The shunt device of the fermented bread long strip forming machine according to claim 1, wherein two opposite side surfaces of the distribution table (4) are provided with grooves (41), a fixing plate (7) is assembled in the grooves (41) in a sliding mode, one end of the fixing plate (7) protrudes out of the distribution table (4), the sliding direction of the fixing plate (7) is perpendicular to the conveying direction of dough, the driving assembly (6) is arranged on the upper surface of one end of the fixing plate (7), and the fixing plate (7) and the distribution table (4) are positioned through abutting bolts (8).
