Claims (9)

1. A degumming machine is characterized by comprising a shell (1), a first driving device (4), two groups of mounting frames (5), a plurality of groups of conveying rollers (6), a degumming roller (8), a second telescopic device (19), a mounting plate (20), a plurality of groups of first telescopic devices (27) and a dust collection assembly (29);
the two groups of mounting racks (5) are distributed side by side, the two groups of mounting racks (5) are connected with the inner wall of the shell (1) in a sliding manner, and the end surfaces, far away from each other, of the two groups of mounting racks (5) are respectively connected with a plurality of groups of telescopic ends of first telescopic devices (27) used for driving the two groups of mounting racks (5) to approach or move away from each other; the fixed ends of the multiple groups of first telescopic devices (27) are connected with the inner wall of the shell (1); a glue removing space for accommodating the door panel to be treated is reserved between the two groups of mounting frames (5); the glue removing space is provided with an opening (17) for the door panel to be treated to pass through on the end surface of the shell (1); wherein, a driving component (28) and a gas collecting cover (11) which are used for driving a plurality of groups of second telescopic devices (19) to reciprocate along the length direction of the two groups of mounting racks (5) are arranged in the shell (1); the air outlet end of the air collecting hood (11) is communicated with a dust collection component (29) for collecting the lifted debris particles in the shell (1);
cleaning pieces (7) which are used for rubbing the end face of the door panel to be treated are arranged on the outer peripheral surfaces of the multiple groups of rubber removing rollers (8), the multiple groups of rubber removing rollers (8) are respectively and rotatably connected with one ends, close to each other, of the two groups of mounting frames (5) through rotating shafts arranged at the end parts of the multiple groups of rubber removing rollers (8), the multiple groups of rubber removing rollers (8) on each group of mounting frames (5) are in transmission connection and are distributed at equal intervals, and one of the rubber removing rollers (8) on each group of mounting frames (5) is in transmission connection; the two groups of first driving devices (4) are respectively connected with the two groups of mounting frames (5);
the conveying rollers (6) are distributed side by side, each conveying roller (6) is perpendicular to each rubber removing roller (8), one end of each conveying roller (6) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of one side of the shell (1), the other end of each conveying roller (6) penetrates through the two mounting frames (5) and is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the other side of the shell (1), and the conveying rollers (6) and the rubber removing rollers (8) are distributed in a staggered mode;
one end of the mounting plate (20) is connected with a plurality of groups of second telescopic devices (19) which are used for driving the mounting plate (20) to stretch into or separate from the glue removing space, and a plurality of groups of elastic extrusion assemblies (21) which are used for abutting against the end face of the door plate to be processed are arranged at equal intervals along the moving direction of the other end of the mounting plate (20).

two sets of first guide rollers (18) distribute side by side and all rotate the inner wall of connecting opening (17), leave the clearance that is used for supplying pending door plant to pass between two sets of first guide rollers (18), two sets of first guide rollers (18) all are perpendicular with second guide roller (23).
4. A glue remover according to claim 1, characterized in that the cleaning element (7) is a nylon strip made of nylon material.
5. A glue-removing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the suction assembly (29) comprises an air-extracting device (12) and a dust-collecting bin (13);
the air inlet end of the air draft device (12) is connected with the air outlet port of the air collecting hood (11), and the air outlet end of the air draft device (12) is connected with the air inlet port of the dust collecting box (13); the dust collection box (13) is internally provided with filter cloth (14) along the gas flowing direction.
6. The machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the drive assembly (28) comprises a second drive means (9), a threaded rod (10), a plurality of sets of first slides (15), a plurality of sets of second slides and a guide rod;
the threaded rod (10) and the guide rod are distributed side by side; two ends of the threaded rod (10) are respectively and rotatably connected with the inner wall of the shell (1), and the threaded rod (10) is in transmission connection with the second driving device (9); the second driving device (9) is connected with the shell (1); two ends of the guide rod are respectively connected with the inner wall of the shell (1);
the multiple groups of first sliding parts (15) are respectively connected with the multiple groups of second telescopic devices (19), and the multiple groups of first sliding parts (15) are in threaded fit with the threaded rods (10);
the multiple groups of second sliding parts are all connected with the guide rods in a sliding mode.

The glue removing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the end faces of the two sets of mounting frames (5) close to each other are provided with distance measuring modules (26) for detecting the distance between the mounting frames (5) and the door panel to be treated in the glue removing space.

one end of the pressing rod (214) is connected with the extrusion head (22), and the other end of the pressing rod (214) penetrates through the through hole to extend into the mounting cylinder (211) and is connected with the sliding plate (212); the sliding plate (212) is connected with the inner wall of the mounting cylinder (211) in a sliding way; wherein, the extrusion head (22) is made of elastic material;
the spring (213) is positioned in the mounting cylinder (211) and sleeved on the outer side of the abutting rod (214), and two ends of the spring (213) are respectively connected with the inner wall of the mounting cylinder (211) and the sliding plate (212);
the pressure sensor (16) is positioned in the mounting cylinder (211) and is connected to the end face, away from the sliding plate (212), of the mounting cylinder (211) and connected with the abutting rod (214).

A glue remover according to claim 1, further comprising a control box (30); the control box (30) is connected with the shell (1), a display and a key module are arranged on the control box (30), and a central processing unit (25) is arranged in the control box (30); the central processing unit (25), the display, the key module, the first driving device (4), the driving assembly (28), the dust collection assembly (29), the multiple groups of first telescopic devices (27) and the multiple groups of second telescopic devices (19) are electrically connected.
