When the grounding wire is stored, the grounding end of the grounding wire can be clamped in the fixing clamp 124, so that the grounding wire can be wound on the rotating shaft 121 better.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the limiting device 123 includes a bottom plate 1231 and a base plate 1232 rotatably connected to the bottom plate 1231. The second end of the rotating shaft 121 is connected to the bottom plate 1231 of the limiting device 123 (which may be welded) after passing through the second through hole. Two ends of the substrate 1232 are respectively provided with a limit switch 1233, and the limit switch 1233 is a self-locking key switch (the structure of the limit switch can adopt a switch structure for pressing a sign pen); when the switch is pressed down, the limit block of the limit switch 1233 is clamped into the limit hole 130; when the switch is pressed again, the stopper of the limit switch 1233 is disengaged from the stopper hole 130.
