In this application, the vacuum cleaner attachment comprises: an attachment body 100 which is hollow inside and opened at both ends to form an air flow passage 110 for air flow circulation; the cover body 200 is disposed outside the accessory body 100, the cover body 200 and a part of the accessory body 100 together form an accommodating space M, and a light source 300 for emitting light is disposed in the accommodating space M; a light guide 400 disposed on the accessory body 100 and at least a portion of the light guide 400 is located outside the accommodating space M, the light guide 400 being used for guiding at least a portion of light to the suction port 101 of the accessory body 100; wherein the central axis of the light guide 400 is substantially parallel to the airflow channel 110.
In this way, light source 300 in this application can give out light, and leaded light 400 can evenly derive the light that light source 300 sent to clean the environment such as narrow slit and gap that the light is darker, from this, can clean the operation under the environment that the light is darker, have convenient to use, advantage that application scope is wide.
In order to provide a better illumination effect, the attachment body 100 is made of a light-transmitting material. Therefore, the light guided out by the light guide 400 can be emitted out through the accessory body 100, thereby ensuring the illumination effect and simultaneously increasing the aesthetic property of the accessory body 100.
Further, the attachment body 100 is in the shape of a flat tube to facilitate cleaning narrow gaps or narrow areas. The narrow sides of the attachment body 100 are symmetrically provided with a pair of light guides 400, and the light guides 400 are substantially parallel to each other. Therefore, the light guide members 400 symmetrically arranged can irradiate from two opposite sides simultaneously, and the lighting effect is good.
In an embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination with fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a split-type arrangement between the cover and the suction portion according to the present application. The attachment body 100 includes a connection portion 120 detachably connected to the vacuum cleaner and a suction portion 130 connected to the connection portion 120, the cover 200 and a portion of the connection portion 120 together form the receiving space M, the suction port 101 is located at an end portion of the suction portion 130 away from the connection portion 120, and the connection portion 120 and the suction portion 130 are integrally formed. In this embodiment, the suction portion 130 and the cover 200 are separated to facilitate installation of the light guide 400, and the light guide 400 can be installed from the suction port.
In another embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination with fig. 4, and fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating an integrated arrangement between the cover and the suction portion according to the present application. The attachment body 100 includes a connection portion 120 detachably connected to the vacuum cleaner and a suction portion 130 connected to the connection portion 120, the cover 200 and a portion of the connection portion 120 together form the receiving space M, the suction port 101 is located at an end portion of the suction portion 130 away from the connection portion 120, and the suction portion 130 and the cover 200 are integrally formed. In this embodiment, the suction part 130 is connected to the connection part 120 through the cover body 200, and the light guide 400 may be installed from the cover body 200 when installed.
Further, please refer to fig. 5 and fig. 6 in combination with fig. 1, in which fig. 5 is a first schematic structural diagram of the light guide member proposed in the present application, and fig. 6 is a second schematic structural diagram of the light guide member proposed in the present application. The light guide 400 is a cylindrical body with light transmission property, and may be a cylinder, a conical cylinder or a prism. The end surface of the light guide 400 close to the light source 300 is an incident surface 410, and the end surface far away from the light source 300 is flush with the suction port 101; the side surface of the light guide 400 close to the airflow channel 110 is at least partially a reflection surface 420 so that the light is guided out toward the outside of the accessory body 100, an exit surface 430 capable of uniformly guiding the light source out is further disposed on the side wall of the light guide 400, and the exit surface 430 is disposed away from the airflow channel 110. The incident surface 410 has a diffusion effect of the light source 300, the reflective surface 420 has a reflection effect of the light source 300, and the emitting surface 430 has a uniform guiding effect of the light source 300. After the light emitted from the light source 300 is incident into the light guide 400 from the incident surface 410, the light is transmitted to the pumping opening 101 in the light guide 400, a portion of the light is directly emitted from the emitting surface 430, and another portion of the light is reflected by the reflecting surface 420 and then emitted from the emitting surface 430. In a preferred embodiment, the length of the reflective surface is one fourth to one fifth of the length of the entire conduit member 400, and the reflective surface is located near the end of the suction opening, so that more light is directed closer to the surface to be cleaned, which is more clearly visible to the user.
Further, the accessory body 100 is provided with a mounting cavity 140 for accommodating the light guide 400, and the mounting cavity 140 is distributed along the airflow direction in the airflow channel 110. The mounting cavity 140 may be located inside the airflow passage 110; or the mounting cavity 140 is located outside the airflow channel 110; or the mounting cavity 140 is partially located within the airflow channel 110 and partially located outside the airflow channel 110. Referring to fig. 7 to 9, fig. 7 is a schematic view of a mounting cavity 140 located in an airflow channel 110, fig. 8 is a schematic view of the mounting cavity 140 located outside the airflow channel 110, and fig. 9 is a schematic view of the mounting cavity 140 located partially in the airflow channel 110 and partially outside the airflow channel 110.
In order to make the light guide member 400 have a better light guiding effect, please refer to fig. 3, a gap 131 is formed on the sidewall of the pumping part 130 to expose the emitting surface 430, so that the light guided out through the emitting surface 430 is directly emitted to the outside, which has an advantage of good light guiding effect. It is understood that the mounting cavity 140 may be independent of the airflow passage 110 or may communicate with the airflow passage 110, the mounting cavity 140 shown in fig. 7 and 9 is independent of the airflow passage 110, and the mounting cavity 140 shown in fig. 8 is in communication with the airflow passage 110.
Considering stability, reliability and the convenience that leaded light 400 connects, can adopting interference fit between leaded light 400 and the installation cavity 140, from this, leaded light 400 installs comparatively conveniently, need not use extra spare part to assemble the operation, and in the use, leaded light 400 can not take place to rock in installation cavity 140, has the advantage of connecting reliably, simple to operate.
Further, referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is an enlarged structural diagram of a region a in fig. 9. One end of the light guide 400 close to the cover 200 is provided with a clip 450 protruding outwards, and the light guide 400 is stationary relative to the installation cavity 140 by positioning the clip 450 in the accommodating space M. Specifically, the connection between the cover 200 and the suction portion 130 has a hole shoulder 210 for engaging with the clip 450, and the hole shoulder 210 and the clip 450 can limit the movement of the light guide 400 in the axial direction. It can be understood that, referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, the clip member 450 can be directly disposed on the light guide member 400, or can be disposed on the light guide member 400 through the connecting seat 440. In this application, the mounting base 500 is fixedly arranged in the accommodating space M, the mounting base 500 has an accommodating groove, the light source 300 is accommodated in the accommodating groove, the light source 300 includes a circuit board 310 located in the accommodating groove and a plurality of LED lamp beads 320 arranged on the circuit board 310, the LED lamp beads 320 are arranged closer to the incident surface 410 than the circuit board 310, the end of the light guide member 400 provided with the incident surface 410 abuts against the notch of the accommodating groove, and therefore axial limiting is achieved through the mounting base 500 and the clamping member 450.
It will be appreciated that the vacuum attachment of the present application can be applied to different usage scenarios, as exemplified below.
The vacuum cleaner attachment in the present application can be applied to a vacuum cleaner. The dust collector comprises the dust collector accessory and a dust collector main body, the dust collector main body and the dust collector accessory are detachably connected, after the dust collector accessory is connected with the dust collector main body, a battery of the dust collector provides a power supply for the light source 300, and when the dust collector works, the light source emits light simultaneously.
In summary, the light guide 400 can uniformly guide the light emitted from the light source 300 to illuminate the cleaning environment such as the narrow slit and the gap with dark light, so that the cleaning operation can be performed in the environment with dark light, and the cleaning device has the advantages of convenience in use and wide application range. Further, the accessory body 100 is made of a light-transmitting material, so that light guided out through the light guide member 400 can be emitted out through the accessory body 100, and the aesthetic property of the accessory body 100 is improved while the illumination effect is ensured. The side wall of the pumping part 130 is provided with a notch 131 which can expose the emitting surface 430, so that the light guided out from the emitting surface 430 can be directly emitted to the outside, and the light guide effect is good.
