The end of the avoiding groove 212 on the sliding member 191 facing the pressure limiting valve assembly 140 is an opening structure, so that the structure of the sliding member 191 can be simplified, and a large enough avoiding space can be provided for the pressure limiting valve assembly 140.
In the second embodiment, the exhaust pipe is disposed on the metal cover 120, and the solenoid valve drives the exhaust lever to push the exhaust lever against the pressure limiting valve. The exhaust lever is pushed by the electromagnetic valve so as to push the pressure limiting valve, and the exhaust lever is simple in structure and good in transmission efficiency.

1. A cover assembly, comprising:
a face cover (110);
a metal cover (120), the metal cover (120) being located below the face cover (110);
a pressure limiting valve assembly (140) disposed on the metal cover (120);
the cover opening handle (180) is arranged on the face cover (110) in a turnover mode;
the transmission assembly (190) is arranged between the surface cover (110) and the metal cover (120), the cover opening handle (180) is in driving connection with a first end of the transmission assembly (190), a second end of the transmission assembly (190) is in driving connection with the metal cover (120) to drive the metal cover (120) to rotate relative to the surface cover (110), the transmission assembly (190) is provided with an avoiding space (210), and at least part of the pressure limiting valve assembly (140) is located in the avoiding space (210).
2. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the transmission assembly (190) comprises:
the sliding piece (191) is slidably arranged on the face cover (110), the cover opening handle (180) is in driving connection with the sliding piece (191), and the avoidance space (210) is arranged on the sliding piece (191);
the swinging piece (192) is arranged between the surface cover (110) and the metal cover (120) in a swinging mode, a first end of the swinging piece (192) is driven by the sliding piece (191), and a second end of the swinging piece (192) is connected with the metal cover (120) in a driving mode.
3. The cover assembly according to claim 2, wherein the sliding member (191) is provided with an avoiding hole (211) or an avoiding groove (212), the avoiding hole (211) or the avoiding groove (212) forms the avoiding space (210), and the pressure limiting valve assembly (140) is inserted into the avoiding hole (211) or the avoiding groove (212).
4. The cover assembly of claim 2, wherein the swinging member (192) is a corner arm, a corner of the corner arm being hingedly connected to the face cover (110).

The cover assembly according to claim 2, wherein a first end of the swinging member (192) is provided with a first transmission chute (1921), the sliding member (191) is provided with a transmission column (1911), the transmission column (1911) is inserted into the first transmission chute (1921), a second end of the swinging member (192) is provided with a second transmission chute (1922), the metal cover (120) is provided with a force bearing column (124), and the force bearing column (124) is inserted into the second transmission chute (1922).
6. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the transmission assembly (190) comprises:
the sliding part (191) is slidably arranged on the face cover (110), the cover opening handle (180) is in driving connection with the sliding part (191) to drive the metal cover (120) to rotate, an avoiding groove (212) is formed in the sliding part (191), the avoiding groove (212) forms the avoiding space (210), and the pressure limiting valve component (140) is arranged in the avoiding groove (212) in a penetrating mode.

The cover assembly according to claim 2 or 6, wherein the door-opening handle (180) includes a handle body (181), a rotation shaft (182), and an eccentric portion (183), the rotation shaft (182) being provided on the handle body (181) and being hinged with the face cover (110), the eccentric portion (183) being provided on the rotation shaft (182) and being drivingly connected with the transmission assembly (190).

The cover assembly according to claim 7, wherein the eccentric portion (183) comprises an eccentric block (1831) provided on the rotating shaft (182) and a driving shaft (1832) provided on the eccentric block (1831), and an axis of the rotating shaft (182) is parallel to an axis of the driving shaft (1832).
9. The cover assembly according to claim 8, wherein a third transmission chute (1912) is provided on a side wall of the slider (191), and the transmission shaft (1832) is inserted into the third transmission chute (1912).
10. The cover assembly of claim 2 or 6, wherein the face cover (110) comprises a first cover (111) and a second cover (112), the first cover (111) being disposed over the second cover (112), the door release handle (180) being disposed on the first cover (111), the transmission assembly (190) being located between the first cover (111) and the second cover (112).
11. The cover assembly according to claim 10, characterized in that two spacing ribs (1123) are spaced on the second cover (112), the extending direction of the spacing ribs (1123) is the same as the sliding direction of the sliding member (191), and the sliding member (191) is disposed between the two spacing ribs (1123).
12. A cooking appliance comprising a lid assembly, wherein the lid assembly is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11.
