Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1(a) and 1(b), which are perspective views and perspective views of a single-point contact display device according to a first embodiment of the present application, the single-point contact display device includes: a base 10, the base 10 having a base upper surface 11, the base upper surface 11 having a center point 12, and referring to fig. 1(c), which is a sectional front view of the first embodiment along the direction of the adjacent columnar magnets 31, 32, a virtual reference plane 13 passes through the inside of the base 10 as a reference when other components are disposed; a cylindrical body 20, the cylindrical body 20 having a first end 21 and a second end 22; a first magnetic element 23 disposed between the first end 21 and the second end 22 of the column 20; at least one repulsive magnet, which is exemplarily illustrated by four pillar magnets 31, 32, 33 and 34, wherein the four pillar magnets 31, 32, 33 and 34 are disposed above the virtual reference plane 13, the top surface of each pillar magnet is spaced from the virtual reference plane by a second distance b and is equidistant from the center point 12, and each pillar magnet may be disposed on the support 36 on the upper surface 11 of the base, but may be supported by other elements that do not contact with the upper surface 11 of the base.
In the first embodiment, the first magnetic element 23 and the four bar magnets 31, 32, 33 and 34 can be arranged with the N-pole facing upward and perpendicular to the virtual reference plane 13. When the first end 21 is disposed at the center point 12 and the pillar 20 is perpendicular to the virtual reference plane 13, the first magnetic element 23 is also disposed with the N-pole facing upward, wherein the top surface of the first magnetic element 23 is located above the virtual reference plane 13 by a first distance a, wherein the first distance a may be slightly greater than, equal to, or slightly smaller than the second distance b, and preferably the first distance a is slightly greater than the second distance b. By the above configuration, the first magnetic element 23 and each of the columnar magnets 31, 32, 33 and 34 are mutually repelled to achieve a static equilibrium state according to the nature of the magnetic field lines, and by this static equilibrium, the columnar body 20 can stand still on the base 10. In an alternative embodiment, the first magnetic element 23 and the four cylindrical magnets 31, 32, 33 and 34 can be arranged with the S-poles facing upward, which can also achieve the same effect as the above-described arrangement with the N-poles facing upward.
The first embodiment is configured to achieve static equilibrium by utilizing the repulsive force between the first magnetic element 23 and the four column magnets 31, 32, 33 and 34, and even if the first magnetic element 23 is slightly biased toward any one of the column magnets, the resultant force of the repulsive force between the two will push the first magnetic element 23 back to the equilibrium position.
The embodiment of the at least one repulsive magnet of the single-point contact display device of the present application is not limited to four cylindrical magnets, the at least one repulsive magnet may be implemented as one ring-shaped magnet, and the static balance may be achieved when the cylindrical body 20 is placed in the inner circumference thereof; more than two arc magnets, more than three magnets, etc. may be used, and the same effect can be achieved by arranging at least one repulsive magnet, the first magnetic element 23, the columnar body 20, etc. as described above.
The base upper surface 11 of the above embodiment is a horizontal plane parallel to the virtual reference surface 13, however, the base upper surface 11 of each embodiment is not limited to a horizontal plane, and only a tiny plane is needed to receive the first end 21 of the pillar 20 when implemented, and the effect of the present application can be achieved as long as the rest of the components and the virtual reference surface 13 are configured as described above.
Please refer to fig. 2(a) to 2(b), which show the sectional front views of the upper surface of the base of the single-point contact display device of the present application, passing through the symmetry center and along the diagonal direction of the repulsive magnet 30 in different embodiments. In fig. 2(a), the upper surface 11 of the base is a hemispherical groove shape, so that the base has a groove-shaped space, and the columnar magnet 30 is disposed above the upper surface 11 of the base, i.e., outside the base 10. The base upper surface 11 may also be implemented in other shapes, for example: parabolic grooved surfaces, cylindrical grooved surfaces, polyhedral cylindrical grooved surfaces, and the like. In fig. 2(b), the upper surface 11 of the base is a hemispherical groove, so that the base has a groove-shaped space, and at least one repulsive magnet 30 is disposed inside the base 10.
In a second embodiment of the present application, the first embodiment is further modified, and the modification is described in detail below, referring to fig. 3, which shows a sectional front view of the second embodiment of the single-point contact display apparatus according to the present application along the direction of the adjacent repulsive magnet 30, except for the following additional elements, the base 10 of the second embodiment may follow the configuration of the first embodiment. The small groove 14 is formed on the upper surface 11 of the base to fit the shape of the first end 21, so that the first end 21 can be placed in the small groove 14, and on the other hand, the small groove 14 can increase friction to prevent the first end 21 from sliding.
The second embodiment of the single-point contact display apparatus of the present application may further include a pulling magnet assembly 35 and a second magnetic element 24. The pulling magnetic set 35 may be disposed inside the base 10, or may be directly disposed on the upper surface 11 of the base, or a receiving groove may be disposed on a portion of the upper surface 11 of the base, and the receiving groove may be filled with the pulling magnetic set 35. The second magnetic element 24 is disposed in the first end 21. The pulling magnet pack 35 and the second magnetic element 24 are configured to attract each other to prevent the first end 21 from slipping.
The pulling magnet assembly 35 can be implemented in various ways to be configured according to different weights and different gravity center positions of different objects to be displayed, so as to achieve the effect of preventing the objects to be displayed from sliding. As mentioned above, in the present application, the pulling magnet assembly 35 and the second magnetic element 24 are configured to attract each other, and both the pulling magnet assembly 35 and the second magnetic element 24 can be magnets; alternatively, one of the pulling magnet assembly 35 and the second magnetic element 24 may be a magnet, and the other may be a magnetic element. For example, when the second magnetic element 24 is a magnet, the pulling magnet group 35 may be composed of at least three same or different magnetic substance elements, at least two arc-shaped magnetic substance elements, or even one magnetic substance element. For example, when two arc-shaped pulling magnet assemblies 35 are disposed inside the base 10, the two arc-shaped pulling magnet assemblies 35 may be disposed to be approximately circular with the center point 12 as the center and parallel to the base upper surface 11. In short, it is only necessary to provide enough resistance between the upper surface 11 of the base and the displayed object such as the pillar 20 by the attraction force generated by the pulling magnet assembly 35 and the second magnetic element 24 to prevent sliding.
The pulling magnet assembly 35 may be replaced with any attracting element that generates a pulling force or suction force. However, instead of using the over-distance force to implement the traction magnet assembly 35 or the attraction element of the present application, the fastening element using the contact force can also be implemented to perform the function of the traction magnet assembly 35 or the attraction element, and besides the small-sized groove 14 on the upper surface of the base is partially matched with the first end 21 to prevent the first end 21 from sliding, the material with high friction coefficient can also be disposed at the same position to perform the same function.
However, the second magnetic element 24 is not limited to be a material that has a magnetic field or can generate a magnetic field, and a ferromagnetic material such as iron, cobalt, nickel, etc. or an electromagnet may be an equivalent alternative. If the material of the first end 21 itself contains a ferromagnetic material, the first end 21 itself also functions as the second magnetic element 24.
Referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the single-point display device according to the present application is shown, in the present embodiment, the arrangement of the elements included in the display device can be implemented by any of the embodiments described above, except that the display itself does not need to have a magnetic element, but an annular magnetic element 41 is further provided to be sleeved on the periphery of different displays, in this embodiment, a column 29 is used as an example. As long as the column 29 covering the annular magnetic element 41 is in single-point contact with the base 10, the distance between the annular magnetic element 41 and the virtual reference surface 13 is slightly larger than the distance between the top surface of the at least one repulsive magnet 30 and the virtual reference surface 13, which is similar to the arrangement of the first magnetic element 23 in any of the embodiments described above, the effect of the present application can also be achieved. However, this embodiment provides greater flexibility of use as different columns may be substituted, allowing the user to alter the object being displayed.
Meanwhile, in order to stabilize the displayed object more, the embodiment further includes a traction magnet assembly 35 and a bearing magnetic element 25; the function of the pulling magnet assembly 35 is the same as that of the previous embodiment, and the magnetic carrier 25 can be combined with any end of the display, not limited to clipping, buckling or adhering, so that the magnetic carrier 25 and the pulling magnet assembly 35 are configured to attract each other to prevent the display from sliding. However, embodiments of the load bearing magnetic element 25 are not limited to materials that inherently carry or generate a magnetic field, and ferromagnetic materials such as iron, cobalt, nickel, etc. or electromagnets may be equivalent alternatives. In addition, if the material of the exhibit itself contains a ferromagnetic material, the exhibit itself has a function of carrying the magnetic element 25.
The foregoing is considered as illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present application and not in limitation thereof, and it is intended that all simple and equivalent variations of the disclosure, including those described in the claims and claims, be embraced by the present application. It should be noted that the elements utilizing magnetic attraction in the present application, such as the second magnetic element or the traction magnet set and their equivalent elements, are not limited to the materials that have magnetic fields themselves, can generate magnetic fields themselves or can be induced to generate magnetic fields, such as ferromagnetic materials of iron, cobalt, nickel, etc., or electromagnets, and they can be configured as described in the specification, and can be equivalent substitutes therefor. In the present application, the component utilizing the magnetic repulsion, such as the first magnetic component or the repulsive magnet and its equivalent component, must be a material that itself has a magnetic field or can itself generate a magnetic field, such as a magnet or an electromagnet made of various materials, and as long as the component is configured in the manner described in the specification, it can also be an equivalent substitute thereof.
