The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The packaging film provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail by specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, 2a and 2b, embodiments of the present application provide a packaging film comprising: a membrane body 1;
the film body 1 is divided into a first tearing area 11 and a second tearing area 12;
one side edge of the first tear-off region 11 is connected to one side edge of the second tear-off region 12; the first tear-open area 11 and the second tear-open area 12 are identified in fig. 1 by different filling images, it should be noted that the tear-open areas may not be marked on the actual film body 1, and fig. 1 only identifies the first tear-open area 11 and the second tear-open area 12 by using the filling images for showing and describing aspects.
At least one first tear line 110 is provided in the first tear zone 11 and at least one second tear line 120 is provided in the second tear zone 12;
it should be noted that fig. 2a and 2b show a scenario where only one first tear line 110 and one second tear line 120 are provided, the first tear line 110 and the second tear line 120 being on one side of the tear area. It will be appreciated that a plurality of first tear lines 110 and second tear lines 120 (of course, the number of the first tear lines 110 and second tear lines 120 is consistent) may be provided on the film body 1 and arranged at different positions in the tear area, so that for long-length commodities, tear lines may be provided at both sides and in the middle of the tear area to facilitate unpacking by a consumer from multiple positions. Of course, the number of the tear lines should not be too large, which may cause the overall strength of the packaging film to decrease and the packaging film to be easily damaged, and the number and the positions of the tear lines may be determined according to actual product requirements, which is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In the present embodiment, one end of the first tear line 110 is connected to one end of the second tear line 120, and the tear strength of the second tear line 120 is less than the tear strength of the first tear line 110. Like this tear two sections tear lines that intensity is different through setting up on the membrane body, and two sections tear the line and be connected, the consumer can pull out an opening through the lower tear line of intensity earlier like this, then tear the packing along another tear line, at whole bale breaking in-process, easy operation and laborsaving, improve consumer experience.
The second tear line 120 may also be referred to as a cutout line, an easy-to-tear dense line, etc., and the first tear line 110 may also be referred to as an easy-to-tear line, a tear guide line, etc. In a practical application scenario, an indication icon may be drawn on the film body at a position close to the tear line to guide a consumer to perform an unpacking operation, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the first tear line 110 and the second tear line 120 are arranged along the length direction of the film body 1, or the first tear line 110 and the second tear line 120 are arranged along the width direction of the film body 1.
In the embodiment of the present application, the arrangement directions of the first tear line 110 and the second tear line 120 can be adjusted according to the structural characteristics of the packaged goods. As shown in fig. 2a and 2b, the first tear line 110 and the second tear line 120 are arranged along the width direction of the film body 1, and the arrangement mode can be suitable for long-length commodities, such as: a plurality of bottled beverages arranged in a transverse direction. It will be appreciated that if the length of the packaged product is small but the height is high, for example some high bottled beverages, the first tear line 110 and the second tear line 120 may be arranged along the length of the film body 1 to facilitate unpacking by the consumer.
Further, the second tear line 120 may have a straight line shape, a semi-circular shape or a semi-elliptical shape. It will be appreciated that the second tear line 120 is used for the consumer to initially tear out an opening, and thus the second tear line 120 may be configured to be easily opened for the consumer to perform a unpacking operation, fig. 2a shows a scenario where the second tear line 120 is shaped as a straight line, fig. 2b shows a scenario where the second tear line 120 is shaped as a semi-circle, and in some embodiments, the second tear line 120 may have a length of 15-30 mm.
Specifically, the first tear line 110 includes a plurality of first through holes arranged at intervals, the first through holes may be circular or oval, and the second tear line 120 includes a plurality of second through holes arranged at intervals, the second through holes may be circular or oval, and the tear line is formed by continuously perforating at intervals.
It should be noted that the first tear line 110 is identified in fig. 2a and 2b by dashed lines for the purpose of distinguishing it from the identification of the second tear line 120, and does not indicate that the actual shape of the first tear line 110 is dashed.
Furthermore, the aperture of the first through hole is 0.5-1 mm, and the hole distance between adjacent first through holes is 4-6 mm; the aperture of the second through hole is 0.2-0.8 mm, and the hole distance between adjacent second through holes is 1-3 mm.
Adopt above-mentioned size can ensure that the consumer can be comparatively laborsaving tear the packaging film when keeping the packaging film to have certain intensity.
In some embodiments, the packaging film is a POF heat shrink film or a PE heat shrink film. The two films can ensure that the packaging film has certain strength, and the POF film and the PE film adopt a heat sealing technology, so that the film packaging of commodities is facilitated.
Further, a space is provided between the first tear area and the second tear area and the periphery of the film body.
In the embodiment of the present application, it is considered that the POF film and the PE film need to leave a heat-seal waste area at the edge during the heat-sealing process, for example: cutting and heat sealing are synchronously completed at two ends of the POF film by a heat sealing knife during heat sealing, the PE film is cut after the packaging film is transversely wound for one circle, and then heat sealing and bonding are completed in a heat shrinking furnace, so that an area for heat sealing is reserved at the edge of the film; in addition, the bottom, the top and the two ends of the packaged commodity are not suitable to be provided with tearing lines, so that the tearing lines are positioned on the side surface of the commodity package after the commodity package is ensured by arranging intervals between the tearing areas and the peripheral edge of the film body.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the tearing area 30 is located at the side of the bottled product, avoiding the bottom, top and two ends, which are not easy to be unpacked.
