A double-diaphragm vacuum pump for a vehicle is characterized by comprising a crankcase, wherein a driving assembly, a silencing exhaust assembly, a diaphragm and two groups of end cover assemblies are arranged on the crankcase; each end cover assembly comprises a valve cover, a valve plate and a special-shaped sealing ring arranged between the valve cover and the valve plate; the valve cover comprises a valve cover main body and an air inlet baffle plate, the valve cover main body comprises an air inlet groove and an air outlet groove, an air inlet inclined plane is formed at one position of the side wall of the air inlet groove, a baffle plate through hole is formed in the air inlet baffle plate, when the air inlet baffle plate covers the air inlet groove, the air inlet inclined plane and the side edge of the air inlet baffle plate form a valve cover air inlet, and an air outlet inclined plane is formed at one side of the side wall of the air outlet groove; the valve plate comprises a mounting part fixedly mounted with the crankcase and an arc-shaped structure formed in the mounting part, a first valve plate air inlet and a second valve plate air outlet are formed in the mounting part, the arc-shaped structure comprises an inner concave surface and an outer convex surface, a special-shaped sealing ring supporting platform is formed on the outer convex surface, an air inlet through groove and an air outlet through groove are formed in the special-shaped sealing ring supporting platform, the first valve plate air inlet is communicated with the air inlet through groove, the second valve plate air outlet is communicated with the air outlet through groove, and a second valve plate air inlet and a first valve plate air outlet are also formed in the valve plate; the air inlet of the first valve plate is communicated with the air inlet on the crankcase, the air outlet of the second valve plate is communicated with the air outlet on the crankcase, and the air outlet is communicated with the inner cavity of the crankcase through an air outlet pipeline; the special-shaped sealing ring comprises an air inlet sealing ring and an air outlet sealing ring, an inner sealing ring is formed in the air inlet sealing ring, an air inlet diaphragm is connected in the inner sealing ring, and an air outlet diaphragm is connected in the air outlet sealing ring.
2. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 1, wherein an end surface of the intake baffle is provided with an intake groove engaging structure, and the intake groove engaging structure is engaged with an inner wall of the intake groove when mounted.
3. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 2, wherein a support groove is formed around the intake groove, and the intake baffle is engaged with the support groove when mounted.
4. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 3, wherein the support groove side wall forms a groove projection.
5. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 4, wherein the other end face of the intake baffle forms an intake diaphragm limiting structure which is matched with an intake diaphragm empty groove between the intake diaphragm and the inner sealing ring.
6. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 5, wherein the intake diaphragm limiting structure is a semi-surrounding type structure.
7. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 6, wherein a semi-surrounding connection structure is provided between the inner seal ring and the air inlet seal ring.
8. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 7, wherein the inner seal ring and the air inlet seal ring have a U-shaped connection structure therebetween.
9. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 8, wherein the air outlet groove is a chamfered groove.
10. The dual-diaphragm vacuum pump for vehicles of claim 9, wherein a relief groove is formed on the air outlet groove; a reinforcing structure is formed on the air outlet membrane; when the structure is installed, the reinforcing structure is overlapped with the receding groove part.
11. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 10, wherein a stopper is formed on the air outlet diaphragm and abuts against the air outlet groove.
12. The dual diaphragm vacuum pump of claim 11 wherein said outlet diaphragm is connected to said outlet seal ring at three points.
13. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 12, wherein an outlet diaphragm empty groove is formed between the outlet diaphragm and the outlet seal ring, and an outlet diaphragm limiting structure is formed on the bonnet main body, and when the vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump is mounted, the outlet diaphragm limiting structure extends into the outlet diaphragm empty groove.
14. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 13, wherein the bonnet main body is formed with a contour packing installation groove.
15. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 14, wherein an intake diaphragm limiting boss is formed at the second valve plate intake port to limit the intake diaphragm, and the inner sealing ring surrounds the intake diaphragm limiting boss.
16. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 15, wherein the intake diaphragm limit boss is formed with a boss slope.
17. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 16, wherein the first-valve-plate air outlet port is an annular boss air outlet port.
18. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 17, wherein reinforcing ribs are formed on both sides of the bonnet main body, respectively, and free ends of the reinforcing ribs are mounted on the valve plate or the crankcase.

A dual diaphragm vacuum pump for vehicle as claimed in claim 18, wherein said mounting portion of said valve plate is formed with a valve plate mounting hole, said valve cover main plate is formed with a valve cover mounting hole, said reinforcing rib is formed with a reinforcing rib mounting hole, said crankcase is formed with a screw mounting hole, said valve cover mounting hole and said reinforcing rib mounting hole are fitted with said valve plate mounting hole, and said valve cover and said valve plate are mounted to said crankcase by bolts.
20. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 19, wherein a first positioning pin structure is formed between the valve cover and the valve plate; and a second positioning pin structure is formed between the valve plate and the crankcase.

The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 20, wherein the side edge of the special-shaped seal ring mounting groove comprises an outer side edge formed on the valve cover main body, an air inlet block and an air outlet block, the air inlet block is matched with the air inlet through groove, the air outlet block is matched with the air outlet through groove, the air inlet inclined surface extends to the air inlet block, and the air outlet inclined surface extends to the air outlet block.
22. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 21, wherein the inlet seal ring is integrally formed with the outlet seal ring.
23. A dual diaphragm vacuum pump for vehicle use according to claim 22 wherein said inlet seal ring and said outlet seal ring are of a larger size than the other.
24. A dual diaphragm vacuum pump for vehicle use according to claim 23 wherein said inlet port of said crankcase is connected to an inlet connection by an inlet conduit.

A dual-diaphragm vacuum pump for vehicles as claimed in claim 24, wherein the inlet and outlet ports of the crankcase are formed with an inlet seal groove and an outlet seal groove, respectively, and the inlet seal groove and the outlet seal groove are fitted with an inlet seal and an outlet seal, respectively, when fitted.
26. A vehicular dual diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 25 wherein the two sets of end cap assemblies are mounted symmetrically.
27. The vehicular double-diaphragm vacuum pump according to claim 26, wherein the crankcase is further provided with a first cylindrical mounting hole, a second cylindrical mounting hole and a process-reserved hole.
