Compared with the first embodiment, the water inlet device of the washing machine provided by the present embodiment also includes a water inlet valve 3, an inner tube 1, an outer tube 2 and a driving unit 4, and the difference is that the arrangement and movement manner of the inner tube 1 are different from those of the first embodiment.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the inner tube 1 is provided with at least one water through hole 11, the outer tube 2 is sleeved outside the inner tube 1, and the outer tube 2 is provided with at least two water outlets 21 at intervals along the circumferential direction thereof. The driving unit 4 is connected to the inner tube 1 and configured to drive the inner tube 1 to slide along an axial direction of the outer tube 2, so that the water through hole 11 is selectively communicated with one of the water outlets 21.
According to the water inlet device of the washing machine, the driving unit 4 is arranged to drive the inner pipe body 1 to slide relative to the outer pipe body 2 along the axial direction of the inner pipe body, so that on-off control of selective water outlet of different water outlets 21 can be realized, and different water inlet requirements in the washing machine can be met; because each connecting water pipe is not required to be provided with one water inlet valve 3, the risks of electric leakage and power failure of the water inlet valves 3 are reduced, and the use safety and reliability of the water inlet device of the washing machine are improved; meanwhile, the cost of the water inlet device of the washing machine can be reduced due to the fact that the number of the water inlet valves 3 is reduced.
In this embodiment, the inner tube 1 is provided with a water hole 11, and when the inner tube 1 slides along the axial direction relative to the outer tube 2, the water hole 11 is sequentially communicated with the water outlet 21 on the outer tube 2. With this arrangement, the overall length of the outer tube 2 can be shortened. In other embodiments, the inner tube 1 is provided with at least two water through holes 11 at intervals along the axial direction thereof, and when the inner tube 1 slides relative to the outer tube 2 along the axial direction thereof, the water through holes 11 are sequentially communicated with the corresponding water outlets 21, and when any water through hole 11 is communicated with the corresponding water outlet 21, the rest of the water through holes 11 are sealed from the water outlets 21. When a plurality of water through holes 11 are provided, the stroke of the inner pipe body 1 required to slide can be shortened, but the overall length of the outer pipe body 2 is increased. In practical use, the number of the water through holes 11 on the inner pipe body 1 can be set according to requirements.
In order to prevent water from flowing into the space between the inner pipe body 1 and the outer pipe body 2 through the water holes 11, the inner pipe body 1 is provided with a first sealing member 5. The first sealing member 5 is preferably a sleeve-shaped structure, which is sleeved on the inner tube 1 and has a water through hole 51 at a position corresponding to the water through hole 11. Or the structure of the first sealing element 5 can refer to the structure of the sealing element 5 in the first embodiment, at this time, preferably, the two ends of the inner tube 1 are both sleeved with fifth sealing elements, and the fifth sealing elements are sliding sealing elements and move synchronously with the inner tube 1, so as to realize sliding dynamic sealing between the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2. The structure and arrangement of the sliding seal are prior art and will not be described herein.
In the present embodiment, to prevent the water in the inlet valve 3 from flowing into the outer pipe 2, it is preferable that the inlet valve 3 is hermetically connected to the inner pipe 1. And in order to prevent the inlet valve 3 from being damaged and reduce the operational reliability due to the movement of the inlet valve 3 along with the inner pipe 1, the connecting pipe portion 31 of the inlet valve 3 is connected to the inner pipe 1 by a bellows so as to keep the inlet valve 3 stationary by the contraction or extension of the bellows during the sliding along with the inner pipe 1.
More preferably, both ends of the corrugated pipe are provided with hard pipe portions which are screw-coupled with the corresponding coupling pipe portions 31 or the inner pipe body 1, and the arrangement of the hard pipe portions can improve the coupling convenience and coupling reliability. Furthermore, a sixth sealing element is sleeved on the outer peripheral wall of the hard tube part and used for realizing the sealing connection between the corrugated tube and the water inlet valve 3 and the inner tube body 1.
In the present embodiment, the driving unit 4 is preferably a wax motor, which is small and low in cost. In other embodiments, the driving unit 4 may be a linear motor with other structural forms, or an oil cylinder with a smaller volume, or a rotary motor may be further selected to cooperate with a rack-and-pinion mechanism to realize linear motion, etc. The structure of the driving unit 4 capable of realizing linear motion is more in the prior art, and this embodiment does not specifically limit and describe here.
The embodiment also provides a washing machine, which comprises the washing machine water inlet device.

Claims (10)

1. A water inlet device of a washing machine, comprising:
the water inlet is formed in one end of the inner pipe body (1), the other end of the inner pipe body is closed, and water passing holes (11) are formed in the pipe wall of the inner pipe body (1) in a penetrating mode;
the outer pipe body (2), the outer pipe body (2) is sleeved on the outer surface of the inner pipe body (1), and at least two water outlets (21) are arranged on the outer pipe body (2) at intervals;
a driving unit (4) connected with the inner pipe body (1) and configured to drive the inner pipe body (1) to rotate around an axis relative to the outer pipe body (2) or slide along the axial direction of the inner pipe body (1) so as to enable the water inlet to be selectively communicated with one water outlet (21) through the water through hole (11).

The water inlet device of the washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the water through holes (11) is the same as that of the water outlets (21), the water outlets (21) and the water through holes (11) are in one-to-one correspondence with each other in the axial direction of the inner tube body (1), and when any one of the water through holes (11) rotates to be communicated with the corresponding water outlet (21), the rest of the water through holes (11) are sealed with the corresponding water outlet (21).

The water inlet device of the washing machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the water outlets (21) are coincident in the circumferential direction of the outer pipe body (2), and the water through holes (11) are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner pipe body (1); or the water through holes (11) are overlapped in the circumferential direction of the inner pipe body (1), and the water outlets (21) are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the outer pipe body (2).
4. A water inlet device for washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that a sealing member is arranged between the inner tube (1) and the outer tube (2) for preventing water flow from the water through holes to between the inner tube (1) and the outer tube (2).

The water inlet device of the washing machine as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the sealing member comprises a first sealing member (5) arranged at the water through hole (11), the first sealing member (5) is connected with the inner pipe body (1), the first sealing member (5) forms a dynamic seal with the inner wall of the outer pipe body (2), and the first sealing member (5) is provided with a water through hole (51) corresponding to the position of the water through hole (11);
or the sealing element comprises a sealing sleeve sleeved between the inner pipe body (1) and the outer pipe body (2), the outer peripheral wall of the sealing sleeve is in interference fit with the inner wall surface of the outer pipe body (2), the inner peripheral wall of the sealing sleeve and the inner pipe body (1) form dynamic sealing, and a water through hole (51) is formed in the position, corresponding to the water outlet (21), of the sealing sleeve.
6. The water inlet device of the washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the water inlet device further comprises a water inlet valve (3), and the water inlet valve (3) is arranged at the water inlet for controlling the on-off of the water inlet.

The washing machine water intake device according to claim 6, characterized in that the drive unit (4) controls the rotation of the inner pipe body (1), the water intake valve (3) is in static sealing connection with the outer pipe body (2), and the water intake valve (3) is in rotational sealing connection with the inner pipe body (1); or
The driving unit (4) controls the inner pipe body (1) to slide relative to the outer pipe body (2), and the water inlet valve (3) is connected with the inner pipe body (1) in a sealing mode through a corrugated pipe.
8. The water inlet device of washing machine as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the bellows has hard pipe parts at both ends, and the hard pipe parts are detachably and hermetically connected with the corresponding water inlet valve (3) or the inner pipe body (1).

A washing machine water inlet device according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the outer tube body (2) comprises at least two segments arranged along its axial direction, each segment is provided with at least one water outlet (21), and two adjacent segments are detachably and hermetically connected.
