A pressure cooking device comprises a pot cover and a pot body; the pot body is provided with a plurality of outward turning pot teeth and connecting arcs connected with the pot teeth at intervals; the pot cover is provided with a float valve, an opening stopping ejector rod and cover teeth for locking the pot teeth; the upper end of the opening stopping ejector rod is used for clamping the float valve, and an ejector rod head at the lower end of the opening stopping ejector rod is arranged on the lower side part of the pot cover in a telescopic penetrating manner; the method is characterized in that: the pot teeth comprise positioning pot teeth, and connecting arcs on two sides of the positioning pot teeth form a cover closing connecting arc and a cover opening connecting arc respectively; and a gap is reserved between the closing cover connecting arc and the ejector rod head when the closing cover connecting arc is completely extended out.
2. The pressure cooking apparatus of claim 1 wherein said connecting arcs have a common center, said closure connecting arcs having a center-to-center radius of R1, the remaining connecting arcs having a center-to-center radius of R2; r1 < R2.
3. The pressure cooking apparatus of claim 2, wherein the radius from the center of the opening cover connecting arc is R3, R3 ≦ R2.
4. The pressure cooking device of claim 1 wherein said pot teeth are connected to said connecting arc by a smooth slope or an arc.

The pressure cooking device of claim 1, wherein the pot body comprises a pot liner and a heat-preserving cover for accommodating the pot liner, and the pot teeth and the connecting arc are arranged on the heat-preserving cover; and the upper part of the outer wall of the heat-insulating cover is also sleeved with a heat-insulating ring.

The pressure cooking device of claim 5 wherein said heat insulating ring includes a plurality of ring teeth adapted to fit said pot teeth; the ring teeth are connected at intervals through fixed arcs to form the heat insulation ring; the plurality of the ring teeth comprise positioning ring teeth matched with the positioning pot teeth; the fixed arcs on the two sides of the positioning ring teeth form a cover closing fixed arc and a cover opening fixed arc respectively; and a gap is reserved between the cover closing fixing arc and the ejector rod head when the cover closing fixing arc is completely extended out.
7. The pressure cooking apparatus of claim 6 wherein said fixed arcs have a common center, said closure fixed arcs having a radius r1 from center to center, the remaining fixed arcs having a radius r2 from center to center, r1 < r 2.
8. The pressure cooking apparatus of claim 7, wherein the radius of the opening cover fixing arc to the center of the circle is r3, r3 ≦ r 2.
9. The pressure cooking device of claim 5 wherein said heat shield ring is a fiberglass reinforced nylon material.
10. Pressure cooking device according to any one of the claims 1-9, characterised in that the lid is detachably connected to the body.
