Abstract
一种用于外科手术临时阻断的阻断器，由阻断器
嘴、金属板、扣盖和橡皮管组成。阻断器嘴上端为腔
体，下端由腔体削制成叉形，叉端之间用半弯形金属
板连接，半弯形金属板两端各有一圆孔，橡皮管两端
穿过半圆形金属板两端的圆孔，通过阻断器嘴腔体拉
出，扣盖扣在阻断器嘴上端，扣盖上有一长方形缺口，
长方形缺口上部金属薄于其它部位。对组织无损伤，
方便手术操作，减少术后并发症，构造简单，容易制
造。临床主要用于肝门、腹主动脉、脾门、肾蒂和胰
腺。
Description
本实用新型属于一种外科手术临时阻断的医疗器械。
目前，在肝门、脾门、肾蒂、胰腺和腹主动脉的外科手术时常需临时阻断，没有一种专门的医疗器械可用。临床常用沙丁氏钳夹、橡皮导尿管的旋扭，这些方法费时，很不方便，易造成组织损伤，增加术后并发症。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种外科手术临时阻断的阻断器，可减少组织创伤，减少术后并发症，手术省时、方便。
本实用新型是这样实现的，由阻断器咀、金属板、扣盖和橡皮管组成。阻断器咀上端为腔体，下端为叉形，叉端之间用半弯形金属板连接，半弯形金属板两端各有一圆孔，橡皮管两端穿过半弯形金属板两端的圆孔，通过阻断器咀腔体拉出。扣盖扣在阻断器咀上端，扣盖上有一长方形缺口，缺口上部金属簿于其它部位，构成阻断器。

参照图1，阻断器咀［1］上端为腔体，下端将腔体削制成叉形，叉端之间用半弯形金属板［2］连接，以适应拟套的软组织，半弯形金属板［2］两端各有一圆孔［3］，橡皮管［4］两端穿过半弯形金属板［2］两端的圆孔［3］，通过阻断器咀［1］腔体拉紧，套住软组织，扣盖［5］扣在阻断器咀［1］上端，扣盖［5］上有一长方形缺口［6］，长方形缺口［6］上部金属簿于其它部位，用于扣住橡皮管，构成阻断器。
本实用新型经临床应用，对组织无损伤，方便手术操作，减少术后并发症，构造简单，容易安装和拆除，容易制造。
本实用新型使用操作步骤是，使用时选好阻断器，将橡皮管一端穿过半弯形金属板一端的圆孔，通过阻断器咀腔体拉出，将橡皮管另一端环绕拟套的组织后，穿过半弯形金属板另一端的圆孔，通过阻断器咀腔体拉出，拉紧橡皮管两端，将扣盖的缺口对准橡皮管扣上扣盖，旋扭扣盖即固定。主要临床适应用于肝门、腹主动脉、脾门、肾蒂和胰腺。
