Description

A control subassembly, control panel and cigarette machine for cigarette machine
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a kitchen utensil's technical field specifically, relates to a control subassembly, control panel and cigarette machine for cigarette machine.
Background
Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the requirement of users on kitchens is continuously improved, the multifunctional and automatic cigarette making machine becomes the pursuit trend in modern life, and therefore more and more control assemblies are applied to the cigarette making machine.
The existing cigarette making machine mostly adopts a control component, such as a touch control component, a gesture induction control component and the like, to control the relevant operations of the cigarette making machine. The back of the panel is usually adhered to the bracket, and then the manipulating component is fixed on the bracket through screws. Although the steering assembly can be fixed, a gap exists between the steering assembly and the panel. Because the oil smoke has higher temperature and corrosivity, in order to prevent the oil smoke and water vapor from entering a gap between the panel and the control assembly and possibly entering the interior of the control assembly to cause the delay of reaction of internal elements and even failure, the prior art generally adopts a mode of increasing pretightening force to reduce the gap between the panel and the control assembly; or the mode of an oil-proof box is arranged outside the control assembly, and one more protective barrier is arranged outside the control assembly, so that the effect of preventing oil smoke and water vapor from entering the control assembly is achieved.
However, the handling assembly in the above manner still has many drawbacks: on one hand, the increase of the pretightening force can cause the improvement of the working strength, and the requirements are also provided for the structural strength of the bracket and the shell of the control assembly, if the structural strength is not enough, the shell of the control assembly can deform and even crack or the bracket is separated from the panel, even if the pretightening force is increased, a crack can exist between the panel and the shell of the control assembly, and partial oil smoke and water vapor can still enter the control assembly; on the other hand, setting up the grease proofing box can lead to controlling the size grow of subassembly, weight rising, and grease proofing box cost is higher, finally leads to the cost-push of cigarette machine.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to at least partially solve the problems existing in the prior art, according to one aspect of the present invention, a steering assembly for a cigarette making machine is provided. The control assembly comprises a shell and one or more control elements, a control area is arranged on the front face of the shell, the one or more control elements are located in the control area, each of the one or more control elements is at least partially accommodated in the shell, and a glue injection groove which is recessed towards the inside of the shell is further arranged on the front face of the shell and surrounds the control area.
The utility model provides a control the subassembly through providing the injecting glue groove that encircles the control district, when using, can fill whole injecting glue groove with the adhesive, then will control the subassembly and wholly adhere at the back of panel. This may facilitate fixing the manipulation member 200. For example, the actuating element 200 is enclosed between the front cover 130 and the rear cover 140 or is partially held between the front cover 130 and the rear cover 140. The front cover 130 and the rear cover 140 can be variously modified and modified according to the structure of the manipulation member 200 provided therein. Alternatively, in an embodiment not shown, the actuation element 200 can also be accommodated in its entirety or partially in the housing 100 in various ways. The size of the actuation area 110 can be adapted accordingly to the structural size and number of the actuation elements 200, so that the actuation elements 200 can be located entirely within the actuation area 110.
The front surface of the housing 100 may also be provided with a glue injection groove 120, and the glue injection groove 120 is recessed from the front surface of the housing 100 toward the inside of the housing 100. As used herein and hereinafter, directional terms are relative to a user, "front" and "front" refer to the side that faces or is closer to the user when in use. In this way, the user may manipulate the manipulation member 200 to thereby control the relative operation of the cigarette machine, i.e., the side indicated by arrow X1 in figure 2. And "back" and "rear" refer to the side opposite to "front", i.e. the side facing away or away from the user when in use, i.e. the side indicated by arrow X2 in fig. 2. The glue injection groove 120 may surround the manipulation region 110. That is, the glue injection groove 120 extends on the front surface of the housing 100 and is connected end to form a closed structure. Illustratively, the glue injection groove 120 may have a circular shape, a square shape, a rectangular shape, etc. when viewed from the front, as long as it can completely surround the manipulation region 110.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the control panel 400 may include a panel 410 and the steering assembly 10. The panel 410 may be provided with a light-transmitting region. An adhesive 320 may be disposed in the glue injection groove 120, as shown in fig. 4. The adhesive 320 fills the entire glue groove 120. The steering assembly 10 may be bonded to the back of the panel 410 by an adhesive 320. The adhesive 320 may be silicon, two-component quick-drying adhesive, or various types of adhesives that may be present or may come into the future, as long as the manipulation assembly 10 can be bonded to the back surface of the panel 410. The panel 410 may cover the steering assembly 10. The light-transmitting region may cover at least the manipulation element 200. The light-transmitting region may occupy the entire panel 410. Alternatively, the light-transmitting region may also correspond to the manipulation region 110, i.e., the light-transmitting region only exposes the manipulation region 110. Alternatively, the light-transmitting region may also correspond to the operating element 200, i.e. the light-transmitting region only exposes the operating element 200. The panel 410 may be a unitary piece made of any transparent material such as glass, resin, etc. In this case, the opaque coating may be provided in other regions than the light-transmitting region; or the entire panel 410 may be made transparent. Alternatively, the panel 410 may be a separate member, i.e. the portion corresponding to the light-transmitting region is made of a light-transmitting material, and the other portion is made of a non-light-transmitting material. One skilled in the art can place the light transmissive regions on the panel 410 in any suitable manner, as desired.
The adhesive 320 may either bond the steering assembly 10 to the panel 410, ensuring that the steering assembly 10 is securely mounted and thus eliminating the need for associated mounting brackets; and may close off the gap between the steering assembly 10 and the panel 410. Referring collectively to fig. 4, the arrows schematically illustrate the direction of oil smoke and water entering the steering assembly 10. When the top cover plate is cleaned, water stains may flow down along the gap between the top cover plate and the smoke collecting hood, so that water enters the operation and control assembly 10. During cooking, moisture and oil smoke may enter the smoke exhaust machine through the gaps between the panel and the smoke collecting hood during rising, and a part of moisture and oil smoke may enter the operation and control assembly 10. Oil smoke and steam have higher temperature and corrosivity, can have more filth in the water stain that gets into when cleaning, if they get into the crack between control subassembly 10 and panel 410, even get into in controlling subassembly 10, can cause to control the problem emergence that control component 200 and the circuit system of subassembly 10 accelerated ageing, the light transmissivity in light-transmitting zone descends, and then causes to control component 200 slow reaction, even malfunctioning, user's use experience descends. By arranging the adhesive 320 between the casing 100 and the panel 410 of the operating and controlling assembly 10, a gap between the casing 100 and the panel 410 is blocked, oil smoke and water cannot enter the gap between the operating and controlling assembly 10 and the panel 410 and cannot enter the operating and controlling assembly 10 from the gap, so that oil stain accumulation in the gap between the operating and controlling assembly 10 and the panel 410 can be avoided, the operating and controlling element 200 in the operating and controlling assembly 10 is prevented from being damaged, the stable performance of the operating and controlling assembly 10 is ensured, and the service life is longer.
Therefore, the utility model provides an operating and controlling subassembly 10 through providing the injecting glue groove 120 that encircles operation and control district 110, when using, can fill whole injecting glue groove 120 with adhesive 320, then will should operate and control subassembly 10 and wholly adhere at the back of panel 410. Thus, not only is the number of installation steps reduced compared to the prior art in which the panel 410 is attached to the back surface by brackets and screws, but the adhesive 320 surrounding the entire manipulation region 110 also provides a sealing effect to prevent oil smoke and water from entering the gap between the manipulation assembly 10 and the panel 410 and the manipulation assembly 10 from all directions. Therefore, the performance stability of the control assembly 10 can be ensured, and the service life of the control assembly is prolonged.
Preferably, the adhesive 320 is a silicone or two-component quick-drying adhesive. They do not have good adhesion and also have good sealing after curing. Therefore, the performance stability of the operation assembly 10 can be further ensured, and the service life of the operation assembly is prolonged.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the bottom of the glue injection groove 120 may be provided with a plurality of glue overflow holes 121. The glue overflow holes 121 are dispersedly distributed on the entire bottom of the glue injection groove 120. The structure of each glue overflow hole 121 may be the same or different. In order to ensure the firm bonding and good sealing performance, during installation, enough adhesive is usually injected into the glue injection groove 120 to fill the whole glue injection groove 120. By providing the glue overflow hole 121, the excess adhesive can overflow from the glue overflow hole 121, and the situation that the adhesive overflows from the side of the operation assembly 10 to cause the flatness of the back surface of the panel 410 is avoided. Moreover, the glue overflowing holes 121 can also enable the adhesive 320 in the glue injection groove 120 to be in contact with air, so that the curing time of the adhesive 320 is shortened, the production and assembly time is further shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
Further, in the case where the case 100 includes the front cover 130 and the rear cover 140, the glue injection groove 120 may be provided on the front cover 130. A sealing member 310 may be disposed between the front cover 130 and the rear cover 140. The sealing member 310 may be made of silicone or other rubber. The sealing member 310 is pressed by the front cover 130 and the rear cover 140 to be elastically deformed, so as to close the gap between the front cover 130 and the rear cover 140, and thus, oil smoke and water vapor cannot enter the operation assembly 10. Through this kind of setting, further strengthen the leakproofness of handling subassembly 10, the performance of handling subassembly 10 is more stable, and life is longer.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the rear cover 140 may be accommodated within the front cover 130. Referring to fig. 4 in combination, when oil smoke and vapor generated from cooking rise upward or are deposited on the manipulation assembly 10, and when water stains during cleaning fall downward onto the manipulation assembly 10, the portion of the front cover 130 that extends beyond the outer side of the rear cover 140 may block the oil smoke and the water to some extent, thereby reducing the amount of oil smoke and vapor that enters the interior of the manipulation assembly 10 from the gap between the front cover 130 and the rear cover 140. Through this kind of setting, can further protect and control subassembly 10 and avoid greasy dirt to corrode for the performance of controlling subassembly 10 is more stable, and life is longer.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the front cover 130 may include a front wall 131, an inner circumferential side wall 132, and an outer circumferential side wall 133. An inner peripheral side wall 132 and an outer peripheral side wall 133 may extend rearward from the rear face of the front wall 131. The inner peripheral side wall 132 may be located inside the outer peripheral side wall 133 along a lateral direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction. That is, in the lateral direction, the outer circumferential side wall 133 surrounds the inner circumferential side wall 132. Also, the inner peripheral side wall 132 is disposed spaced apart from the outer peripheral side wall 133. The manipulation element 200 is disposed inside the inner circumferential sidewall 132. The seal 310 may be sandwiched between the inner circumferential sidewall 132 and the rear cover 140 in the front-rear direction. By providing the inner peripheral sidewall 132 and the outer peripheral sidewall 133, it is first facilitated to provide the sealing member 310 between the inner peripheral sidewall 132 and the rear cover 140, and in addition, the inner peripheral sidewall 132 and the outer peripheral sidewall 133 can also serve as a buffer space which can store a certain amount of oil stains even if some oil smoke and water enter the housing 100 from the gap between the front cover 130 and the rear cover 140, and also can prevent the sealing member 310 from directly contacting a large amount of oil stains. That is, if the seal 310 is disposed directly between the peripheral sidewall 133 and the rear cover 140, oil contamination may be directly deposited on the seal 310, possibly accelerating the failure of the seal 310.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the bottom of the glue injection groove 120 may be located between the inner circumferential sidewall 132 and the outer circumferential sidewall 133. Thus, when the glue overflow hole 121 is formed at the bottom of the glue injection groove 120, the glue overflow hole 121 can be directly communicated with the outside through the inner peripheral sidewall 132 and the outer peripheral sidewall 133, and thus, the housing 100 has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost, and the like.
Further, the inner circumferential side wall 132 may be located inside the outer circumferential side wall 133 in the front-rear direction, so that the rear cover 140 may be accommodated inside the outer circumferential side wall 133. As mentioned above, the rear cover 140 is disposed inside the front cover 130, which can effectively protect the operation and control assembly 10 from oil dirt, and the above structure makes the housing 100 simple and low-cost to manufacture on the premise of achieving the purpose.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the front surface of the housing 100 may be provided with an opening 150. The number of openings 150 may correspond to the number of actuating elements 200. Each opening 150 exposes a corresponding one of the steering elements 200. The configuration of the opening 150 may match the configuration of the corresponding steering element 200. That is, when the plurality of manipulating elements 200 have different structures, the corresponding openings 150 may have different structures. In this way, each of the manipulating members 200 may have an independent opening 150, and each of the manipulating members 200 may have a good interference resistance therebetween, and thus, an operation command error may not easily occur.
