The utility model provides a GRC subassembly.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the GRC assembly 10 includes a GRC structure 100, an anti-cracking tape 200, and a bonding layer 300.
The GRC structure 100 includes a first GRC plate 110 and a second GRC plate 120. The second GRC sheet 120 is spliced to the first GRC sheet 110 and forms a seam 130 between the second GRC sheet 120 and the first GRC sheet 110.
The crack resistant tape 200 covers the seam 130 and covers the edges of the first and second GRC panels 110, 120 adjacent the seam 130. That is, the crack prevention tape 200 covers the seam 130 and also covers portions of the first GRC board 110 and the second GRC board 120 located at the edge of the seam 130.
The bonding layer 300 connects the anti-cracking tape 200 and the GRC structure 100, that is, the anti-cracking tape 200 and the GRC structure 100 are connected in a bonding manner, so that the anti-cracking tape 200 is fixed on the GRC structure 100.
In above-mentioned GRC subassembly 10, anti-cracking adhesive tape 200 covers the first GRC board 110 of part and second GRC board 120 that are located seam 130 edge when covering seam 130 to can effectively seal seam 130, avoid seam 130 to expose, and then can effectively reduce the probability that GRC structure 100 cracked from seam 130 department, keep GRC subassembly 10 pleasing to the eye in surface, reduce the secondary and repair, practice thrift the cost. And the anti-cracking adhesive tape 200 and the GRC structure 100 are connected in a bonding mode, so that the process is simple, the implementation is easy, and the cost is saved.
In the present embodiment, the crack prevention tape 200 has flexibility. In this way, the anti-crack tape 200 may be wound along the extending direction of the seam 130, so that the anti-crack tape 200 may cover the seam 130. Specifically, taking fig. 1 as an example, the seam 130 of the outer surface of the GRC structure 100 surrounds the GRC structure 100 (surrounds three of the four sides of the GRC structure 100), and the anti-cracking tape 200 can surround the GRC structure 100 because the anti-cracking tape 200 having flexibility can be wound. Thus, when the anti-cracking tape 200 covers the seam 130 surrounding the GRC structure 10, the whole anti-cracking tape 200 is used, and a multi-section anti-cracking tape is not needed, so that the process is simple, and the situation that the seam 130 is not tightly sealed due to the fact that a certain section of anti-cracking tape 200 and another section of anti-cracking tape 200 are not tightly spliced can be avoided.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the crack prevention tape 200 includes a plurality of sub tapes 200a, and the two sub tapes 200a located at two ends in the laminating direction are an inner tape 210 and an outer tape 220, respectively. Inner layer tape 210 is closest to seam 130 and covers seam 130. In the direction from the inner tape 210 to the outer tape 220, the width of the sub tape 200a is gradually increased, and the edge of the anti-cracking tape 200 is stepped. Like this, can ensure that every layer of sub-sticky tape 200a all covers on seam 130, the edge is step-like anti-cracking sticky tape 200 more does benefit to anti-cracking sticky tape 200 and GRC structure 100 sealing connection moreover, and sealed seam 130 that can be better, is step-like anti-cracking sticky tape 200 can more firmly bond on GRC structure 100 moreover.
In the present embodiment, two adjacent layers of the sub tapes 200a are bonded. Thus, the two adjacent layers of sub-tapes 200a may be made of different materials, for example, the hardness of the outer layer tape 220 may be greater than that of the inner layer tape 210. Thus, the inner layer of tape 210 can better seal the seam 130, and the outer layer of tape 220 can provide a longer service life for the entire anti-crack tape 200. In other embodiments, the sub-tapes 200a may be integrally formed.
In the present embodiment, the sub tape 200a has two layers. Therefore, the anti-cracking adhesive tape 200 can meet the requirement of better sealing effect and is easy to manufacture.
In the present embodiment, the thickness of the outer layer tape 220 is greater than the thickness of the inner layer tape 210. Thus, the inner layer of tape 210 can better seal the seam 130, and the outer layer of tape 220 can provide a longer service life for the entire anti-crack tape 200. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the outer layer tape 220 and the inner layer tape 210 are both plastic films.
In the present embodiment, each layer of sub tape 200a is symmetrical with respect to the seam 130 in the extending direction of the seam 130. In this manner, the seam 130 can be made to seal approximately equally on both sides in the direction of extension.
In this embodiment, the sub tape 200a has two layers, the width of the inner tape 210 is 15-55 mm, the width of the outer tape 220 is 40-80 mm, the width of the outer tape 220 is greater than the width of the inner tape 210, and the difference between the widths of the outer tape 220 and the inner tape 210 is 20-30 mm. So, can not only make inner adhesive tape 210 and outer adhesive tape 220 all cover seam 130, but also can avoid crack control sticky tape 200's width too big, the area that covers GRC structure 100 is too big to and can make the stair structure at crack control sticky tape 200's edge more reasonable. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the width of the inner layer tape 210 is 35 mm, and the width of the outer layer tape 220 is 60 mm.
In this embodiment, the width of the adhesive layer 300 is greater than the width of the anti-crack tape 200, and the side portion of the adhesive layer 300 in the width direction extends to the outside of the edge of the anti-crack tape 200. Thus, the anti-cracking tape 200 can be ensured to be hermetically bonded with the GRC structure 100. Specifically, in actual operation, an adhesive is first applied to the seam 130 on the outer surface of the GRC structure 100, and the width of the adhesive is ensured to be larger than that of the anti-cracking tape 200. Then, the anti-cracking tape 200 is attached to the adhesive, and the edge of the anti-cracking tape 200 is located within the edge of the area determined by the adhesive, so that the situation that no adhesive exists between the edge of the anti-cracking tape 200 and the GRC structure 100 can be avoided.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the distance between the edge of the adhesive layer 300 and the edge of the crack prevention tape 200 in the width direction is 7 to 13 mm. More specifically, in the present embodiment, the distance between the edge of the adhesive layer 300 and the edge of the crack prevention tape 200 in the width direction is 10 mm.
In this embodiment, the GRC assembly 10 further includes a facing layer 400, the facing layer 400 covering at least one face of the GRC structure 100. In this manner, the GRC assembly 10 can be made more aesthetically pleasing.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention further provides a GRC curtain wall, which includes a wall body 500, the anti-cracking tape 200 and the bonding layer 300. The wall body 500 comprises a plurality of GRC panels 510 arranged in an array, and any two adjacent GRC panels 510 are spliced to form a seam 520. The crack resistant tape 200 described above covers the width seam 520 and covers the edges of the width GRC board 510 adjacent to the width seam 520. The adhesive layer 300 connects the width anti-cracking tape 200 and the width wall body 500.
The above is only the optional embodiment of the present invention, and not the scope of the present invention is limited thereby, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings are utilized under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields is included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
