An embodiment of the utility model provides an air conditioner, including indoor set and off-premises station 100 (refer to and draw together 1), the indoor set includes indoor heat exchanger, and off-premises station 100 includes compressor and outdoor heat exchanger.
During refrigeration, high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant discharged by the compressor enters the outdoor heat exchanger for heat exchange, at the moment, the gaseous refrigerant is condensed into high-pressure liquid and throttled by the throttling mechanism, and then the high-pressure liquid refrigerant is changed into low-temperature and low-pressure saturated liquid refrigerant, enters the indoor heat exchanger for positive heat and then flows back to the compressor, and the cycle is repeated so as to achieve the purpose of refrigeration. When heating, the high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant discharged by the compressor enters the indoor heat exchanger for heat exchange, at the moment, the gaseous refrigerant is condensed into high-pressure liquid and throttled by the throttling mechanism, and then the liquid refrigerant is changed into low-temperature low-pressure saturated liquid refrigerant, enters the outdoor heat exchanger for evaporation and then flows back to the compressor, and the circulation is repeated in this way, so that the heating purpose is achieved.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the outdoor unit 100 further includes a casing 10 including a housing 11, wherein a receiving cavity is formed in the housing 11, and the compressor and the outdoor heat exchanger are disposed in the receiving cavity. The outdoor unit 100 further includes a controller assembly, and the controller assembly is also disposed in the accommodating cavity and used for controlling the compressor, the fan, and the like.
The housing 11 further has an opening 111 (see fig. 2) communicating with the accommodating cavity, and the casing 10 further includes a protective door 12, the protective door 12 is movably connected to the housing 11 to enable the opening 111 to be in an open state or a closed state, and when the opening 111 is in the open state, the controller assembly can be at least partially exposed to the outside through the opening 111.
Through the arrangement, when the controller assembly needs to be maintained, the protection door 12 only needs to move relative to the shell 11 to enable the opening 111 to be in an open state, at the moment, the controller assembly is at least partially exposed to the outside through the opening 111, and the controller assembly can be maintained through the opening 111. Compared with the prior art, the controller assembly is not required to be maintained by disassembling the top cover and then disassembling the protective cover 1132, and only the protective door 12 is required to be controlled to move relative to the shell 11, so that the controller assembly is convenient and fast.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in an embodiment, one of the housing 11 and the protection door 12 is provided with a sliding rail 122, and the other is provided with a sliding groove 115, and the protection door 12 is matched with the sliding groove 115 through the sliding rail 122, so that the protection door 12 is slidably connected with the housing 11, and the opening 111 is in the above-mentioned opened state or closed state.
In a specific embodiment, the protective door 12 is provided with a sliding rail 122 (see fig. 5), the protective cover 1132 of the housing 11 is provided with a sliding slot 115, and the protective door 12 slides in the sliding slot 115 through the sliding rail 122, so that the opening 111 is in the above-mentioned open state or closed state. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the sliding groove 115 may be disposed on the protection door 12, the sliding rail 122 is disposed on the protection cover 1132 of the housing 11, and the protection door 12 slides relative to the sliding rail 122 through the sliding groove 115, so as to enable the opening 111 to be in the above-mentioned open state or closed state, which is not limited herein.
Further, the two opposite ends of the protection door 12 are both provided with the sliding rails 122, and the protection door 12 is matched with the corresponding sliding grooves 115 on the protection cover 1132 through the sliding rails 122 at the two opposite ends of the protection door 12, so that the opening 111 is in the above-mentioned opening state or closing state, and the sliding stability of the protection door 12 is ensured. It should be understood that in other embodiments, the sliding track 122 may be provided only at one end of the protection door 12, and is not limited herein.
Specifically, the protective door 12 is provided with the above-described slide rail 122 at both ends in the axial direction of the housing 11. It is contemplated that, in other embodiments, the sliding rails 122 may be disposed at two ends in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the housing 11, and are not limited herein.
In an embodiment, when the opening 111 is in the open state, the sliding rail 122 of the protection door 12 can slide out of the sliding slot 115 of the housing 11, so as to enable the protection door 12 to be detachable from the housing 11. It is understood that, in other embodiments, a limiting member may be disposed in the sliding groove 115 or on the sliding rail 122 to limit the sliding rail 122 from sliding out of the sliding groove 115, and the protective door 12 and the housing 11 are not detachable, and are not limited herein.
Fig. 6 is a view illustrating a combination of a protective door and a protective cover of the outdoor unit shown in fig. 1; fig. 7 is a view illustrating a protective door and a protective cover of an outdoor unit according to another embodiment of the present invention; fig. 8 shows an enlarged view at B in fig. 7.
