The water dispenser of claim 5, wherein the middle layer is provided with a waterway converter electrically connected with the controller, the waterway converter is arranged on the second waterway and positioned at the downstream of the waterway regulator, the waterway converter is provided with a first communication port communicated with the brewing container and a second communication port communicated with the water outlet assembly, and the controller controls the inlet of the waterway converter to be communicated with the first communication port or the first communication port to be communicated with the second communication port.
8. The water dispenser of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a steam box, wherein the top of the heater is provided with a steam outlet, an inlet of the steam box is communicated with the steam outlet, and an outlet of the steam box is communicated with the atmosphere.

The water dispenser of claim 7, wherein a steam regulator electrically connected with the controller is arranged between the heater and the steam box, and the controller controls the steam regulator to lead the steam outlet to be communicated with the brewing container and/or to be communicated with the atmosphere through the steam box.

The water dispenser as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a water pumping part is further arranged in the machine body, the outlet of the heater is communicated with the waterway regulator through the water pumping part, and the heater is an instant heater or a heating container for containing heating liquid.
