Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a locking device for a dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention can rapidly switch between a working state (as shown in fig. 1) and a transportation state (as shown in fig. 2) of the dispenser 100, so as to lock the dispenser 100 at a hanging position corresponding to the transportation state and unlock the hanging position. The scattering device 100 is installed at the rear of the chopper 500 on the harvester, and scatters the materials crushed by the chopper 500. Wherein the spreader 100 is rotatable about a spreader rotation axis 101. The spreader 100 has an operating position corresponding to the operating state and a hanging position corresponding to the transporting state, and the spreader 100 is switched between the operating position and the hanging position by rotating about a spreader rotating shaft 101 (the rotating direction is the direction R in fig. 1).
Specifically, the locking device includes: a rotatable locking member 300, and a hanging member 200 for hanging the locking member 300. Wherein the locking member 300 has a locking position (shown in fig. 2) for hooking the hanging member 200 when the dispenser 100 is rotated to the hanging position, and a stowed position (shown in fig. 1, 3, 4) for not hooking the hanging member 200. The lock 300 is switched between the locking position and the stowed position by rotation. One of the lock 300 and the catch 200 is for mounting to the spreader 100 and the other is for mounting to the harvester housing 400.
The locking device of the spreader provided by the present embodiment is provided with the locking member 300 and the hanging member 200 which are engaged with each other, and when the spreader 100 needs to be hung for transportation, the hanging of the locking member 300 and the hanging member 200 is completed by rotating the spreader 100 to the hanging position and operating the locking member 300 to rotate from the stowed position to the locking position, and then the hanging of the spreader 100 is completed without lifting the spreader 100, so that the locking device of the present embodiment can facilitate the quick switching of the spreader 100 between the working state and the transportation state.
In this embodiment, lock 300 is mounted to harvester housing 400 at an overall height above spreader 100 and at approximately the same height as the upper end of spreader 100 when spreader 100 is in the hanging position. A hanger 200 is mounted to the rear end of the spreader 100 (at the upper end of the spreader 100 when the spreader 100 is in the hanging position). The lock 300 is rotatably installed at a designated position of the harvester housing 400 to cooperate with the hanging member 200 of the spreader 100 to hang the spreader 100.
It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present application, it is not limited that the locking member 300 is installed on the harvester housing 400, and the hitching members 200 are installed on the spreader 100, and only one of the hitching members 200 is needed to be installed on the spreader 100, and the other hitching member is needed to be installed on the harvester housing 400, for example, the hitching member 200 may be fixedly installed on the harvester housing 400, and the locking member 300 may be rotatably installed on the rear end of the spreader 100, and the locking member 300 is hooked with the hitching member 200 to hang up the spreader 100 when the spreader 100 is rotated to the hanging position.
With continued reference to fig. 1-4. To ensure reliable locking of the locking device, the locking device further comprises a connecting spring 330. The linking spring 330 is extended whether in the stowed or locked position, thereby allowing the locking member 300 to remain in the current position without play. The connecting spring 330 has a position with the longest elongation length between the locking position and the retracted position. As shown in FIG. 2, by such an arrangement, the connecting spring 330 can apply a downward force F1 to the locking member 300 when the locking member 300 is hooked to the hook 200, so as to maintain the locking member 300 in the hook-engaged state of the hook 200, prevent the locking member 300 from being disengaged from the hook 200, and ensure the reliability of the locking device in the locked state. Further, by providing the coupling spring 330, the locking member 300 can be maintained at the retracted position or the locking position, and the positional play of the locking member 300 can be prevented.
The position where the extended length of the connection spring 330 is the longest is set as the a position, where the elastic force of the connection spring 330 is the largest. The elastic force of the coupling spring 330 can provide assistance regardless of whether the locking member 300 is rotated toward the stowed position or the locking position. When it is desired to unlock the release spreader 100, the lock 300 is operated to rotate toward the stowed position, and after the lock 300 has passed the a position (rotated upward), the lock 300 can automatically rotate toward the stowed position by virtue of the spring force of the coupling spring 330 without continuing the operator's application of force or relieving the operator's application of force. Similarly, when the hanging and throwing device 100 needs to be locked, the locking member 300 is operated to rotate towards the locking position, after the locking member 300 (rotates downwards) passes through the position A, the locking member 300 can automatically rotate towards the locking position by means of the elastic force of the connecting spring 330 without applying force to an operator or reducing the operation force, and the locking member 300 and the hanging and hanging member 200 are automatically hooked and buckled, so that time and labor are saved.
Specifically, the connection spring 330 has a first connection end 331 and a second connection end 332. The locking member 300 rotates about a fixed rotational axis. The locking member 300 has a first connecting point 326 connected to the first connecting end 331. The first connection point 326 follows the locking element 300. The second connecting end 332 is connected to a fixed second connecting point 312. The connection spring 330 has the longest extension length when the line between the first connection point 326 and the second connection point 312 is passed through by the rotation axis or the connection spring 330 has the longest extension length when the rotation axis passes through the connection spring 330, and the lock member 300 is located at a position between the locking position and the retracted position.
To enable the mounting of the lock 300, the locking device further comprises a stationary seat plate 310 for stationary mounting on the harvester housing 400. The fixed base plate 310 is provided with a rotating shaft 340. The locking member 300 is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft 340. The fixed seat plate 310 provides the second connection point 312 connected to the second connection end 332. Wherein the shaft 340 is generally located between the second connection point 312 and the first connection point 326.
Specifically, the fixed seat plate 310 may be installed on a (left or right) sidewall plate of the harvester housing 400, and when the locking member 300 rotates from the stowed position to the locking position, the locking member 300 gradually extends out of a rear wall plate of the harvester housing 400 to be hooked to the hook 200.
The fixed seat plate 310 is further provided with a first limiting protrusion 311. The first position-limiting protrusion 311 is used to limit the locking member 300 to rotate only on one side of the first position-limiting protrusion 311, and the locking member 300 is located at the retracted position when rotating to contact with the first position-limiting protrusion 311. The first position-limiting protrusion 311 is located above the rotating shaft 340 of the locking member 300. By providing the first stopper protrusion 311, the locking member 300 can be maintained at the retracted position without play by the coupling spring 330. As shown in fig. 4, the upper end of the fixing seat plate 310 is bent to form a first limiting protrusion 311, and a receiving groove for receiving the locking member 300 is further formed at a side edge of the first limiting protrusion 311, so as to prevent the locking member 300 from shaking left and right when the locking member 300 is in the retracted position.
In this embodiment, the fixing seat plate 310 is further provided with a second limiting protrusion. The second stopper protrusion serves to restrict the locking member 300 to be rotatable only at one side of the second stopper protrusion, and the locking member 300 is located at the locking position when rotated to be in contact with the second stopper protrusion. The second limit projection is located below the rotation shaft 340 of the locking member 300. By providing the second stopper protrusion, the locking member 300 can be maintained in the hanging position without play by the coupling spring 330. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lower end of the fixing seat plate 310 is bent to form a second limiting protrusion, and the locking member 300 is rotated and limited when contacting the second limiting protrusion, and cannot be rotated continuously in the counterclockwise direction.
Further, the second limit protrusion also serves as the second connection point 312 to connect with the second connection end 332. The second limiting protrusion is provided with a connection hole for connecting the second connection end 332 of the spring 330. Of course, in other embodiments, the second connection point 312 and the second limit protrusion may be different parts of the fixed seat plate 310, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the present embodiment, the locking member 300 is a plate structure. Specifically, the lock 300 includes a rotary lock plate 320. The plate surface of the rotation lock plate 320 and the plate surface of the fixed seat plate 310 are entirely parallel. The rotation locking plate 320 includes a main plate body 324 provided with the hooking groove 322 and a toggle end 325. The main plate 324 is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft 340. The toggle end 325 extends obliquely with respect to the main plate body 324. The hanging groove 322 is located at one side of the rotating shaft 340, and the toggle end 325 is located at the other side of the rotating shaft 340. The toggle end 325 is always located behind the second connection point 312 when the locking member 300 is switched between the locking position and the stowed position.
Specifically, the rotary locking plate 320 is provided with a hanging groove 322 for the hanging member 200 to be inserted into and a hook 321 located outside the hanging groove 322 at one side of the rotating shaft 340. Wherein the hanging member 200 includes a hanging handle for fixedly mounting on the rear end of the dispenser 100. The hook 321 can hook the hanging handle. The hitch handle has an insertion bar for insertion into the hitch groove 322. The insertion rod is transversely arranged to be inserted into the hanging groove 322 from the opening of the hanging groove 322 to complete hanging.
For the convenience of operation, the hook 321 is further provided with a guiding bevel edge 3211 at a side away from the rotating shaft 340. By arranging the guiding inclined edge 3211, the rotating locking plate 320 can be placed in a locking position before the spreader 100 is hung, then the rotating spreader 100 approaches the locking device, the spreader 100 is pushed continuously, the hanging handle touches the guiding inclined edge 3211, the rotating locking plate 320 is forced to automatically rotate upwards until the rotating handle is pushed inwards to the lower part of the hanging groove 322, the rotating locking plate 320 automatically rotates downwards under the action of the connecting spring 330, the embedding rod of the hanging handle is embedded into the hanging groove 322, the hanging handle is hooked by the hook 321, and then the spreader 100 is locked into the rotating plate device.
In this embodiment, a retaining hole 323 extending toward the rotating shaft 340 is further formed in the hooking groove 322. By providing the retaining hole 323, the handle can be prevented from being separated from the locking plate 320 even when the rotation locking plate 320 is subjected to a force of the spreader 100 from the rear to the front, so that the locking device can securely and reliably lock the spreader 100 to hang. By providing the retaining hole 323, the overall shape of the hooking groove 322 is formed in an "L" shape, the retaining hole 323 at the inner end of the hooking groove 322 provides a margin for forward movement of the hooking handle, and the hooking handle cannot be disengaged from the rotary locking plate 320 regardless of whether it is rotated upward or downward by entering the retaining hole 323. When the external force is released, the spreader 100 is withdrawn from the backstop hole 323 by gravity and remains suspended by the hook 321.
In this embodiment, the hanging handle is a rod structure. The hanging handle is of a U-shaped structure. The U-shaped structure may be welded to the rear end of the spreader 100. The hook 321 at the end of the rotary locking plate 320 can be embedded into the hanging handle to hook the hanging handle, and correspondingly, the embedded rod of the hanging handle can also be embedded into the hanging groove 322 to perform double hook to form a firm and reliable hanging structure.
The locking mechanism of this embodiment may have two modes of operation, each of which may be accomplished by a single person to switch from the operational mode of the dispenser 100 to the transport mode.
1) When the operating state of the spreader 100 is switched to the transportation state, the spreader 100 is rotated from the bottom to the top, and when approaching the locking device, the rotary locking plate 320 of the locking device is rotated, and the rotary locking plate 320 is locked with the hitching handle.
2) When the operating state of the dispenser 100 is switched to the transport state, the locking device is operated to rotate the rotary locking plate 320 of the locking device to the locking position, and then the dispenser 100 is rotated, and when the dispenser approaches the locking device, the dispenser 100 is pushed slightly by force to push the hanging handle of the dispenser 100 into the hanging groove 322 of the rotary locking plate 320 of the locking device, thereby completing the operation.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in another embodiment, the lock member 300 'and the hanger 200' of the locking apparatus of this embodiment can be referred to as the lock member 300 and the hanger 200 of the above embodiment as a whole. The difference is that the hanging member 200 'is a plate body, and can form a stable and reliable hanging relationship when being embedded and hung with the locking member 300'. Specifically, the hanger 200' includes an insertion plate for fixedly mounting on the rear end of the spreader 100. The insertion plate has a U-shaped portion 201' that is inserted into the hooking groove 322. Between the U-shaped portion 201 ' and the upper end wall of the dispenser there is a hooking space 202 ' for the hook projecting into the locking element 300 '. The U-shaped portion 201 'has a larger embeddable area than the embedded bar, and accordingly, the hooking groove 322' has a rectangular notch as a whole. The U-shaped portion 201 'is inserted into the hooking groove 322' to form a firm and reliable hooking relationship without providing the retaining hole 323.
Other structures and working manners of the hanging member 200 'and the locking member 300' in this embodiment can refer to the above embodiments, and are not described in detail in this embodiment.
Based on the same concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a harvester, which is described in the following embodiment. Because the principle of solving the problems and the technical effect which can be obtained by the harvester are similar to those of the locking device of the spreader, the implementation of the harvester can refer to the implementation of the locking device of the spreader, and repeated details are not repeated.
