Specifically, the pulley 231 may include a first base 2311 having a cylindrical shape and stopper rings 2312 connected to both sides of the first base 2311, the first tension belt 100 may be wound around the first base 2311, and both sides of the first tension belt 100 may be respectively abutted against inner sidewalls of the stopper rings 2312 to prevent the first tension belt 100 from moving within the pulley 231. The output wheel 232 includes a second base 2322 and a connection 2321 coaxially connected to the second base 2322, the connection 2321 is columnar, and the connection 2321 is inserted into the first base 2311 and abuts against an inner sidewall of the first base 2311. The second base 2322 and the stopper 2312 opposite to the second base 2322 can be connected by threads, clamping and the like to fix the pulley 231 and the output wheel 232.
One of the connection portion 2321 and the drive shaft 221 has a spline shaft, and the other has a spline hole matching the spline shaft, and the spline shaft is inserted into the spline hole to connect the drive shaft 221 and the connection portion 2321. Thereby, the drive shaft 221 and the connection portion 2321 are prevented from sliding relative to each other. Wherein, when having the spline hole on drive shaft 221, can cup joint the sleeve on drive shaft 221, set up the spline hole at the sleeve inner wall, from this, for directly setting up the spline hole on drive shaft 221, increased the area of contact of spline hole and integral key shaft.

Referring to fig. 1, 5 and 6, the strength training machine according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes an adjusting mechanism 400, the second end of the first tension belt 100 is wound on the adjusting mechanism 400, and the adjusting mechanism 400 is used to adjust the relative position between the second end of the first tension belt 100 and the counterweight mechanism 200. By adjusting the relative position of the second end of the first tension band 100 and the counterweight mechanism 200, the exercise requirements of the user on different parts of the body can be met.
Specifically, the adjusting mechanism 400 includes a second supporting seat 410, an angle adjusting assembly 420 and a supporting assembly 430 with adjustable length, the second supporting seat 410 is connected with the base 300, and the angle adjusting assembly 420 is hinged with the second supporting seat 410. The first end of the base 411 may be opposite to the first tension band 100, the first end of the base 411 may have a first ear seat 4111, the adjusting mechanism 400 is hinged to the first ear seat 4111, the first end of the base 411 may have a second ear seat 4112, and the angle adjusting assembly 420 is hinged to the second ear seat 4112.
The angle adjustment assembly 420 is connected with the support assembly 430 to adjust an included angle between the support assembly 430 and the base 300.
The support assembly 430 has at least two pulleys 431, the pulleys 431 are disposed along the length direction of the support assembly 430, a first end of the support assembly 430 is hinged to the second support base 410, a second end of the support assembly 430 is a free end, and the first tension belt 100 is wound around each pulley 431. Wherein the pulley 431 may be located within the support assembly 430, at the side of the support assembly 430, or toward the side of the base 300, or away from the side of the base 300. In a specific implementation, the position of the pulley 431 is set according to a required direction of the first tension belt 100, and the embodiment is not limited herein.
The angle adjusting assembly 420 includes a first locking member 421, a first adjusting member 422 and a second adjusting member 423, one of the first adjusting member 422 and the second adjusting member 423 is sleeved in the other one of the first adjusting member 422 and the second adjusting member 423 and can move relatively, and the first locking member 421 is used for fixing the relative position of the first adjusting member 422 and the second adjusting member 423.
The supporting assembly 430 includes a second locking member 432, a first supporting member 433 and a second supporting member 434, one of the first supporting member 433 and the second supporting member 434 is sleeved in the other one and can move relatively, and the second locking member 432 is used for fixing the relative positions of the first supporting member 433 and the second supporting member 434.
The first adjusting member 422 is hinged to the second supporting seat 410, the first supporting member 433 is hinged to the second supporting seat 410, and the second adjusting member 423 is hinged to the first supporting member 433.
In the drawings of the present embodiment, the second adjusting member 423 is sleeved in the first adjusting member 422, the second supporting member 434 is sleeved in the first supporting member 433, the first adjusting member 422, the second adjusting member 423, the first supporting member 433 and the second supporting member 434 may be square pipes, and the first locking member 421 and the second locking member 432 may be bolts.
A plurality of first through holes 4231 are uniformly arranged on the second adjusting member 423 at intervals, and one second through hole 4221 is arranged on the first adjusting member 422. The second adjusting member 423 moves relative to the first adjusting member 422, the supporting component 430 rotates around the second supporting seat 410, and the first locking member 421 penetrates into the second through hole 4221 and is selectively connected with the first through hole 4231 to fix an included angle between the supporting component 430 and the base 300. Wherein, a second through hole 4221 is provided on the first adjusting member 422 to ensure the strength of the first adjusting member 422.
A plurality of third through holes 4341 are uniformly spaced on the second supporting member 434, and a fourth through hole 4331 is formed on the first supporting member 433. The second supporting member 434 moves relative to the first supporting member 433, and the second locking member 432 penetrates into the fourth through hole 4331 and is selectively connected to the third through hole 4341 to fix the length of the supporting member 430, so as to adjust the position between the second end of the first tension band 100 and the counterweight mechanism 200, and to enable the second end of the first tension band 100 to be close to the counterweight mechanism 200 or far away from the counterweight mechanism 200. Wherein, the first supporting member 433 is provided with a fourth through hole 4331 to ensure the strength of the first supporting member 433.
The first adjusting member 422 is hinged to the second ear seat 4112 of the second supporting seat 410, the first supporting member 433 is provided with a third ear seat 4332, the second adjusting member 423 is hinged to the third ear seat 4332, and the first supporting member 433 is hinged to the first ear seat 4111 of the second supporting seat 410.
Next, the position of the pulley 431 and the winding manner of the first tension belt 100 will be described with reference to the support member 430.
The number of the third ear seats 4332 may be multiple, each third ear seat 4332 is disposed at an interval on a side of the first support 433 facing the base 300, a fourth ear seat 4342 is disposed on a side of the second support 434 facing away from the base 300, the third ear seat 4332 close to the second support 434 is used for connecting the second adjusting member 423, the fourth ear seat 4342 and the remaining third ear seats 4332 may be hinged to a pulley 431, and a pulley 431 is disposed in an end of the second support 434 located outside the first support 433. The first tension band 100 is passed around the pulleys 431 in turn as shown in fig. 5, so as to extend out of the second support 434 away from the base 300, thereby facilitating the user's operation of pulling the second end of the first tension band 100.
Wherein, in order to facilitate the pulling operation by the user, the second end of the first tension band 100 may be provided with a handle 600. Optionally, a fixing rod 4343 may be disposed on the fourth ear seat 4342, so that the handle 600 is clamped on the fixing rod 4343 during the movement of the first tension band 100 to the weight mechanism 200, thereby preventing the second end of the first tension band 100 from entering the weight mechanism 200.
In some embodiments, the strength training structure further comprises a second tension band 500, the second tension band 500 is located outside the housing 250, the second tension band 500 is located between the housing 250 and the adjusting mechanism 400, and a first end of the second tension band 500 is sleeved on the first tension band 100. Specifically, a first end of the second tension band 500 and a second end of the second tension band 500 may be connected to the handle 600, and the first tension band 100 may extend out of the weight mechanism 200, pass through the handle 600 of the first end of the second tension band 500, and then be wound around the pulley 431. Thus, the user can pull the second tension band 500 at the position of the second tension band 500 to perform strength training. Wherein, the handle 600 may be connected with the hook 700.

The relative position of the second end of the first tension band 100 and the weight mechanism 200 is adjusted by the adjusting mechanism 400. Referring to fig. 7a, an adapter tension belt 800 is hooked on hooks 700 of first tension belts 100 (or second tension belts 500) on both sides, and a load bar 900 is mounted above the adapter tension belt 800. The user squats down, holds the middle part of the load bar 900 by a shoulder, and stands up and squats down with the load to realize deep squat exercise; or the user stands in the middle of the load bar 900, grasps the load bar 900 with both hands, and pulls upward, so that hard-pull exercise can be realized; alternatively, the user may grab the load bar 900 with both hands and may perform shoulder pushing exercises.
Wherein, the fixing sleeves 910 may be provided at both ends of the load bar 900 and locked by the hand-lock bolt to prevent the transfer tension belt 800 from slipping off the load bar 900.
Referring to fig. 7b, on the basis of fig. 7a, a bench press 1000 is provided on the base 300, and a user lies on the bench press 1000, grasps the weight bar 900 with both hands, and pushes up the weight bar 900, thereby performing bench press exercise.
Referring to fig. 7c, the angle adjustment assembly 420 and the support assembly 430 of the strength training structure on one side are adjusted to a proper angle and length, two handles 1100 are hooked on the hooks 700 at the second end of the first tension band 100, and a bench 1000 or other seat is placed on the base 300. The user sits on the bench press 1000, faces the handle 1100, pedals on the tube 412 with two feet, and grasps one handle 1100 with two hands respectively to pull towards the bench press 1000, so as to realize low-pull and rowing exercises.
Referring to fig. 7d, the angle adjustment assembly 420 and the support assembly 430 on the strength training structure on one side are adjusted to a proper angle and length, a pull handle 1100 is hooked on the hook 700 at the second end of the first tension band 100, the user stands towards the pull handle 1100, the user grasps the pull handle 1100 with one hand with the palm facing upwards, and the lower arm is lifted upwards to realize the lower arm flexion and extension exercise; or, the user stands on the side handle 1100, holds the handle 1100 with the palm facing downwards and the arm is straightened to swing up and down, so that the user can lift and exercise the side body.
Referring to fig. 7e, the angle adjustment assembly 420 and the support assembly 430 on the strength training structures on both sides are adjusted to a proper angle and length, a handle 1100 is hooked on the hook 700 at the second end of the first tension band 100, the user stands on the handle 1100 in the middle of the base 300 in the side direction, and both hands respectively grasp the handles 1100 on both sides, so that the arms are straightened and swung crosswise, and the large-flying bird breast-clamping exercise is realized.

Claims (10)

1. The strength training machine is characterized by comprising a base and at least two strength training structures positioned on the base, wherein the at least two strength training structures are arranged oppositely, each strength training structure comprises a first tension belt, a counterweight mechanism with adjustable resistance and an adjusting mechanism, the first end of each first tension belt is connected with the counterweight mechanism, the second end of each first tension belt is wound on the adjusting mechanism, and the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the relative position of the second end of each first tension belt and the counterweight mechanism.
2. The strength training machine of claim 1, wherein each of the strength training structures are evenly spaced around a circumference of the base.
3. The strength training machine of claim 1, wherein at least two of the strength training structures are located on different circumferences of the base.
4. The strength training machine of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the base has at least two first connecting portions thereon, the weight mechanism has a second connecting portion thereon, and the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are detachably connected.
5. The strength training machine of claim 4, wherein one of the first and second connection portions is a threaded post and the other is a threaded hole that mates with the threaded post.
6. Strength training machine according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the base has at least two supports at its bottom, the projections of the supports on the base being located in the base, one side of the supports being flush with the side of the base.
7. The strength training machine of claim 6, wherein a suction cup is provided on a side of the support base facing away from the base.
8. The strength training machine of claim 4, wherein the counterweight mechanism comprises a resistance adjustment assembly, a driving member, a pulley assembly, and a first support base, the resistance adjustment assembly is electrically connected to the driving member, the resistance adjustment assembly drives the driving member to rotate, and the rotation speed of the driving member can be adjusted;
the first tension belt is wound on the belt wheel assembly, the belt wheel assembly is rotatably connected with the first supporting seat, and the driving piece is connected with the belt wheel assembly to drive the belt wheel assembly to rotate.
9. The strength training machine of claim 8, wherein the resistance adjustment assembly includes a controller and a driver, the driver and the controller both being electrically connected to the driver, the driver adjusting the output torque of the driver based on a control signal from the controller.
10. The strength training machine of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the adjustment mechanism comprises a second support base, an angle adjustment assembly, and a support assembly with adjustable length, the second support base is connected to the base, and the angle adjustment assembly is hinged to the second support base;
the angle adjusting assembly is connected with the supporting assembly so as to adjust an included angle between the supporting assembly and the base;
the supporting component is provided with at least two pulleys, the pulleys are arranged along the length direction of the supporting component, the first end of the supporting component is hinged to the second supporting seat, the second end of the supporting component is a free end, and the first tension belt is wound on each pulley.
