a first through hole (1410) communicated with the first reservoir (130) is formed in the second reservoir (140), the water level control valve (20) is installed at the first through hole, and the water level control valve (20) can axially slide along the first through hole to communicate or separate the first reservoir (130) and the second reservoir (140);
and the side of the second water reservoir (140) far away from the first water reservoir (130) is provided with a spray opening (1420) communicated with the outside, and the atomizer (120) is arranged in the second water reservoir (140) and can atomize the liquid in the second water reservoir (140) and spray the atomized particles out of the spray opening (1420).
