Example 1
The utility model provides a storage box for a refrigerator door, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, comprising a storage box body 100 arranged on a door liner 200 of a refrigerator door body 10, wherein the storage box body 100 comprises a box body 110 and a cover body 120; the box body 110 is rotatably connected with the cover body 120; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the cover 120 is fixed to the door liner 200 to form a fixed base of the storage box body 100, and the storage box body 100 is mounted on the door liner 200;
the box body 110 and the cover 120 rotate relatively to each other, so that a closed storage space is formed when the storage box body 100 is in a closed state, and the influence of tainting on the use feeling of the articles stored in the storage box body 100 is prevented.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a first cavity 112 is formed inside the box body 110; the first cavity 112 is open at one side and faces away from the rotational connection between the box 110 and the cover 120. When the box body 110 is opened relative to the cover body 120, the opening angle gradually decreases from a position far away from the rotational connection position of the box body 110 and the cover body 120 to the rotational connection position of the box body 110 and the cover body 120, and the opening is arranged in a direction far away from the rotational connection position of the box body 110 and the cover body 120, so that the opening is positioned at the position with the largest opening angle, and the article can be conveniently taken and placed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the outer wall of the first cavity 112 near the opening is recessed to form a notch 1121, so that a user can hold an end of the stored article from the notch 1121 to take out the article.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a sidewall of the first cavity 112 close to the cover 120 is slightly concave toward a direction away from the cover 120 to form a tightening structure, so as to slightly compress the articles stored in the first cavity 112, so as to prevent the articles from falling out of the first cavity 112.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a side of the cover 120 facing the box 110 is recessed to form a second cavity 127 surrounding an outer wall of the first cavity 112, so as to close the opening. So that the storage box body 100 has a relatively sealed storage function to prevent odor tainting.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the storage box body 100 has a square structure; first side walls 124 extend from three peripheral sides of the cover 120, and second side walls 125 extend from one side of the cover 120 near the rotational connection between the box 110 and the cover 120. Three first sidewalls 124 and one second sidewall 125 form a peripheral sidewall of second receptacle 127. The first sidewall 124 abuts against the inner wall of the box body 110, which is provided with the first cavity 112, the second sidewall 125 partially surrounds the outer wall of the first cavity 112, which is close to the rotational connection between the box body 110 and the cover 120, gaps are left between the second sidewall 125 and the outer wall of the first cavity 112 and between the inner walls of the box body 110, which are provided with the first cavity 112, so that the box body 110 can smoothly rotate relative to the cover 120 or the cover 120 can smoothly rotate relative to the box body 110, and unnecessary contact between the outer walls of the box body 110 and the cover 120 during rotation is prevented from causing resistance.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of rubber members 122 for preventing collision are disposed on a side wall of the cover 120 facing the box 110. Specifically, the rubber member 122 is disposed on a side wall of the cover 120 away from an end of the cover 120 pivotally connected to the box 110, when the box 110 rotates relative to the cover 120 to open the storage box body 100, an outer wall of the cover 120 having the rubber member 122 away from an inner wall of the box 110, when the storage box body 100 is closed, an outer wall of the cover 120 having the rubber member 122 is close to the inner wall of the box 110 until touching, and due to the rubber member 122, the cover 120 and the box 110 have a buffering force when touching, thereby achieving an anti-collision effect. Further, the cover 120 is provided with a mounting hole 126 for mounting the rubber 122. Specifically, the mounting hole 126 is a threaded hole, the rubber member 122 is formed by wrapping the head of the screw with rubber, and the threaded portion of the screw is screwed into the mounting hole 126 to achieve mounting.
In one embodiment, two sides of the cover 120 are snap-fit connected to the sidewalls of the door core 200 (not shown). Specifically, the side wall of the recess 210 of the door core 200 is provided with a third clamping groove 211, the two sides of the cover 120 are clamped into the third clamping groove 211 of the door core 200 to realize installation, and the box body 110 rotates relative to the cover 120 to face the storage space in the box body 110 to a user, so that the user can take and place articles conveniently.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the storage box body 100 further includes a locking structure 150 to lock the storage box body 100 when closed. So as to ensure the closure firmness of the storage box body 100, in case that the storage box body 100 is not used, the box body 110 provided with the first cavity 112 for storing articles rotates relative to the cover 120 under the self gravity or the gravity of the stored articles, so as to open the storage box body 100, which causes the stored articles to fall off.
Further, the locking structure 150 includes a locking post 151 and a locking claw 152 respectively disposed on the box body 110 and the cover body 120; the locking posts 151 are locked into the locking claws 152 to restrict the case 110 from being separated from the cover 120. When the storage box body 100 is opened without an external force, the claw 152 limits the catch 151, thereby achieving locking of the storage box body 100. When the storage box body 100 is opened, the user releases the locking column 151 of the box body 110 from the locking jaw 152 by force, thereby opening the storage box body 100.
Further, locking structure 150 is located between the opening end of box 110 and the rotational connection between box 110 and cover 120; and the locking structure 150 is close to the rotational connection between the box body 110 and the cover body 120.
