The washing device and the toilet provided by the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below. Features in the embodiments described below may complement or be combined with each other without conflict.
The embodiment of the application provides a cleaning device of a toilet bowl. Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the washing device 100 of the toilet stool includes a liquid duct 10, a nozzle 20, and a driving member 30. A nozzle 20 is provided at the end of the liquid conduit 10 and communicates with the liquid conduit 10. The driving member 30 can drive the nozzle 20 to deform, so that the opening area of the nozzle 20 changes.
According to the cleaning device for the toilet bowl provided by the embodiment of the application, liquid can flow into the liquid pipeline 10 and is sprayed out from the nozzle 20, the driving part 30 can drive the nozzle 20 to deform, and the opening area of the nozzle 20 is changed; when the user need wash the anus, the hydraulic pressure of needs is less, and the open area of accessible driving piece 30 regulation nozzle 20 makes the open area grow of nozzle 20, and the user need wash the rectum or when using medicine to the rectum, and the open area of accessible driving piece 30 regulation nozzle makes the open area of nozzle diminish to nozzle 20 spun liquid pressure increase and liquid are more concentrated, and liquid can break through the resistance of anus and enter into rectum department, realizes washing and using medicine to the rectum. It can know, the belt cleaning device of toilet bowl that this application embodiment provided both can wash the anus, also can wash and use medicine to the rectum, more can satisfy user's demand, helps promoting user's use and experiences.
The pressure of the liquid sprayed from the nozzle when the cleaning device 100 for the toilet stool provided by the embodiment of the present application is used for cleaning the anus and the rectum may vary with time as shown in fig. 5. Referring to fig. 5, the anus is cleaned in a time period from 0 to t1, different liquid pressures P1, P2, P3 or P4 can be selected according to the tolerance of the human body, and the pressure of the liquid can be controlled by controlling the flow rate of the liquid into the liquid pipe 10.
The rectum is cleaned in the time period from t1 to t2, the opening area of the nozzle is reduced by firstly adjusting the opening area of the nozzle, so that the pressure of the liquid sprayed out from the nozzle is increased to P5, and the liquid column is more concentrated. In the time period from t1 to t2, the flow rate of the liquid entering the liquid pipeline 10 can be continuously increased so as to continuously increase the pressure of the liquid sprayed out from the nozzle, so that the tolerance of the human body is slowly improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In one embodiment, the liquid conduit 10 is a rigid pipe, which is not easily bent, and is more favorable for the flow of liquid in the conduit. The material of the liquid pipe 10 may be, for example, metal, plastic, or the like. The liquid conduit 10 is provided with an opening in which the nozzle 20 is fixedly arranged.
In one embodiment, the nozzle 20 is resilient. Thus, the nozzle 20 is easily deformed. The material of the nozzle 20 may be an organic material such as rubber or the like.
In one embodiment, referring again to fig. 3 and 4, a portion of the nozzle 20 is located within the liquid conduit 10 and another portion extends outside the liquid conduit 10. The size of the part of the nozzle 20 located outside the liquid pipeline 10 may be larger than the size of the opening of the liquid pipeline 10, and the size of the part of the nozzle 20 located inside the liquid pipeline 10 may be slightly larger than the size of the opening of the liquid pipeline 10, so that the nozzle 20 and the opening of the liquid pipeline 10 are in interference fit, the sealing performance between the nozzle 20 and the liquid pipeline 10 is good, and the liquid in the liquid pipeline 10 is prevented from flowing out from between the nozzle 20 and the wall of the opening. The end of the nozzle 20 may abut against the inner surface of the liquid pipe 10, and the wall of the portion of the nozzle 20 located inside the liquid pipe 10 may be provided with an overflow hole 22, through which the liquid in the liquid pipe 10 may enter the nozzle 20.
In one embodiment, the driving member 30 includes a retaining ring 31 disposed on the nozzle 20 and a pushing member 32, and the pushing member 32 can push the retaining ring 31 to move so as to deform the nozzle 20. The outer peripheral dimension of the portion of the nozzle 20 near its opening may be greater than the inner peripheral dimension of the snap ring 31.
The pushing part 32 pushes the clamping ring 31 to move towards the direction close to the opening of the nozzle 20, the clamping ring 31 applies force to the wall of the nozzle 20 to press the nozzle 20, the opening of the nozzle 20 shrinks, and the opening area of the nozzle 20 is reduced; the pushing member 32 moves in a direction away from the opening of the nozzle 20, the snap ring 31 moves in a direction away from the opening of the nozzle 20, the pressing force applied to the nozzle 20 decreases or disappears, the opening of the nozzle 20 expands, and the opening area of the nozzle 20 increases. With such an arrangement, the opening area of the nozzle 20 can be increased or decreased by the engagement of the pushing member 32 and the snap ring 31, and the structure of the driving member 30 is relatively simple and easy to implement.
In some embodiments, the material of the snap ring 31 is a metallic material. Thus, the snap ring 31 has a high hardness and is less likely to deform, and the opening area of the nozzle 20 can be further ensured to change when the snap ring 31 moves.
In one embodiment, the snap ring 31 is located outside the fluid conduit 10 and is fitted over the portion of the nozzle 20 located outside the fluid conduit 10. In a direction in which the opening of the nozzle 20 is directed toward the liquid pipe 10, the inner wall of the snap ring 31 extends obliquely inward, and the outer wall of the portion of the nozzle 20 located outside the liquid pipe 10 extends obliquely inward. With the arrangement, the inner wall of the clamping ring 31 is matched with the outer wall of the nozzle 20, when the clamping ring 31 moves towards the direction close to the opening of the nozzle 20, the resistance applied to the clamping ring 31 in the moving process is small, and the pushing piece 32 is easy to push the clamping ring 31 to move towards the direction close to the opening of the nozzle 20; and when the pushing piece 32 does not act on the snap ring 31, the nozzle 20 is expanded, so that the resistance of the snap ring 31 when moving in the direction away from the opening of the nozzle 20 is small, the snap ring 31 can move smoothly, and the situation that the opening area of the nozzle 20 cannot be effectively changed due to the fact that the snap ring 31 is clamped is avoided.
In one embodiment, the pusher 32 is provided with a gas channel 323, the nozzle 20 is provided with an air inlet hole 21, and the retainer ring 31 is provided with a through hole 311. The snap ring 31 has a first position and a second position, and the open area of the nozzle 20 when the snap ring 31 is in the first position is smaller than the open area of the nozzle 20 when the snap ring 31 is in the second position. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of the cleaning apparatus when the snap ring 31 is located at the first position, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the cleaning apparatus when the snap ring 31 is located at the second position, and the spray angle α 1 of the nozzle 20 when the snap ring 31 is located at the first position is smaller than the spray angle α 2 of the nozzle 20 when the snap ring is located at the second position. When the cleaning device is used for cleaning the anus, the control card ring 31 is positioned at the first position; when the rectum is cleaned and dosed using the cleaning device, the control collar 31 is in the second position. When the snap ring 31 is at the first position, the through hole 311 is communicated with the gas channel 323 and the gas inlet 21; the snap ring 31 is at the second position, and the air inlet hole 21 is sealed and blocked by the snap ring 31. With this arrangement, when the retainer ring 31 is at the first position, the gas can enter the liquid in the nozzle 20 through the gas passage 323, the through hole 311 and the gas inlet 21 in sequence, that is, bubbles are mixed in the liquid, and the bubbles are ejected together with the liquid. Because the opening area of the nozzle 20 is smaller when the snap ring 31 is at the first position, the pressure of the liquid sprayed from the nozzle 20 is larger, and the bubbles are doped into the liquid, the contact area of the liquid and the human body can be reduced, so that the stress of the human body when the liquid acts on the human body is reduced, and the use experience of a user is promoted; when the snap ring 31 is at the second position, the snap ring 31 seals the air inlet hole 21, so that the liquid can be prevented from flowing out of the air inlet hole 21.
In one embodiment, the pushing member 32 includes a first pushing portion 321 and a second pushing portion 322, and the second pushing portion 322 abuts against the snap ring 31; the extending direction of the first pushing part 321 intersects with the extending direction of the second pushing part 322. The first pushing portion 321 moves along a direction in which the first pushing portion 321 points to the second pushing portion 322, the first pushing portion 321 abuts against the second pushing portion 322 and pushes the second pushing portion 322 to move toward a direction close to the opening of the nozzle 20, and the second pushing portion 322 pushes the snap ring 31 to move to the first position; the first pushing portion 321 moves along a direction in which the second pushing portion 322 points to the first pushing portion 321, the second pushing portion 322 moves away from the opening of the nozzle 20, and the snap ring 31 moves to the second position. The direction in which the first pushing part 321 points to the second pushing part 322 is indicated by an arrow F1 in fig. 3, and the direction in which the second pushing part 322 points to the first pushing part 321 is indicated by an arrow F2 in fig. 3. With this arrangement, the engagement between the first pushing portion 321 and the second pushing portion 322 can push the snap ring 31 to move toward the opening of the nozzle 20 or move the snap ring 31 away from the opening of the nozzle 20. The direction in which the first pushing part 321 points to the second pushing part 322 refers to a direction in which the first pushing part 321 points to the second pushing part 322 in the extending direction of the first pushing part 321; the direction in which the second push portion 322 points to the first push portion 321 refers to a direction in which the second push portion 322 points to the first push portion 321 in the extending direction of the first push portion 321. In the illustrated embodiment, the extending direction of the first pushing portion 321 is substantially perpendicular to the extending direction of the second pushing portion 322. In other embodiments, an included angle between the extending direction of the first pushing portion 321 and the extending direction of the second pushing portion 322 may be an acute angle.
The first pushing portion 321 and the second pushing portion 322 are made of a material with a relatively high hardness, so that the first pushing portion 321 and the second pushing portion 322 are not easily deformed, and the movement of the snap ring 31 is facilitated. The material of the first pushing portion 321 and the second pushing portion 322 may be metal, plastic, etc.
Further, a first abutting surface 3211 is disposed at an end of the first pushing portion 321 close to the second pushing portion 322, a second abutting surface 3221 is disposed at an end of the second pushing portion 322 close to the first pushing portion 321, and when the first pushing portion 321 moves along a direction in which the first pushing portion 321 points to the second pushing portion 322, the first abutting surface 3211 abuts against the second abutting surface 3221 to drive the second pushing portion 322 to move toward a direction close to the opening of the nozzle 20. The first abutting surface 3211 and the second abutting surface 3221 play a guiding role, and guide the first pushing portion 321 to enter a side of the second pushing portion 322 departing from the snap ring 31, so that the first pushing portion 321 can push the second pushing portion 322 to move toward the opening of the nozzle 20. That is, the engagement between the first abutting surface 3211 and the second abutting surface 3221 converts the pushing force of the first pushing portion 321 on the second pushing portion into an acting force on the second pushing portion 322 along the extending direction of the second pushing portion 322, and the second pushing portion 322 moves in the direction approaching the opening of the nozzle 20 by the acting force.
In one embodiment, the first abutting surface 3211 and the second abutting surface 3221 may be inclined surfaces, and the inclination directions of the two surfaces are the same. In other embodiments, the first abutting surface 3211 and the second abutting surface 3221 may be arc-shaped surfaces.
In one embodiment, the gas passage 323 includes a first passage 3212 disposed in the first push part 321 and a second passage 3222 disposed in the second push part 322. In the first position of the snap ring 31, the first channel 3212 is in communication with the second channel 3222, and gas may enter the second channel 3222 through the first channel 3212. In some embodiments, the inclination of the inner surface of the portion of the snap ring 31 near the opening of the nozzle 20 is smaller than the inclination of the inner surface of the portion of the snap ring 31 near the liquid pipe 10, that is, the included angle between the inner surface of the portion of the snap ring 31 near the opening of the nozzle 20 and the horizontal plane is smaller than the included angle between the inner surface of the portion of the snap ring 31 near the liquid pipe 10 and the horizontal plane, and the through hole 311 is provided on the portion of the snap ring 31 near the liquid pipe 10. Thus, when the snap ring 31 is at the second position, the portion of the snap ring 31 close to the opening of the nozzle 20 is closely attached to the nozzle 20, and the air inlet hole 21 on the nozzle 20 can be sealed more tightly. When the snap ring 31 is at the first position, the nozzle 20 is expanded, the portion of the snap ring 31 close to the liquid pipe 10 is better attached to the nozzle 20, no leakage occurs between the air inlet hole 21 of the nozzle 20 and the through hole 311 of the snap ring 31, and almost all the gas in the gas channel 323 can enter the nozzle 20 through the through hole 311 and the air inlet hole 21.
