Abstract
An angled trampoline plate system including a trampoline including a middle bed and a right angled bed mounted at an angle to the middle bed. A right lower frame horizontal member having a right frame foot extending from and supporting the right angled bed. A right drop-down frame foot supporting the right angled bed and the middle bed. Background
Various angled trampolines have emerged over the years. Disclosure of Invention
An angled trampoline plate system including a trampoline including a middle bed and a right angled bed mounted at an angle to the middle bed. The pull-down panel web also has a pull ring and a tension bar, wherein the pull ring is attached to the trampoline between the intermediate bed and the right angled bed. The pull ring receives the tension bar such that the tension bar and the pull ring form an upper ring.
The tension rod may be formed in segments, several segments being stacked and overlapped with each other. The tension bar includes a first tension bar segment that overlaps a second tension bar segment. The first tension bar segment may be adjacent to and parallel to the second tension bar segment such that the first and second tension bars are the same height.
The bungee cord has a cord end that engages into a cord molding, wherein the cord molding has an opening that exposes a socket that receives the cord end. The rope end socket is a plastic barrel-shaped component. The bungee cord has a cord end that is engaged into the cord molding. The cord molding carries a hook configured to fit through the loop aperture.
The pull-down panel web should have a series of tabs that attach to the trampoline between the middle bed and the right angled bed. The series of tabs are arranged linearly. A series of pull tabs receive the tension rods. The tension bar and the series of pull rings form a series of upper rings. The right lower frame horizontal member also has a series of lower rings. The series of lower rings has a series of lower ring holes. A series of lower rings and a series of upper rings in an offset arrangement. The elastic cords are installed between a series of lower rings and a series of upper rings in a zigzag alternating manner.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention has a right angled bed 10, and the right angled bed 10 has a right frame leg 11 and a left frame leg 31. The right frame foot 11 supports the right angled bed 10 and the left frame foot 31 supports the left angled bed. The middle bed 20 is located between the right angled bed 10 and the left angled bed 30. Preferably, the housing 12 is accessed through a zippered access opening 14. The housing 12 is a generally mesh enclosure structure for holding a user therein. The edge cover 13 is a spring cover covering the edge. In addition, the left and right drop-down frame feet 41, 42 are used to support the middle bed 20.
As shown in fig. 2, the panel system has a bungee cord 50 with a very long track. The panel system is a pull-down panel web 40. The continuous bungee cord 50 distributes the load in the lateral as well as downward directions. Bungee cord 50 has a cord free end 51. The cord free end 51 starts with a first cord passage 52. First rope channel 52 continues to second rope channel 53. The second rope channel 53 then continues to the subsequent rope channel 54. A continuous bungee cord 50 is wrapped around the tension bar 46. The tension rods 46 may be manufactured in sections or may be manufactured continuously. The tension rod 46 passes through a pull ring 48 that is sewn into the trampoline (e.g., right angled bed 10). The tension rod 46 is preferably a flexible steel rod.
The pull ring 48 is preferably a fabric loop having an annular ring for receiving the tension rod 46. A tension bar 46 slides through each successive tab that begins at the end of the pull-down panel web 40. The pull ring 48 defines an upper boundary of the pull-down panel web 40. An upper loop 47 is formed between the tension rod 46 and a trampoline, such as the right angled bed 10. The upper loop 47 receives a continuous wrap of bungee cord 50. When the user passes the bungee cord through the upper ring 47, the user then passes the bungee cord 50 through the lower ring 45. The user alternates between engaging the upper ring 47 and the lower ring 45 to form a zigzag alternating profile. The lower ring 45 may be a metal link ring welded to the lower frame horizontal member 43.
The lower frame vertical member 44 extends from the lower frame horizontal member 43. The lower frame horizontal member 43 may form a right drop down frame foot 42. The above similar structure can be achieved in which the left drop-down frame leg 41 has a lower frame horizontal member 43. The lower frame vertical member 44 extends upwardly at an angle to form a plane with the lower frame horizontal member 43. The pull-down panel web 40 is preferably aligned with the plane formed between the lower frame vertical members 44 and the lower frame horizontal members 43.
As shown in fig. 3, the frame legs are tubular steel members. The left drop-down frame leg 41 appears in the background and the right drop-down frame leg 42 appears in the foreground. The tension rod 46 passes through a pull ring 48 to form an upper ring 47. A bungee cord 50 passes through each loop. Bungee cord 50 may be made in segments with hooks 62 attached to loop apertures 64 of lower loop 45. Lower loop 45 is formed on lower frame horizontal member 43 and has a loop hole 64 large enough to receive the tip of the lower hook. The bungee cord 50 has a cord end 61 that engages a cord molding 63. The cord molding may extend to the hook 62. Bungee cord 50 may be formed in segments, for example, segments long enough to span the panel twice. The cord molding may be a plastic injection molded member that secures the ends of the bungee cords within the plastic injection molded member.
The tension rod may be formed as a pair of segments overlapping each other. For example, the second tension bar segment 56 may overlap the first tension bar segment 55 to provide a lesser stiffness response. When the first tension bar segment 55 is placed parallel to the second tension bar segment 56, preferably the first tension bar segment 55 is adjacent to the second tension bar segment 56 such that they are at the same height. The pull ring 48 may be rectangular to have a fabric sleeve structure for retaining portions of the tension bar 46, which portions of the tension bar 46 may be made in multiple parts. The length of the segments of the tension rod 46 is preferably a few meters.
As can be seen in fig. 4, the bungee cord 50 has a cord end 61, the cord end 61 being engaged into a cord molding 63. The string molding 63 has an opening that exposes a socket that receives the string end 61. The rope end socket may be a plastic barrel member. A hook 62 may extend from the cord molding 63. The tips of hooks 62 may be rounded to fit around the circular opening of loops 64.
Claims (10)
1. An angled trampoline plate system, comprising:
a trampoline including a middle bed and a right angled bed, wherein the right angled bed is mounted at an angle to the middle bed;
a right lower frame horizontal member including a right frame foot extending from and supporting the right angled bed;
a right drop down frame foot supporting the right angled bed and the middle bed;
a left drop-down frame leg supporting the middle bed; and
a drop-down panel web formed between the trampoline and the right drop-down frame leg, wherein the drop-down panel web separates the intermediate bed from the right angled bed, wherein the drop-down panel web further comprises:
a bungee cord attached to said right lower frame horizontal member;
a pull ring attached to the trampoline between the middle bed and the right angled bed; and
a tension bar, wherein the pull ring receives the tension bar, the tension bar and the pull ring forming an upper ring.
2. The angled trampoline deck system of claim 1, wherein the tension rod is formed as a pair of segments that overlap each other, wherein the tension rod includes a first tension rod segment that overlaps a second tension rod segment.
3. The angled trampoline deck system of claim 1, wherein the tension rod is formed as a pair of segments that overlap each other, wherein the tension rod includes a first tension rod segment that is adjacent and parallel to a second tension rod segment, wherein the first tension rod and the second tension rod have the same height.
4. The angled trampoline plate system of claim 1, wherein the bungee cord has a cord end that is engaged into a cord molding, wherein the cord molding has an opening that exposes a socket that receives the cord end, wherein the cord end socket is a plastic barrel member.
5. The angled trampoline board system of claim 1, wherein the bungee cord has a cord end that engages into a cord molding, wherein the cord molding has a hook configured to fit through the loop aperture.
6. The angled trampoline board system of claim 1, wherein the pull-down panel net further comprises: a series of tension loops attached to the trampoline between the middle bed and the right angled bed, the series of tension loops being linearly arranged, the series of tension loops receiving the tension bar, the tension bar and the series of tension loops forming a series of upper loops, the right lower frame horizontal member further including a series of lower loops having a series of lower loop apertures, the series of lower loops and the series of upper loops being offset arranged, the bungee cords being mounted in a zigzag alternating manner between the series of lower loops and the series of upper loops.
7. The angled trampoline deck system of claim 6, wherein the tension rod is formed as a pair of segments that overlap each other, wherein the tension rod includes a first tension rod segment that overlaps a second tension rod segment.
8. The angled trampoline deck system of claim 6, wherein the tension rods are formed as a pair of segments that overlap each other, wherein the tension rods comprise a first tension rod segment that is adjacent and parallel to a second tension rod segment, wherein the first and second tension rods have the same height.
9. The angled trampoline plate system of claim 6, wherein the bungee cord has a cord end that is engaged into a cord molding, wherein the cord molding has an opening that exposes a socket that receives the cord end, wherein the cord end socket is a plastic barrel member.
10. The angled trampoline plate system of claim 6, wherein the bungee cord has a cord end that engages into a cord molding, wherein the cord molding has a hook configured to fit through the loop aperture.
