Furthermore, one of the third fixing portion 14 and the chassis 50 is provided with a positioning buckle 51, the other is provided with a positioning buckle 142, and the positioning buckle 51 is clamped in the positioning buckle 142, so that the third fixing portion 14 and the chassis 50 are fixedly connected, and the heat exchanger 40 and the chassis 50 are aligned and fixed.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 and 8, the positioning buckle 51 is disposed on the chassis 50, and the positioning groove 142 is disposed on the third fixing portion 14, which is only an embodiment of the present invention, and the positioning buckle 51 may be disposed on the third fixing portion 14, and the same technical effects can be obtained by disposing the positioning buckle 142 on the chassis 50.
Referring to fig. 4 and 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, a third mounting hole 141 is formed on the third fixing portion 14, a corresponding connecting hole 52 is formed on the chassis 50, and the third mounting hole 141 and the connecting hole 52 are connected by a bolt; with further reference to fig. 1, when the heat exchanger 40 and the fixing member 10 are placed on the chassis 50, the third mounting hole 141 and the connecting hole 52 are oppositely disposed, and the ceiling fan 100 further includes a bolt (not shown in the figure) sequentially penetrating through the third mounting hole 141 and the connecting hole 52 to connect and fix the fixing member 10 and the chassis 50, so that the heat exchanger 40 is fixed on the chassis 50. Specifically, in the connecting hole 52 and the third mounting hole 141, at least one hole wall is provided with an internal thread, or is fixed by a nut, and the connecting hole 52 and the third mounting hole 141 are connected in a thread locking manner, so that repeated disassembly is facilitated.
It should be noted that, in the illustrated embodiment, two third fixing portions 14 are connected to the bottom of the fixing member 10, and two corresponding fixing positions are provided on the chassis 50, so as to enable the connection between the fixing member 10 and the chassis 50 to be more stable, and specific positions and number of the third fixing portions 14 are not limited.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the fixing member 10 includes a fixing plate 11, the first fixing portion 12 and the second fixing portion 13 are respectively disposed on the fixing plate 11 towards the two sides of the first end 41 and the second end 42, the third fixing portion 14 is disposed on the fixing plate towards the sides of the chassis 50, a reinforcing portion 15 is disposed between the fixing plate 11 and the third fixing portion 14, so as to avoid deformation between the fixing plate 11 and the third fixing portion 14, and the structure of the fixing member 10 is more stable.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the line passing hole 16 is opened on the side of the chassis of the fixing member 10, and the line body on the ceiling machine 100 can pass through the line passing hole 16 to be routed, without being wound inside the ceiling machine 100, so as to conveniently place the line body of the ceiling machine 100. Further, in some embodiments, the wire passing hole 16 is provided with a folded edge to prevent the wire body from being scratched when the wire passes through the wire, so as to protect the wire body.
With further reference to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the surface of the fixing member 10 is convexly provided with a wire binding ring 17, the wire binding ring 17 is disposed on the wire routing path of the wire body of the ceiling machine 100, and the wire body is bound by using a binding tape or other wire fixing parts on the wire binding ring 17, so as to avoid the wire body becoming loose when other components are wound or interfered in the ceiling machine 100.
In some embodiments, the ceiling fan 100 is further provided with a housing 60, the housing 60 is disposed around the outer edge of the heat exchanger 40, and is fixed on the chassis 50, the gas entering the ceiling fan 100 exchanges heat via the heat exchanger 40, and the housing 60 has an isolation protection effect on the heat exchanger 40, so that the heat exchanger 40 has a relatively stable working environment and is not affected by external temperature.

Claims (10)

1. A ceiling mountable machine, comprising:
the heat exchanger extends along the circumferential direction of the ceiling fan and forms a first end and a second end which are arranged at intervals;
the fixing piece is arranged between two ends of the heat exchanger, the first end is connected with the fixing piece in a buckling mode, and the fixing piece faces one side of the second end and is connected with the second end.
2. The ceiling machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the first end is provided with a first clamping portion, a first fixing portion is arranged on one side of the fixing member facing the first end, and the first fixing portion is arranged opposite to the first clamping portion;
one of the first clamping part and the first fixing part is provided with a first buckle, the other one of the first clamping part and the first fixing part is provided with a first clamping groove, and the first buckle is connected with the first clamping groove in a matched mode.

The ceiling machine of claim 2, comprising a first end plate, wherein the first end plate comprises a first end plate main body and the first clamping portion, wherein the first end plate main body is arranged on the end surface of the first end, and the first clamping portion is arranged on one side of the first end plate main body.

The ceiling machine according to claim 3, wherein a first connecting portion is further provided on a side of the first end plate main body on which the first engaging portion is provided, the first engaging portion and the first connecting portion are provided at intervals along a length direction of the first end plate main body, the first connecting portion is provided with a first fixing hole, the first fixing portion is provided with a first mounting hole, the first mounting hole is disposed opposite to the first fixing hole, and the first mounting hole is bolted to the first fixing hole.

The ceiling machine of claim 2, wherein the first buckle is disposed at the first clamping portion, the first buckle comprises a first connecting section, a first clamping section and a first guiding section, the first connecting section, the first clamping section and the first clamping portion are sequentially connected, the first connecting section is connected with the first clamping portion, the first connecting section is obliquely arranged relative to the first clamping portion, the first clamping section is connected with the other end of the first connecting section, one end of the first clamping section, which is far away from the first connecting section, is connected with the first guiding section, and the first guiding section is obliquely arranged relative to the first clamping section in a direction away from the first clamping portion.
6. The ceiling machine of claim 2, wherein a side of said fixture facing said second end is snap-fit to said second end;
the ceiling machine comprises a second end plate, the second end plate comprises a second end plate main body and a second clamping portion, the second end plate main body is arranged on the end face of the second end, the second clamping portion is arranged on one side of the second end plate main body, a second fixing portion is arranged on one side, facing the second end, of the fixing piece, and the second fixing portion and the second clamping portion are arranged oppositely;
one of the second clamping part and the second fixing part is provided with a second buckle, the other one of the second clamping part and the second fixing part is provided with a second clamping groove, and the second buckle is connected with the second clamping groove in a matched mode.

The ceiling machine of claim 6, wherein a second connecting portion is further protruded from a side of the second end plate body where the second engaging portion is provided, the second engaging portion and the second connecting portion are spaced apart along a length direction of the second end plate body, the second connecting portion is provided with a second fixing hole, the second fixing portion is provided with a second mounting hole, the second mounting hole is opposite to the second fixing hole, and the second mounting hole is in bolt connection with the second fixing hole.

The ceiling machine of claim 6, wherein the second buckle is disposed at the second clamping portion, the second buckle comprises a second connecting section, a second clamping section and a second guiding section, the second connecting section, the second clamping section and the second guiding section are sequentially connected, one end of the second connecting section is connected with the second clamping portion, the second connecting section is obliquely disposed relative to the second clamping portion, the other end of the second connecting section is connected with the second clamping section, one end of the second clamping section, which is far away from the second connecting section, is connected with the second guiding section, and the second guiding section is obliquely disposed relative to the second clamping section in a direction away from the second clamping portion.

a third fixing part is arranged on one side of the fixing part facing the chassis, one of the chassis and the third fixing part is provided with a positioning buckle, the other one of the chassis and the third fixing part is provided with a positioning clamping groove, and the positioning buckle is connected with the positioning clamping groove in a matched manner;
the third fixing part is further provided with a third mounting hole, the chassis is further provided with a connecting hole, the third mounting hole is opposite to the connecting hole, and the third mounting hole is in bolted connection with the connecting hole.
10. The ceiling machine of claim 9, wherein the side of the fixing piece facing the chassis is provided with a wire through hole;
