The cooking appliance of claim 1 wherein said pot assembly further comprises a bladder having a cooking cavity, said bladder being removably disposed in said pot assembly; the cooker cover assembly further comprises a lining, the lining is arranged below the cooker cover main body, sliding teeth are arranged on the circumferential edge of the lining, and the cooker body assembly is provided with clamping teeth locked with the sliding teeth.
