Claims (10)
1. A valve seat removal tool, comprising: the dismounting head, the pulling rod and the jacking dismounting part;
the disassembly head is detachably connected with the pull rod and is used for extending into the throttle valve seat and being connected with the through hole in the side wall of the valve seat;
the jacking and disassembling part comprises a jacking body and a rotary stressing component, the jacking body is movably connected with the pulling rod, the jacking body is used for jacking with a valve seat disassembling port of the throttle valve, the rotary stressing component is in threaded connection with the pulling rod, and the rotary stressing component is used for jacking the jacking body.
2. The valve seat removal tool of claim 1, wherein the removal head comprises an insert rod and a connector, the insert rod being connected to the pull rod through the connector;
the length of the inserted rod is larger than the inner diameter of the valve seat, and the area of the radial section of the inserted rod is smaller than that of the through hole in the side wall of the valve seat.

The valve seat removing tool according to claim 2, wherein the connecting head is provided with a connecting groove with an internal thread, the pull rod is provided with an external thread, and the connecting head and the pull rod are connected in a matching manner through the internal thread and the external thread.

The valve seat disassembling tool according to claim 2, wherein a clamping groove is formed in the connecting head, a clamping head matched with the clamping groove is arranged at the end of the pull rod, and the connecting head and the pull rod are clamped in a matched mode through the clamping groove and the clamping head.
5. The valve seat removing tool according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the supporting body comprises a circular plate body, and a central hole for penetrating the pull rod is formed in the center of the circular plate body.
6. The valve seat removal tool according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the retainer includes a plurality of retaining claws and a connecting ring, and the plurality of retaining claws are evenly distributed on a peripheral side of the connecting ring.
7. The valve seat removal tool of claim 6, wherein the number of the holding claws is at least three.
8. The valve seat removal tool of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the rotating force member comprises a nut.
9. The valve seat removal tool of claim 8, wherein the rotary force member further comprises at least two force application rods, at least two of the force application rods being spaced apart and connected to a peripheral side of the nut.
10. The valve seat removal tool of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the pull rod comprises a hollow rod body.
