背景技术
电子数显游标卡尺能进行长度测量,但不能对测量长度进行等分,当需要n等分的时候,需将总长度除以n得到等分长度x,再以数值2到数值n与x各个相乘得到相应的值,再在尺子上找到相应的位置。上述步骤含有大量的人工计算,费时费力且容易出错。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种快捷、高效以及等分准确的电子等分尺。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种电子等分尺,包括定爪、动爪、电显模块、长条显示屏、滑动卡槽、主尺和定尺,其中,

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本实用新型的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
电子等分尺实施例1
参见图1,一种电子等分尺,包括定爪10、动爪11、电显模块21、长条显示屏22、滑动卡槽32、主尺31和定尺12,其中,
定爪10与主尺31固定连接,主尺31上下两侧设置刻度,定尺12、长条显示屏22和滑动卡槽32设置在主尺31上,电显模块21与动爪11固定连接,动爪11移动带动电显模块21在滑动卡槽32中滑动;电显模块21包括处理器、液晶屏、按键组、位移检测器和供电模块,其中处理器与液晶屏、按键组、位移检测器和供电模块分别连接,位移检测器在动爪11移动后检测动爪11相对定尺12的位移信号,将位移信号发送给处理器,处理器进行模数转换和等分计算,将总的位移显示在液晶屏,将等分长度位置显示在长条显示屏22上,按动按键组进行电源开关、等分比设置、清零和单位转换。供电模块采用纽扣电池供电。
具体实施例中,还包括微调轮13,设置在电显模块21的下部,滚动微调轮13与主尺31产生作用力,微调动爪11,将对被测物的夹持力调整至夹紧又不会产生形变,此时是对被测物最准确的测量。
定爪10和动爪11为外径式和/或内径式,图1中展示的是外径式的定爪10和动爪11,具体实施例中还可以在主尺31的上端设置内径式,定爪10和动爪11的形状与图1中的形状呈水平对称。
位移检测器包括容栅式传感器,在定爪10上设置定栅,动爪11上的电显模块21中设置动栅,因为是对直线位移的测量,所以采用直线型容栅式传感器,容栅式传感器的结构非常类似于平行板电容器,它是由一组排列成栅状结构的平行板电容器并联而成的,如果把随时间变化的周期信号,通过电子电路的控制,在同一瞬间以不同的相位分布,分别加载于顺序排列的栅状电容器各个栅极上,则在另一公共极板(定栅)上,任一瞬间产生的感应信号将与该瞬间加载的激励信号具有相同的相位分布,容栅式传感器的输出电压是一频率与发射电压相同的正弦电压,其幅值在很小范围内变化,可近似看作一常数,相位移可采用鉴相型测量电路测出,即可得到相对位移,可见容栅式传感器是一种相位跟踪型的位移检测器,这种传感器对输入信号的幅值变化不敏感,故具有较好的抗干扰能力。容栅式传感器把机械位移量转变成电信号的相位变化量,然后送给处理器进行数据处理,容栅式传感器通过精密电压比较器TLC354进行控制,由供电模块供电,由处理器提供所需的激励信号,同时接收容栅式传感器感应信号,并通过鉴相型电路测量出激励信号与感应信号的相位差,经过一系列的变化,即可得出活塞移动的长度距离。
位移检测器还可以包括光电脉冲计数器,用光电脉冲计数原理,将动爪11的位移量转变为脉冲信号,通过计数器和处理器将测量尺寸用数字显示在液晶屏上。
位移检测器还可以包括感应同步器,利用电磁原理将线位移和角位移转换成电信号,本实用新型中只需将线位移进行转换,动爪11上的电显模块21中包括分段绕组,为正余弦绕组,定尺12上包括连续绕组,利用分段绕组与连续绕组间发生相对位移时,由于电磁耦合的变化,分段绕组中的感应电压随位移的变化而变化,借以进行位移量的检测。
处理器采用图2电路图中的U1A+U1B的STM32L100C6U6型号的微处理器,封装为UFQFPN-48,该封装可节省电显模块21线路板的面积,使电显模块21做的更小。该款处理器性能强大,功耗低,有超长续航能力,主要实现模数转换,长度计算,长度显示,按键检测,单位换算,等分点显示等功能。测量的总长度在液晶屏上显示,液晶屏为电路图中的U3。按键组有5个按钮PC13、PC14、PC15、PH0和PH1,分别为:英制公制切换、清零、等分比加、等分比减、电源开和关。P1为接供电模块,即其包括的纽扣电池,P2为对处理器中的程序烧录接口
电子等分尺的距离测量较佳的方案是基于容栅式传感器U2测量技术测得总长度后,由卡尺上的处理器对总长度进行等分计算,四舍五入后在长条显示屏22,LCD819232的相应位置实时显示出等分点的位置。长条显示屏22是一款可以根据本实用新型的整体尺寸定制的液晶显示屏,像素点根据电子等分尺长度和显示精度进行设计,具体实施例中,长条显示屏22共有8192*32个像素点,像素点中心距离为0.0123mm,即长条显示屏22的有效显示长宽分别为1007.6mm,3.9mm,将等分比设置为4,测量和等分后效果参见图3,有4个等分长度位置23。
本实用新型的测量精度可达到0.02mm,测量数值在液晶屏上显示,现有技术中的数显游标卡尺存在的误差有机械尺误差、容栅式传感器测量误差、模数转换误差、计算误差。而本实用新型在进行等分测量时增加了等分计算误差、屏幕像素点显示精度误差。屏幕像素点的显示精度误差决定于屏幕的dpi,高dpi的屏幕显示精度更高,但意味着高成本,通常在精度和成本之间取个平衡点,本实用新型的液晶屏显示误差可做到0.05mm之内,能满足日常的等分测量需求。
