Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of clamps, in particular to a combined collet.
Background
Currently, machining systems can be classified into machining and numerical control machining according to the type of machining. Compared with machining, the precision of numerical control machining is higher. Due to the difference of machining precision, the instrument chuck adopted by machining in the prior art cannot be used interchangeably with a collet chuck for numerical control machining.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a combined collet to solve the technical problems in the background art.
The application provides a modular collet chuck, include:
the elastic collet chuck is provided with one end used for clamping a workpiece and an internal thread at the other end;
the first sleeve is sleeved on the elastic collet chuck and is in transition fit with the elastic collet chuck;
the second sleeve is provided with an external thread connected with the elastic collet;
the first sleeve is positioned between the elastic collet and the second sleeve, and the elastic collet is locked by the connection of the second sleeve and the elastic collet.
Preferably, the elastic collet comprises a first section which is in clearance fit with the first sleeve and a second section which is in interference fit with the first sleeve.
Further, the elastic collet chuck also comprises a third section which is gradually enlarged in the direction away from the first section.
Preferably, the second sleeve comprises an integrally formed base configured as a stop limiting movement of the first sleeve and a connecting portion configured with an external thread threadedly connected with the resilient collet.
Further, a surface of the base engages a surface of the first sleeve.
The utility model has the advantages that: the interchangeability of the instrument chuck and the numerical control collet chuck is improved, and the allocation quantity of the instrument chuck or the numerical control collet chuck is reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present specification, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present specification, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments in the present specification without any inventive step should fall within the scope of protection of the present specification.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a combined collet chuck consists of a meter collet and two sleeves, and is suitable for numerical control machining. Specifically, the combined collet comprises an elastic collet 10, a first sleeve 20 and a second sleeve 30 which are arranged in sequence; the elastic collet chuck 10 is used for clamping a workpiece or a cutter, so that one end of the elastic collet chuck is configured to clamp the workpiece, and the other end of the elastic collet chuck is configured with an internal thread; the first sleeve 20 is fitted over the collet 10 and a portion of the second sleeve 30 is threadedly connected to the collet 10 to lock the collet 10 with the first sleeve 20.
Referring to fig. 2, the first sleeve 20 is located between the elastic collet 10 and the second sleeve 30, the connection between the second sleeve 30 and the elastic collet 10 moves the elastic collet 10 toward the first sleeve 20, and finally the contracted portion of the elastic collet 10 is restricted by the wall of the first sleeve 20 and is contracted. Specifically, the first sleeve 20 is sleeved on the elastic collet chuck 10, the first sleeve 20 is in transition fit with the elastic collet chuck 10, the second sleeve 30 is provided with external threads connected with the elastic collet chuck 20, the elastic collet chuck 10 is locked on the first sleeve 20 through the engagement of the internal threads and the external threads, and meanwhile, a workpiece or a tool is clamped due to the contraction of the elastic part of the elastic collet chuck 10.
Referring to fig. 4, the collet 10 includes a first section 101 that is in a clearance fit with the first sleeve 20, and a second section 102 that is in an interference fit with the first sleeve 20. The collet 10 further includes a third section 103 of gradually increasing diameter, the third section 103 being joined to the second section 103, which may be integrally formed.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the second sleeve 30 includes a base 301 and a connecting portion 302, which are integrally formed, the base 301 is configured as a stop for limiting the movement of the first sleeve 20, and, as shown in fig. 2, a surface of the base 301 is engaged with a surface of the first sleeve 10 to form a smooth transition surface, which facilitates the installation of the combined collet; the connecting portion 302 is configured with external threads for threaded connection with the collet 10.
While the present application has been described by way of examples, those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that there are numerous variations and permutations of the present application that do not depart from the spirit of the present application and that the appended embodiments are intended to include such variations and permutations without departing from the present application.
