For example, when the indicator light 114 emits green light, it indicates that the recording pen 10 is receiving audio information; when the color of the indicator light 114 is blue, the recording pen 10 is indicated to perform data interaction with an electronic device 40 such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a computer, an adapter, and the like. Or, for example, when the indicator light 114 flashes with a first flashing rule, it indicates that the recording pen 10 is receiving audio information; when the indicator light 114 flashes according to a second flashing law, the recording pen 10 is instructed to perform data interaction with an electronic device 40 such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a computer, a transcription machine, and the like, wherein the first flashing law is different from the second flashing law. When the indicator light 114 flashes at a first flashing law, the indicator light 114 flashes slowly; when the indicator light 114 flashes according to the second flashing rule, the indicator light 114 flashes faster; alternatively, when the indicator light 114 flashes according to the first flashing rule, the indicator light 114 flashes slowly; when the indicator light 114140 blinks at the second blink rate, the indicator light 114 blinks faster.
The keys 115 include, but are not limited to, a power on key 115, a power off key 115, and the like. The power-on key 115 and the power-off key 115 may be integrated into one key 115, or may be two independent keys 115.
The storage module 116 is electrically connected to the processor 112 for storing the digital audio electrical signal processed by the processor 112. The storage module 116 is also electrically connected to the communication module 113 to transmit the stored digital audio electrical signal to other electronic devices 40 via the communication module 113; or/and the storage module 116 is further electrically connected to the USB interface 121 to transmit the stored digital audio electrical signal to the other electronic device 40 via the USB interface 121.
The charging management chip 117, the power supply 118, and the power management module 119 form a power management system of the recording pen 10, and are used for supplying power to other modules (e.g., the processor 112, the indicator light 114, the memory, etc.) of the recording pen 10. The power source 118 may be a disposable battery or a rechargeable battery. In the present embodiment, the power supply 118 is a rechargeable battery for illustration. The charging management chip 117 is electrically connected to the USB interface 121 and the power supply 118, the power supply 118 is electrically connected to the power supply management module 119, the power supply management module 119 is electrically connected to other modules of the recording pen 10, and in this embodiment, the power supply management module 119 is electrically connected to the processor 112 for illustration. The USB interface 121 is electrically connected to the adapter to receive the electric energy converted by the adapter and output the received electric energy to the charging management module, and the charging management module is configured to manage parameters (for example, current magnitude) of the electric energy output by the USB interface 121 and transmit the parameters to the power supply 118 to charge the power supply 118. The power in the power supply 118 is supplied to the other modules through the power management module 119 to power the other modules. The power management module 119 is configured to manage power supply parameters, such as voltage, of the power supply 118 for supplying power to the other modules.
In addition, the processor 112 is further configured to detect whether the microphone assembly 130 is correctly plugged into the recording pen body 110, and when detecting that the microphone assembly 130 is correctly plugged into the recording pen body 110, respond to the operation of the power-on key 115 to power on; otherwise, when the processor 112 detects that the microphone assembly 130 is not correctly plugged into the recording pen body 110, the microphone assembly cannot be turned on in response to the operation of the power-on key 115.
Fig. 9 shows a schematic diagram of a transcription system 1 according to an embodiment of the present application. The transcription system 1 comprises a transcription device 20 and the recording pen 10 according to any of the foregoing embodiments, wherein the transcription device 20 is configured to receive the audio electrical signal and convert the audio electrical signal into text information.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a transcription system according to another embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, the microphone component 130 in the recording pen 10 picks up audio information of a user, transmits the audio information to the APP of the electronic device 40 such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a computer, and the like through the communication module 113, and the APP of the electronic device 40 such as the mobile phone, the tablet, the computer, and the like uploads the audio information to the cloud 30 for transcription and receives a result transcribed by the cloud 30 for the user to check; and the APP of the electronic device 40 such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a computer, etc. shares the transcribed document to the other electronic device 50 in a two-dimensional code or link mode for the user of the other electronic device 50 to view.
It should be noted that, the present application aims to provide a novel recording pen 10 and a transcription system 1, and the purpose of the present application is achieved by setting connection relationships among various devices and various modules (for example, the coding module 133, the processor 112, the communication module 113, the indicator light 114, the key 115, the storage module 116, the charging management chip 117, the power supply 118, the power supply management module 119, the USB interface 121, and the like). The signals processed by each device and each module are only functions which can be realized by the device, and the module and each module are not improved in an algorithm or software level, so that the application is not considered to be in conformity with the object of patent law on protection of the utility model.
The foregoing is an implementation of the embodiments of the present application, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the embodiments of the present application, and these modifications and decorations are also regarded as the protection scope of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A recording pen, comprising:
a recording pen body; and
the microphone assembly is used for recording sound signals and converting the sound signals into audio electrical signals, and the microphone assembly is detachably connected with the recording pen body.
2. The recording pen of claim 1, further comprising:
the first connecting piece is arranged on the recording pen body; and
the second connecting piece, the second connecting piece set up in the microphone subassembly, the second connecting piece with the connection can be dismantled to first connecting piece, so that the microphone subassembly can be dismantled connect in the recording pen body.
3. The recording pen as claimed in claim 2, wherein when the recording pen is in the on state, the second connecting member is fixed to the first connecting member, and the microphone assembly is not detachable from the recording pen body; when the recording pen is in a power-off state, the second connecting piece and the first connecting piece are loosened, and the microphone assembly and the recording pen body are detachable.
4. The recording pen of claim 3,
the first connecting piece comprises a rotating part, an attraction part, an elastic part and a first fixing part, the attraction part is arranged corresponding to the rotating part and can attract the rotating part or be disconnected with the rotating part, the elastic part is fixed on the rotating part and the recording pen body, and the first fixing part is arranged on the rotating part;
the second connecting piece comprises a connecting part and a second fixing part, the connecting part is fixedly connected to the microphone assembly, and the second fixing part is arranged on the connecting part;
when the recording pen is in a starting state, the suction part sucks the connecting part, the elastic part is in an extending state, and the first fixing part fixes the second fixing part; when the recording pen is in a power-off state, the first fixing part and the second fixing part are loosened.
5. The recording pen according to claim 4, wherein the suction portion is also fixed to the recording pen body, and the suction portion is disposed opposite to the elastic portion.
6. The recording pen according to claim 4, wherein the suction portion and the first fixing portion are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the rotation portion.
7. The recording pen according to claim 4, wherein the first connecting member further comprises a fixing shaft fixed to the recording pen body, and the suction portion is rotatable with respect to the fixing shaft.

The recording pen according to claim 7, wherein when the recording pen is turned on, the engaging portion is energized to engage the connecting portion, and the rotating portion rotates about the fixed shaft in a predetermined direction to allow the first fixing portion to fix the second fixing portion; when the recording pen shut down, the actuation portion cut off the power supply with the disconnection with the connection of connecting portion, just the rotation portion winds the fixed part is rotatory along the opposite direction with predetermineeing the direction, so that first fixed part with the second fixed part loosens, wherein, it is clockwise, perhaps anticlockwise to predetermine the direction.
9. The recording pen of claim 1, wherein the microphone assembly comprises:
at least one microphone for receiving a sound signal and converting the sound signal into an analog electrical audio signal; and
and the coding module is electrically connected with the at least one microphone and used for receiving the analog audio electric signal output by the at least one microphone and converting the analog audio electric signal into a digital audio electric signal.
10. A transcription system comprising a transcription device for receiving said electrical audio signal and converting said electrical audio signal into text information, and a stylus according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
