The application provides a cement clinker conveyer adopts following technical scheme:
a device convenient for conveying cement clinker comprises a conveyor belt, wherein an installation block is arranged above the conveyor belt, and a scraper is fixed on the lower surface of the installation block; the lower surface of the mounting block is fixed with a pair of baffles close to two sides of the conveyor belt, and the baffles are perpendicular to the scraper.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the cement clinker falls onto the conveyor belt from the crusher, the cement clinker can be conveyed away by the conveyor belt, and when the cement clinker passes through the scraper, the cement clinker higher than the scraper is blocked, and the cement clinker passing through the scraper is paved. The cement clinker higher than the bottom of the scraper plate may diffuse towards two sides in the conveying process, and the baffle plate can block the cement clinker diffusing to the edge to prevent the cement clinker from falling off from the conveyor belt. The cement clinker is paved by the scraper and can not fall off from the transmission belt when the transmission belt transmits. This arrangement facilitates the transfer of cement clinker which does not easily fall off the conveyor belt during the transfer of cement clinker.

The supporting rods 43 support and fix the striker plate 4, and the connecting plates 41 can prevent cement clinker from going out from two sides of the baffle 33, so that the cement clinker can better fall on the conveyor belt 1.
One end of the conveyor belt 1 close to the crusher 2 is provided with a support frame 5, a protection plate 51 is arranged on the support frame 5, the protection plate 51 is fixedly connected to the support frame 5 through bolts, and the protection plate 51 is bent towards the crusher 2 at one end of the conveyor belt 1. The protection plate 51 is provided with the opening 52, when a worker observes the conveying condition of the transmission belt 1 to cement clinker from one side of the protection plate 51, the protection plate 51 can prevent the worker from being injured, and the worker can observe the transmission condition of the transmission belt through the opening 52. The protection plate 51 is fixedly connected to the support frame 5 by bolts.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the cement clinker falls onto the conveyor belt 1 from the crusher 2, the cement clinker falls onto the baffle plate 4, and the baffle plate 4 and the connecting plate 41 can ensure that the cement clinker falls onto the conveyor belt 1; the cement clinker falling on the conveyor belt 1 passes through the scraper 32 under the driving of the conveyor belt 1, the scraper 32 blocks the cement clinker higher than the bottom of the scraper 32, and the cement clinker passing through the scraper 32 is stably conveyed to the next process on the conveyor belt 1.
