum.
A horizontal sliding rail D1305 is fixed on the rotating base B1303 along the moving direction of the clamping seat B, and the clamping seat B reciprocates with the rotating base B1303 along the horizontal sliding rail D1305.

when the piston rod K extends out of the piston K1202 to the maximum stroke, the sensor D12 works; when the piston rod K retracts to the piston K1202 to the maximum stroke, the sensor D12 stops working.
The piston K1202 is fixed to a mounting plate 1204 fixed to the upper frame 11 by an adjustment cross plate 1203.
The steel barrel opening positioning device A16 comprises two groups of clamps 1601 which are movably connected between the top frame 11 and the upper cover conveying device 4 from top to bottom and are respectively matched with the outer side wall of a large barrel opening and the outer side wall of a small barrel opening on the top of the steel barrel, the clamps 1601 are respectively fixedly connected with the end parts of piston rods L of pistons L1602, the pistons L1602 are fixed on the top frame 11, and the piston rods L extend out of the pistons L1602 downwards;
when the piston rod L extends out of the piston L1602 to the maximum stroke, the height of the clamp 1601 is matched with the height of the steel barrel opening, and when the piston rod L retracts to the maximum stroke from the piston L1602, the height of the clamp 1601 is higher than the top of the steel barrel opening.
The air interchanger 17 comprises a compressed air pipe fixed at the end of a piston rod M, the piston rod M extends downwards out of a piston M1701, and the piston M1701 is fixed on the top frame 11 through a mounting bracket A;
when the piston rod M extends out of the piston M1701 downwards to the maximum stroke position, the bottom opening of the compressed air pipe extends into the steel barrel from the barrel opening of the steel barrel, and the compressed air inlet device communicated with the compressed air pipe is used for air inlet; when the piston rod M retreats upwards to the piston M1701 to the maximum stroke, the compressed air intake device communicated with the compressed air pipe stops air intake, and the bottom end of the compressed air pipe is higher than the bung hole of the steel drum.
The inert gas injection apparatus 20 includes an inert gas pipe 2001 fixed to an end of a piston rod N, the piston rod N downwardly extending a piston N2002, the piston N2002 being fixed to the top frame 11 by a mounting frame B2004;
when the piston rod N extends downwards out of the piston N2002 to the maximum stroke position, the bottom opening of the inert gas pipe 2001 extends into the steel barrel from the large barrel opening of the steel barrel, and the inert gas inlet device communicated with the inert gas pipe 2001 is used for gas inlet; when the piston rod N retracts upwards to the maximum stroke position of the piston N2002, the inert gas inlet device communicated with the inert gas pipe 2001 stops gas inlet, and the bottom end of the inert gas pipe 2001 is higher than the barrel opening of the steel barrel.
The inert gas pipe 2001 is fixed with the end part of the piston rod N through a mounting connecting plate B2003, the mounting connecting plate B2003 is positioned below a mounting rack B2004, a guide rod A2005 is further fixedly arranged at the top of the mounting connecting plate B2003, and the guide rod A2005 upwards penetrates through a guide pipe A arranged on the mounting rack B2004.
The feeding device 18 is connected between the small bucket cover feeding device 25 or the large bucket cover feeding device 26 and the upper cover device 19, and between the rain cover feeding device 27 and the rain cover upper cover device 21.
