The argon automatic recovery device according to claim 1, wherein a temperature measuring device (1241) is provided at an outlet of the liquid argon pump (124), and the temperature measuring device (1241) can detect the temperature of the liquid argon at the outlet of the liquid argon pump (124).
9. The automatic argon recovery device according to claim 8, characterized in that a fourth automatic valve (1243) is arranged between the liquid argon pump (124) and the liquid argon metering device (123);
and a fifth automatic valve (1242) is arranged between the liquid argon pump (124) and the liquid argon storage tank (11).
