The gauze wrapping sleeve 4 is made of plastic cloth and wraps the outer side of the gauze 8; an opening 42 is formed at the lower side of the gauze wrapping sleeve 4; a loop of adhesive 41 is provided around the opening 42 on the underside of the gauze wrapper 4; the release paper 5 is bonded to the underside of the gauze wrapper 4 by the loop of adhesive 41 to close the opening 42. A circular operating plate 7 is located centrally on the upper side of the gauze wrapper 4.
A magnesium sulfate solution wrapping sheet 3 is arranged on the upper side of the gauze wrapping sleeve 4; the magnesium sulfate solution wrapping sheet 3 is made of plastic cloth; the magnesium sulfate solution wrapping sheet 3 is formed in a ring shape, an inner circumference thereof is bonded to the circular operation plate 7, and an outer circumference thereof is bonded to an upper side of the gauze wrapping cover 4, thereby forming a space for containing a predetermined amount of magnesium sulfate solution having a concentration of 50% between the gauze wrapping cover 4 and the magnesium sulfate solution wrapping sheet 3.
When the adhesive tape is used, the release paper is firstly removed, the phlebitis dressing is pasted on a patient, so that the opening surrounds the part needing to be treated, and then the adhesive tape is fixed; lifting the circular operating plate through the handle to tear the upper side of the gauze wrapping sleeve at the position of the nick; the magnesium sulfate solution contained between the gauze wrapping sleeve and the magnesium sulfate solution wrapping sheet enters the gauze wrapping sleeve from the tearing opening and is adsorbed by the gauze, and the soaked gauze treats the part to be treated contacted with the gauze. The phlebitis dressing of the present application can be treated more durably due to the wrapping of the gauze wrapper with the magnesium sulfate solution wrapping sheet.

the gauze wrapping sleeve is made of plastic cloth and wraps the outer side of the gauze; an opening is formed at the lower side of the gauze wrapping sleeve; a circle of viscose glue is arranged around the opening at the lower side of the gauze wrapping sleeve; the release paper is combined with the lower side of the gauze wrapping sleeve through the circle of viscose glue so as to seal the opening;
the circular operating plate is a hard plastic plate and is fixed on the upper side of the gauze wrapping sleeve; a circle of nicks are arranged on the gauze wrapping sleeve around the circular operation plate; a handle is formed on the upper side of the circular operating plate;
a magnesium sulfate solution wrapping sheet is arranged on the upper side of the gauze wrapping sleeve; the magnesium sulfate solution wrapping sheet is made of plastic cloth; the magnesium sulfate solution-coated sheet is formed in a ring shape, the inner circumference of which is bonded to the circular operation plate, and the outer circumference of which is bonded to the upper side of the gauze wrapper, thereby forming a space for containing a predetermined amount of magnesium sulfate solution having a concentration of 50% between the gauze wrapper and the magnesium sulfate solution-coated sheet.
