The outdoor unit of claim 5, wherein a side of the first mounting box (7) facing the first mounting plate (1) and the second mounting plate (3) is provided with a vent hole (7b), and the wind entering from the gap (5) is adapted to enter the first heat dissipation hole group (7a) through the vent hole (7 b).

The outdoor unit of claim 6, further comprising a fan (25) and a deflector (27), wherein the fan (25) is disposed in the casing (23), the deflector (27) is annular, the deflector (27) is disposed around the fan (25), the deflector (27) is disposed below the first mounting plate (1), and the deflector (27) is farther away from the sidewall of the casing (23) than the first heat dissipation hole set (7 a).
8. The outdoor unit of claim 4, wherein the second mounting box (9) is provided with second groups of heat dissipation holes (9a) at both front and rear sides thereof.

The outdoor unit of claim 8, further comprising a first water baffle (29) and a second water baffle, wherein the first water baffle (29) and the second water baffle are both disposed on the second mounting box (9), the first water baffle (29) is connected to a front side wall of the second mounting box (9), the first water baffle (29) extends forward relative to a front side wall of the second mounting box (9), the second water baffle is connected to a rear side wall of the second mounting box (9), and the second water baffle extends rearward relative to a rear side wall of the second mounting box (9).
10. An air conditioner characterized by comprising the outdoor unit of an air conditioner as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 9.
