When the folder handle 3 and the folder upper 1 are in a connection state, the safety switch 304 is arranged in the positioning groove 303, and the connection part of the safety switch 304 and the lock catch 301 can slide in the positioning groove 303; at this time, the head of the safety screw 101 is disposed between the folder catcher 3 and the catch piece 301, and the screw portion of the safety screw 101 is engaged with the engaging groove 302 of the catch piece 301, that is, the safety screw 101 and the catch piece 301 are locked. When the safety switch 304 is acted by external force, the safety switch 304 slides along the aforementioned first direction, the safety switch 304 drives the locking piece 301 to slide, so that the screw portion of the safety screw 101 gradually moves out of the locking groove 302 of the locking piece 301, and the head portion of the safety screw 101 gradually passes over the locking piece 301, at this time, the folder catcher 3 and the folder upper piece 1 are in a separable state, and when the folder catcher 3 and/or the folder upper piece 1 is acted by external force, the folder catcher 3 and the folder upper piece 1 can be separated from each other.
Therefore, by arranging the positioning slot 303 and the safety switch 304 on the folder handle 3, when the safety switch 304 is acted by an external force, the safety switch 304 drives the locking piece 301 and the safety screw 101 to be changed from a locking state to a separable state, so that a user can easily separate the folder handle 3 from the folder upper part 1, and the disassembly efficiency of the first connecting part and the second connecting part is improved.
Further, in the present embodiment, in the automatic connection process between the safety screw 101 and the locking element 301, the head of the safety screw 101 contacts the locking groove 302 of the locking element 301 in a 'vertical impact' state, so as to reduce the deformation of the locking groove 302 of the locking element 301 caused by the excessive vertical acting force of the safety screw 101, and improve the service life of the locking element 301.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the fastener 301 has a fixing portion 3011, a positioning portion 3012 and a slope portion 3013, and both ends of the positioning portion 3012 are respectively connected to the fixing portion 3011 and the slope portion 3013;
the fixing portion 3011 is connected to the safety switch 304;
a groove-shaped space is formed between the fixing part 3011 and the slope part 3013, two ends of the slope part 3013 are respectively a connecting end and a clamping end, the distance from the connecting end to the fixing part 3011 is greater than the distance from the clamping end to the fixing part 3011, and a clamping groove 302 is arranged on the clamping end;
the head portion may be disposed in the groove-like space.
Wherein, the slope part 3013 of the locking fastener 301 is in an inclined state relative to the fixing part 3011, and the slope part 3013 is used for contacting and locking the head part of the safety screw 101; in the process of connecting the folder upper 1 and the folder handle 3, when the head of the safety screw 101 contacts the slope portion 3013 of the locking member 301, the direction of the acting force of the safety screw 101 relative to the slope portion 3013 and the direction of the slope portion 3013 form an included angle smaller than 90 °, so that the acting force of the safety screw 101 on the slope portion 3013 is decomposed by force along the surface of the slope portion 3013, and the locking member 301 is forced to slide along the positioning groove 303 under the decomposed acting force along the surface of the slope portion 3013. That is to say, under the condition that the acting force of the safety screw 101 relative to the locking piece 301 is not changed, the acting force in the oblique direction (the acting force direction is oblique to the plane where the locking groove 302 is located) is applied to the locking groove 302 of the locking piece 301, and is smaller than the acting force in the vertical direction (the acting force direction is perpendicular to the plane where the locking groove 302 is located) applied to the locking groove 302 of the locking piece 301, so that the vertical acting force actually applied to the locking piece 301 is relatively reduced, the possibility of deformation of the locking piece 301 is reduced, and the service life of the locking piece 301 is prolonged.
Further, in the present embodiment, in order to solve the technical problem of how to automatically restore the locking member 301 along the second direction during the process of connecting and detaching the locking member 301 and the safety screw 101, the following scheme is preferably adopted.

When the latch member 301 is acted by the safety screw 101, the latch member 301 slides along a first direction, and at the same time, the compression spring 305 is compressed under the action of the latch member 301; on the contrary, after the head of the safety screw 101 passes over the locking groove 302 of the locking member 301, the locking member 301 loses the acting force of the safety screw 101, at this time, the compression spring 305 releases the kinetic energy of the compression thereof, the compression spring 305 is changed from the compressed state to the relaxed state, the compression spring 305 drives the locking member 301 to move along the second direction, and the locking groove 302 of the locking member 301 gradually accommodates the screw portion of the safety screw 101 until the locking member 301 returns to the original position along the second direction.
During the process of detaching the latch member 301 and the safety screw 101, the safety switch 304 slides along the first direction under the action of external force, the safety switch 304 drives the latch member 301 to move along the first direction, the slot 302 of the latch member 301 gradually separates from the screw rod portion of the safety screw 101, and the head portion of the safety screw 101 and the latch member 301 gradually change from the locking state to the detachable state, at this time, the pressure spring 305 is compressed under the action of the latch member 301; on the contrary, when the head of the safety screw 101 passes over the locking groove 302 of the locking member 301 and the folder catcher 3 and/or the folder upper member 1 are separated from each other by the external force, the force applied to the safety switch 304 is removed, at this time, the compression spring 305 releases the kinetic energy of the compression thereof, the compression spring 305 is converted from the compressed state to the relaxed state, and the compression spring 305 drives the locking member 301 to move along the second direction until the locking member 301 returns to the original position along the second direction.
Therefore, the positioning hole 312 is formed in the folder handle 3, so that the connecting screw 306 forms a fixed stretching direction for stretching the pressure spring 305 through the positioning hole 312, and then the pressure spring 305 is sleeved on the connecting screw 306, and the pressure spring 305 is actually arranged between the positioning hole 312 and the positioning portion 3012, so that the pressure spring 305 can absorb kinetic energy when the latch 301 moves along the first direction, and release the kinetic energy when the latch 301 moves along the second direction, thereby providing acting force for the latch 301 at a moment when the latch 301 changes from static to moving along the second direction, and solving the technical problem how the latch 301 can automatically restore to the original position along the second direction in the connecting and detaching processes of the latch 301 and the safety screw 101.

The fixing manner of the third rotating shaft 308 relative to the two fourth through holes 307 may be the fixing manner of the first rotating shaft 102 relative to the two first through holes 105, which is not described herein.
Further, in this embodiment, the external force applied to the folder catcher 3 may be too large, and during the movement of the folder catcher 3 toward the folder upper 1, the folder catcher 3 may move excessively toward the folder upper 1, which may cause the hinge joint between the folder catcher 3 and the front fork 2 to deform. In order to avoid the above problems, the following scheme is preferably adopted.
Referring to fig. 1, the folder clasp 3 is further provided with two sixth through holes 309, a pin 310 and a steel sleeve 311;
the steel sleeve 311 is sleeved on the pin 310, and the pin 310 can be arranged in the two sixth through holes 309;
the folder upper 1 is also provided with a pressing head 106;
the pressing head 106 is connected to a mounting hole 107 with internal threads of the folder upper 1 through external threads;
the steel sleeve 311 may contact the compression head 106.
The steel sleeve 311 is sleeved on the pin 310, and when the steel sleeve 311 is fixed on the two sixth through holes 309 on the folding member handle 3 through the pin 310, the steel sleeve 311 forms a first positioning part; also, the pressing head 106 provided to the folder upper 1 forms a second positioning portion. When the folder catcher 3 and the folder upper 1 are in contact with each other, the steel sleeve 311 (the first positioning portion) may contact the pressing head 106 (the second positioning portion), so that after the folder catcher 3 and the folder upper 1 are in contact with each other and the folder catcher 3 continues to move toward the folder upper 1, the steel sleeve 311 (the first positioning portion) on the folder catcher 3 may contact the pressing head 106 (the second positioning portion) of the folder upper 1, so that the movement of the folder catcher 3 is terminated; the pressing head 106 is provided with a head end and a shank portion, the head end is arranged at one end of the fixing portion, and the shank portion is provided with an external thread; the pressing head 106 is installed in an installation hole 107 of the folder upper part 1, an internal thread is arranged in the installation hole 107, and an external thread of the pressing head 106 can be connected to the internal thread of the installation hole 107; the opening direction of the mounting hole 107 and the extending direction of the safety screw 101 are perpendicular to each other, and after the pressing head 106 is actually mounted in the mounting hole 107, when the folder upper 1 and the folder handle 3 contact each other, the head end surface of the pressing head 106 can contact the steel sleeve 311. By adopting the arrangement mode, the phenomenon that the hinged part of the folding piece buckle 3 and the front fork 2 is deformed due to the fact that the folding piece buckle 3 excessively moves towards the direction of the upper folder piece 1 in the movement process of the folding piece buckle 3 towards the upper folder piece 1 due to the fact that the external force applied to the folding piece buckle 3 is too large is avoided.
The steel sleeve 311 has a function of protecting the pin 310 besides the blocking function of the first positioning portion, so that the pin 310 is prevented from being directly contacted with the pressing head 106, and abrasion of the pin 310 is reduced or the pin 310 is prevented from being bent.
Further, in theory, the pressing head 106 may be disposed on the folder upper 1 in any structure or in any direction, but, in order to avoid deformation or unnecessary wear of the pressing head 106 itself, it is preferable to dispose the pressing head 106 as a nail head member, and direct the nail head end surface of the nail head member toward the aforementioned steel sleeve 311, so that the steel sleeve 311 can only contact the nail head end surface of the nail head member, so as to reduce the possibility of deformation of the pressing head 106, and reduce unnecessary wear.
