Referring to fig. 1 and 7, a guide mechanism 6 is further disposed outside the water tank 1, the guide mechanism 6 includes at least two third electric push rods 6a, a mounting seat 6b and rollers 6c, the third electric push rods 6a are circumferentially distributed along a central axis of the water tank 1, an output shaft of the third electric push rod 6a is radially extended along the petroleum pipeline, the output shaft of the third electric push rod 6a is in transmission connection with the mounting seat 6b, the mounting seat 6b is rotatably connected with the rollers 6c, and the rollers 6c are rotatably connected with an inner wall of the petroleum pipeline.

Claims (8)

1. A scale cleaning device for a petroleum pipeline, comprising:
the cleaning device comprises a water tank (1), a cleaning liquid is stored in the water tank, and a walking supporting seat (5) is arranged at the bottom of the water tank;
the spraying mechanism (2) is arranged at one end part of the water tank (1), is rotatably connected with the water tank (1), is communicated with the inside of the water tank (1), and is used for spraying the cleaning liquid stored in the water tank (1) and humidifying dirt on the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline;
the first cleaning mechanism (3) is sleeved on the water tank (1), is rotatably connected with the water tank (1), is arranged at the rear side of the water tank (1), and is provided with a first supporting plate (3d) and a soft brush (3e) which can change along the radial extension range of the petroleum pipeline, wherein the first supporting plate (3d) is provided with a plurality of rows of soft brushes (3e) for brushing off dirt on the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline;
second clearance mechanism (4), the cover is established on water tank (1), rotates with water tank (1) and is connected, sets up the rear side in water tank (1) and is located the lateral part of first clearance mechanism (3), is equipped with all along changeable second backup pad (4d) of petroleum pipeline radial extension and stereoplasm scraper blade (4e), be equipped with on second backup pad (4d) if be a plurality of spiral distribution stereoplasm scraper blade (4e) for scrape the dirt of falling the petroleum pipeline inner wall.
2. A scale cleaning device for petroleum pipelines according to claim 1, wherein the water tank (1) is provided with a liquid inlet pipe (1a) communicated with the inside of the water tank (1).

The scale cleaning device for the petroleum pipeline according to claim 2, wherein the spraying mechanism (2) comprises a motor mounting bracket (2a), a spraying driving motor (2b), a first gear (2c), a rotating drum (2d), an external toothed disc (2e) and a spray head (2f), the spraying driving motor (2b) is arranged on the motor mounting bracket (2a), the first gear (2c) is connected to an output shaft of the spraying driving motor (2b) in a transmission manner, the rotating drum (2d) is arranged on the side portion of the first gear (2c), the rotating drum (2d) is coaxially arranged with the water tank (1) and is rotatably connected with the water tank (1), the external toothed disc (2e) is sleeved outside the rotating drum (2d), the external toothed disc (2e) is meshed with the first gear (2c), and at least one spray head (2f) is circumferentially distributed on the outer wall of the rotating drum (2d), the spray head (2f) is communicated with the inside of the water tank (1).
4. A scale cleaning device for petroleum pipelines according to claim 3, wherein each spray head (2f) is provided with a control valve.

A scale cleaning device for a petroleum pipeline according to claim 4, wherein the first cleaning mechanism (3) comprises a first cleaning driving motor (3a), a second gear (3b), a first inner gear disc (3c), a first supporting plate (3d), a soft brush (3e) and a first electric push rod (3f), a circle of first concave groove is arranged on the outer wall of the water tank (1), the first cleaning driving motor (3a) is arranged in the first concave groove, an output shaft of the first cleaning driving motor (3a) is in transmission connection with the second gear (3b), the first inner gear disc (3c) is coaxially and rotatably connected to the outer part of the water tank (1), the first inner gear disc (3c) is meshed with the second gear (3b), and a plurality of first electric push rods (3f) are distributed on the outer wall of the first inner gear disc (3c) along the circumference, the output shaft of first electric putter (3f) sets up along petroleum pipeline's radial extension, and the equal transmission of output shaft of every first electric putter (3f) is connected with one first backup pad (3d), first backup pad (3d) set up to fan ring shape, are equipped with a plurality of rows on first backup pad (3d) and are pitch arc distribution soft brush (3e), and soft brush (3e) set up along petroleum pipeline's radial extension.

The scale cleaning device for the petroleum pipeline according to claim 5, wherein the second cleaning mechanism (4) comprises a second cleaning driving motor (4a), a third gear (4b), a second inner fluted disc (4c), a second supporting plate (4d), a hard scraper (4e) and a second electric push rod (4f), a circle of second concave groove is arranged on the outer wall of the water tank (1), the second cleaning driving motor (4a) is arranged in the second concave groove, an output shaft of the second cleaning driving motor (4a) is in transmission connection with the third gear (4b), the second inner fluted disc (4c) is coaxially and rotatably connected to the outer part of the water tank (1), the second inner fluted disc (4c) is meshed with the third gear (4b), and a plurality of second electric push rods (4f) are circumferentially distributed on the outer wall of the second inner fluted disc (4c), the output shaft of second electric putter (4f) radially extends the setting along petroleum pipeline, and the equal transmission of the output shaft of every second electric putter (4f) is connected with one second backup pad (4d), second backup pad (4d) set up to fan ring shape, are equipped with if be a plurality of spiral distribution on second backup pad (4d) stereoplasm scraper blade (4e), and the setting is extended along petroleum pipeline's radial to stereoplasm scraper blade (4 e).
