本实用新型涉及一种无功功率补偿控制器。
背景技术
目前常见的无功功率补偿控制器可以分为通过信号线控制的普通电容控制器和近年发展通过通讯线控制的组合式电容控制器(简称智能电容控制器)。普通电容控制器通过带继电器输出功能的无功补偿控制器控制无功补偿电容器的投切,智能电容控制器是通过带RS485总线的通信功控制无功补偿电容器投切。随着精细化无功补偿的需求不断提升,以及现场负荷由于三相不平衡所产生补偿电容容量有所差异,现场补偿电容的容量需要更精准控制。这些需求是普通电容控制器和智能电容控制器自身无法解决的,需要通过更加精准的补偿容量进行无功功率补偿,这除了补偿电容的多容量有序投入之外,还需要功能更强大的无功功率补偿控制器实现控制。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种无功功率补偿控制器,可以解决上述问题中的至少一种。
无功功率补偿控制器包括:m组共补开关,n组分补开关,处理器模块,以及分别与处理器模块连接的电流互感器、电压互感器、温度传感器、显示模块、无线远传模块、继电器模块、通信控制模块、温度控制模块、数据存储模块和按键输入模块;所述共补开关和所述分补开关分别连接到继电器模块和通信控制模块。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步详细的说明。图1示意性地显示了根据本实用新型的一种实施方式的无功功率补偿控制器的结构。
如图1所示,该无功功率补偿控制器包括:1组到m组共补开关, 1组到n组分补开关,处理器模块,以及分别与处理器模块连接的电流互感器、电压互感器、温度传感器、显示模块、无线远传模块、继电器模块、通信控制模块、温度控制模块、数据存储模块和按键输入模块;所述共补开关和所述分补开关分别连接到继电器模块和通信控制模块。继电器模块或通信控制模块向共补开关或分补开关下达投切指令,共补开关或分补开关通过开关投切对应电容器实现无功补偿的目标。
电流互感器,采集并输出电流信号;电压互感器,采集并输出电压信号;温度传感器,采集并输出无功补偿电容及其相关设备的温度信息;显示模块,用于显示采集的电流、电压、温度等采集信息,以及有功功率、无功功率、功率因数、电容投切状态、输出回路工作状态、过电压保护状态、设备设定参数、电网运行参数、电能质量信息、谐波含量含有量、设备运行参数统计等计算获取信息的显示;无线远传模块,通过无线传输将设备获取的信息传输给远程数据处理服务器,实现设备的远程监控和设备运行数据的远程处理;继电器模块,通过继电器模块的信号输出,将控制信号指令下发给电容控制开关,实现对可独立投切的电容投切的控制;通讯控制模块,通过通讯规约将投切控制指令下发给电容控制开关,实现对可独立投切的电容投切的控制;温度控制模块,当温度传感器采集到无功补偿电容及其相关设备的温度过高时,温度控制打开风扇降温,为无功补偿设备降温;数据存储模块,对设备运行和电网运行信息进行存储记录,保证设备掉电后数据不丢失;按键输入模块,通过按键实现外部操作和人机交互输入功能;处理器模块,接受电量参数,并根据电量参数向继电器模块和通信模块发出电容投、切控制指令。共补开关和对应的共补电容组成对无功功率补偿的一组无功补偿设备,通过继电器模块或通信模块的控制实现补偿设备的三相一起投、切切换;分补开关和对应的分补电容器组成对无功功率补偿的一组无功补偿设备,通过继电器模块或通信模块的控制实现补偿设备的单相独立投、切切换。
m组共补电容分别和m组共补开关连接。n组分补电容分别和n组分补开关连接。
功率因数=有功功率/视在功率,计算出的是整个配电系统的功率因数。
无功功率补偿控制器接入的共补电容器为不同规格容量的电容,这样处理器模块可以根据需要补偿的无功功率大小,选择合适规格的电容投入补偿。
无功功率补偿控制器接入的分补电容器为不同规格容量的电容,这样处理器模块可以根据需要补偿的无功功率大小,选择合适规格的电容投入补偿。
无功功率补偿控制器具有自诊断功能,对补偿效果进行检测,当补偿电容投入指令下发时,无功功率补偿控制器通过对电流、电压、功率因数的变化进行判断,得出该组电容的投入效果,如果投入效果与该组电容参数不符,则无功补偿控制器在显示模块进行报警。
无功功率补偿控制器对同规格型号的电容运行时间累计和投切次数统计,当运行时间过长或者投切次数过多时,更换同型号投切电容的投切顺序,让所有电容使用时间和投切次数相近。
无功功率补偿控制器具有无线远传模块,可以通过无线远传将无功功率补偿控制器的电采集参数及投切状态等信息上传汇总,并可将参数信息通过无线传输给控制器,方便信息在智能客户端的查询和远程操作。
