Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a multi-range low-cost current sensor.
Background
In recent years, C-type magnetic ring current sensors have been widely used, particularly for detecting large currents. However, in some occasions, large current and small current need to be detected at the same time, and the detection precision needs to be ensured, so that the requirement cannot be met by adopting the existing C-shaped magnetic ring type current sensor.
Disclosure of Invention
1) Solves the technical problem
After the traditional C-shaped magnetic ring type current sensor is designed, the detection precision of one measuring range can be ensured, the detection precision of small current cannot be ensured, and in order to ensure the detection precision of small current, a mode of improving precision is required, so that the cost is greatly increased. Or another small-range current sensor, which increases not only cost but also volume and weight.
2) Technical scheme
The invention provides a multi-range low-cost current sensor which is characterized in that a magnetic conducting material forms a semi-closed magnetic conducting magnetic circuit, the width of an air gap at a semi-closed opening of the magnetic conducting material is unequal, the air gap has at least two widths, a magnetic field is generated in a magnetic ring and the air gap by current penetrating through the semi-closed magnetic ring formed by the magnetic conducting material, uneven magnetic field distribution is formed in the air gap, and at least two magnetic field induction intensity sensors are placed at positions with different magnetic field induction intensities, as shown in figure 1. In the air gaps with different widths, the magnetic induction intensity is different, the magnetic induction intensity is higher at the narrow part, and the magnetic induction intensity is lower at the wide part, as shown in fig. 2. When the current is small, the current is detected using the magnetic field in the air gap having a narrow width. When the current is large, the current is detected by using the magnetic field in the air gap at the wide position. Therefore, the detection of large current and the detection of small current can be simultaneously considered.
The magnetizer is made of silicon steel sheet or ferrite or permalloy and other soft magnetic materials.
The magnetic field induction intensity sensor adopts a Hall element.
The magnetizer is provided with a small hole for fixing so as to fix the current sensor.
The magnetizer is formed by laminating a plurality of silicon steel sheets.
3) Advantageous effects
The multi-range low-cost current sensor designed by the mode has the advantages of low cost, almost no increase of volume and weight, and high current and low current detection precision.
