It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be combined with each other.
Referring to fig. 1, a locking mechanism for a pallet according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: the first sliding rail 10 comprises a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, a locking piece 102 penetrating through the first sliding rail 10 is arranged, a locking handle 101 is arranged at the first end, and the locking handle 101 is connected with one end of the locking piece 102; the second slide rail 20 comprises a third end and a fourth end which are oppositely arranged, the first slide rail 10 is connected to the second slide rail 20 in a sliding manner, and the third end is provided with a first stop part 201; wherein, the stopping member is configured to abut against the other end of the locking member 102 and stop the first slide rail 10 from sliding out of the second slide rail 20 when the second end of the first slide rail 10 moves to the fourth end of the second slide rail 20.
With the above embodiment, under the condition that the second end of the first slide rail 10 is slidably connected along the second slide rail 20, the locking handle 101 drives the locking member 102, so that the locking member 102 is matched with the first stop member 201, and the first slide rail 10 and the second slide rail 20 are relatively fixed, thereby achieving the purpose of locking; in addition, under the condition that the first slide rail 10 and the second slide rail 20 are fixed, the locking handle 101 drives the locking piece 102, so that the locking piece 102 is separated from the first stop piece 201, the first slide rail 10 and the second slide rail 20 can slide relatively, the purpose of unlocking and storing is achieved, the operation is convenient and flexible, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Optionally, the locking handle 101 moves horizontally in the first slide rail 10. In this way, the locking handle 101 can be operated to horizontally move the locking handle 101 in the first slide rail 10, so as to drive the locking member 102 to move in the first slide rail 10, thereby achieving the fixation or separation between the locking member 102 and the first stop member 201.
Alternatively, the end surface of the lock handle 101 is C-shaped. Thus, the opening direction of the C can be set to be the moving locking direction or the unlocking direction of the locking handle 101, and the user can remember and use the opening direction conveniently.
Optionally, one end of the locking member 102 is bent to form a first bent portion 1021, and the locking handle 101 includes a first groove 1011; the first bending portion 1021 is embedded in the first groove 1011. Optionally, the first bent portion 1021 is bent upward, and the first groove 1011 is located on the bottom surface of the locking handle 101. The first bending portion 1021 is fixed in the first recess 1011. In practical applications, the first bending portion 1021 can be welded in the first recess 1011. Optionally, the first bending portion 1021 is adhered to the first groove 1011. Thus, the locking handle 101 can drive the locking piece 102 to move conveniently, and the locking mechanism can be prevented from being out of work.
Optionally, the other end of the locking member 102 is bent to form a second bent portion 1022; the first stopper 201 includes a second groove 2011 for blocking the second bent part 1022. The second bending portion 1022 is V-shaped, and an opening direction of the second bending portion 1022 faces the first stopper 201. In practical applications, the second bending portion 1022 moves from right to left along the second slide rail 20, and the free end of the second bending portion 1022 slides into the second groove 2011 along the bottom surface of the first stopper 201 and abuts against the first stopper 201. When the second bending part 1022 moves from left to right along the second slide rail 20, the free end of the second bending part 1022 slides out of the second groove 2011, so as to be separated from the first stopper 201.
Optionally, the bottom surface of the first stopper 201 is disposed obliquely from the third end to the fourth end of the second slide rail 20. In this way, the second bending part 1022 is convenient to enter and exit the second groove 2011, and the seizure phenomenon is prevented.
Optionally, the locking mechanism for the tray further comprises: the third slide rail 30 is connected with the second slide rail 20 in a sliding way; the third slide rail 30 is provided with a second stop 301, the second stop 301 being configured to block the fourth end of the second slide rail 20 from sliding out of the third slide rail 30. Thus, the total length of the first slide rail 10, the second slide rail 20 and the third slide rail 30 is further enlarged through the third slide rail 30, and the length and the accommodation capacity of the tray are further enlarged.
Optionally, a first bead 40 is disposed between the first slide rail 10 and the second slide rail 20, and/or a second bead 50 is disposed between the second slide rail 20 and the third slide rail 30; wherein the width of the first bead 40 is less than or equal to the width of the second bead 50. In this way, the smoothness of the sliding process between the first slide rail 10 and the second slide rail 20, and between the second slide rail 20 and the third slide rail 30 can be improved by the first bead 40 and the second bead 50. The first slide rail 10, the second slide rail 20 and the third slide rail 30 are sequentially sleeved, the third slide rail 30 is largest in size, the bearing capacity is also largest, and the stability and the reliability of the third slide rail 30 in the using process are further improved through the second bead strips 50 with larger sizes.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a tray including a locking mechanism for the tray as provided in the above embodiments. The number of the locking mechanisms is one or two. When the number of the locking mechanisms is two, the two locking mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the tray.
Optionally, the tray further comprises: a tray body 60 provided on an upper portion of the first slide rail 10 of the locking mechanism; the supporting plate 70 is disposed at a lower portion of the third slide rail 30 of the locking mechanism, and defines a receiving portion for placing the tray body 60, wherein the tray body 60 is slidably connected to the receiving portion. The disc body 60 can slide relative to the supporting plate 70 through the pulling of the locking mechanism, so that the tool is convenient to store.
Optionally, the tray further comprises: the handle 80 is disposed at one end of the tray 60 and is located on the same side of the tray 60 as the locking handle 101. Thus, the tray body 60 can be conveniently pulled and pulled, and the use convenience of a user is improved.
The above description and drawings sufficiently illustrate embodiments of the disclosure to enable those skilled in the art to practice them. Other embodiments may include structural and other changes. The examples merely typify possible variations. Individual components and functions are optional unless explicitly required, and the sequence of operations may vary. Portions and features of some embodiments may be included in or substituted for those of others. The embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to the structures that have been described above and shown in the drawings, and various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the present disclosure is limited only by the appended claims.
