Background
With the increasing promotion of new energy automobiles in China, the pure electric automobile with the characteristics of green and environmental protection becomes the inevitable trend of the development of the automobile industry in the future, and the pure electric automobile gradually replaces the traditional fuel passenger car to become a common daily travel vehicle. As an important component of electric vehicles, improvements in various performances of lithium ion batteries have been the focus of attention in the industry. In the prior art, the sealing of the battery pack case is realized by forming a flange fastening surface on the upper case of the battery pack and then connecting the flange fastening surface to the lower case of the battery pack. The connection mode can increase the length and the width of the envelope of the whole battery pack, and can reduce the effective space for actually containing the battery in the box body within the specified envelope size; or in a limited space, the length direction and the width direction do not have enough space for the flange fastening surface of the upper box body of the battery to be connected with the lower box body.
In view of the above, a new technical solution is needed to solve the above technical problems.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The purpose of the embodiment of the application is to provide a box, battery package and electric motor car, solve the technical problem that the connection mode of the battery package box among the prior art can occupy the effective storage space of box.

In the case provided in the embodiment of the present application, the second frame 1022 of the second sub case 102 is directly disposed outside the first frame 1012 of the first sub case 101 in a surrounding manner without providing a flange fastening surface on the second sub case 102 along the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the case, and the second frame 1022 and the first frame 1012 are hermetically connected. Therefore, the size of the box body in the length direction and the width direction can not be occupied, the effective storage space of the box body in the length direction and the width direction can be enlarged, and the integral utilization efficiency of the box body is improved.
In one embodiment, the first sub-case 101 and the second sub-case 102 are disposed opposite to each other along a first direction, and the second frame 1022 and the first frame 1012 form a sealing connection perpendicular to the first direction.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first direction X is a thickness direction of the case. In the prior art, flange fastening surfaces are provided on the second sub-tank 102 along the length direction and the width direction perpendicular to the thickness direction, and then the flange fastening surfaces of the first sub-tank 101 and the second sub-tank 102 are fastened and connected along the thickness direction parallel to the tanks. In the embodiment of the present application, the second frame 1022 of the second sub-enclosure 102 is directly disposed outside the first frame 1012 of the first sub-enclosure 101, and then the second frame 1022 and the first frame 1012 are hermetically connected in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the enclosure, which not only saves the effective storage space of the enclosure, but also has a simple connection manner and is easy to operate.

Specifically, a first threaded hole is formed in the first frame 1012, a second threaded hole is formed in the second frame 1022, and the first threaded hole is matched with the second threaded hole; after the second frame 1022 and the first frame 1012 are connected, the bolt 103 is screwed into the second screw hole and the first screw hole, and the first sub-housing 101 and the second sub-housing 102 are hermetically connected. Optionally, the first threaded hole is opened at a position of the first rim 1012 close to the first base plate 1011, and the first threaded hole is opened in plurality around the first rim 1012; the second threaded holes are formed in the edge of the second frame 1022 far away from the second base plate 1021, and a plurality of second threaded holes are formed in the periphery of the second frame 1022; the number of the first threaded holes corresponds to the number of the second threaded holes.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment, further, a sealing bead 104 is circumferentially disposed on an edge of the second frame 1022 close to the first base plate 1011, and the bolt 103 is screwed on the sealing bead 104.
In this embodiment, after the second frame 1022 is sleeved outside the first frame 1012, the sealing bead 104 is disposed around the edge of the second frame 1022 close to the first base plate 1011, the sealing bead 104 is provided with a third threaded hole, the third threaded hole corresponds to the second threaded hole and the first threaded hole in a matching manner, and the bolt 103 is screwed into the corresponding third threaded hole, the second threaded hole and the first threaded hole, so as to achieve the sealing connection between the first sub-box 101 and the second sub-box 102. The sealing bead 104 is provided to enable the second frame 1022 to be tightly fitted with the first frame 1012, so that the first sub-case 101 and the second sub-case 102 are sealed better.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in an embodiment, the sealing bead 104 further includes several sub-beads connected end to end, and the joint of two adjacent sub-beads is screwed with the bolt 103.
Alternatively, the sealing bead 104 may be a unitary structure, but in order to better adapt to the size of the box, several segments of sub-beads are spliced end to form the sealing bead 104, so that the sealing bead 104 can be more closely attached to the second frame 1022, and the first sub-box 101 and the second sub-box 102 can be sealed better. In this embodiment, at least the joint of each two adjacent segments of the sub-pressing strips is screwed with a bolt 103, and optionally, a plurality of bolts 103 are further arranged between the joints of each two adjacent segments of the sub-pressing strips, so that the reliability of sealing the first sub-box 101 and the second sub-box 102 is ensured.
In one embodiment, further, the second frame 1022 and the first frame 1012 are hermetically connected by bolts 103 and foam is disposed between the second frame 1022 and the first frame 1012.
Optionally, in this embodiment, a layer of foam is first disposed between the second frame 1022 and the first frame 1012, and then the second frame 1022 and the first frame 1012 are hermetically connected by the bolts 103, the arrangement of the foam enables the second frame 1022 and the first frame 1012 to be more closely fitted, and the first sub-box 101 and the second sub-box 102 are better sealed.
In one embodiment, foam is further disposed between the second frame 1022 and the first frame 1012, a sealing bead 104 is disposed around the edge of the second frame 1022 close to the first base plate 1011, and the bolt 103 is screwed on the sealing bead 104.
In this embodiment, a layer of foam is firstly disposed between the second edge 1022 and the first edge 1012, then the sealing bead 104 is disposed around the edge of the second edge 1022 close to the first bottom plate 1011, and finally the second edge 1022 and the first edge 1012 are hermetically connected by the bolt 103. Through the arrangement of the foam and the sealing batten 104, the matching tightness of the second frame 1022 and the first frame 1012 is greatly improved, and the sealing between the first sub-box 101 and the second sub-box 102 is better.
Alternatively, the first frame 1012 may be a thin solid structure or a hollow structure, which saves raw materials and reduces the weight of the entire case. The first rim 1012 is integrally extruded and has a fillet welded at the transition corner.
Alternatively, the first sub-casing 101 and the second sub-casing 102 are both substantially rectangular, and rounded at four corners of the rectangle to form a rounded corner structure.
