As shown in fig. 1, a portable and movable safety tool storage device 1 provided in an embodiment of the present application includes a storage box 10; a plurality of universal wheels 30 provided at the bottom of the storage box 10; a plurality of storage boxes 20 provided at the top of the storage box 10; the grounding wire arranging mechanism 100 is arranged in the containing box 10; the ground wire arranging mechanism 100 includes a conductor end hanger 110 and a ground wire receiving structure 120; the conductor end hanger 110 is used for hanging the conductor end of the grounding wire; the ground wire receiving structure 120 is used for winding the ground wire.
In one embodiment, two storage boxes may be provided on the top of the storage box 10, one of which is used for storing the signboard; the other storage box is used for placing small objects required in the operation engineering, such as a five-prevention lock, a flashlight and the like. Each containing box 10 can be provided with a box cover, so that a needed safety tool can be found conveniently and quickly, and the box cover can be made of transparent plastics.

When the storage device needs to be moved, the pull rod can be pulled out, and the pull rod is retracted after the use is finished. The telescopic link 40 may be provided on one of the side walls of the body of the receiving box 10.
In one embodiment, the portable and movable safety tool storage device 1 further includes an insulating boot storage device 60 provided in the storage box 10. As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the housing of the storage box 10 is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole; the first through hole and the second through hole are oppositely arranged, and a plurality of limiting holes 130 are arranged on the box body surrounding the second through hole; the ground wire accommodating structure 120 comprises a rotating shaft 121, an operating handle 122 and a limiting device 123; a first end of the rotating shaft 121 passes through the first through hole and then is connected to the operating handle 122; the second end of the rotating shaft 121 passes through the second through hole and then is connected to the limiting device 123, and the limiting device 123 is provided with a limiting switch 1233 matched with the limiting hole 130.
In one embodiment, the rotating shaft 121 may further be provided with a fixing clip 124 for fixing a grounding head of a grounding wire. When the grounding wire is stored, the grounding end of the grounding wire can be clamped in the fixing clamp 124, so that the grounding wire can be wound on the rotating shaft 121 better.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the limiting device 123 includes a bottom plate 1231 and a base plate 1232 rotatably connected to the bottom plate 1231. The second end of the rotating shaft 121 is connected to the bottom plate 1231 of the limiting device 123 (which may be welded) after passing through the second through hole. Two ends of the substrate 1232 are respectively provided with a limit switch 1233, and the limit switch 1233 is a self-locking key switch (the structure of the limit switch can adopt a switch structure for pressing a sign pen); when the switch is pressed down, the limit block of the limit switch 1233 is clamped into the limit hole 130; when the switch is pressed again, the stopper of the limit switch 1233 is disengaged from the stopper hole 130. Through this stop device 123, the rotation axis 121 card is died after the earth connection arrangement is finished, prevents that rotation axis 121 from becoming flexible.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, a plurality of sets of limiting holes 130 may be disposed around the second through hole, considering that the position where the rotating shaft 121 stops after finishing the arrangement of the ground wires is not fixed. Each set of limiting holes 130 includes two limiting holes 130 corresponding to the positions of the limiting switches 1233.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, considering that the ground line has a long length, there is a long residual portion in some cases. The staff need arrange unnecessary part earth connection alone when overhauing the operation, wastes a large amount of time, and easily influences the normal operation of other positions of equipment. The embodiment of the present application also provides a detachable rotating shaft 121. The rotation shaft 121 includes a first rotation shaft 1211, a second rotation shaft 1212, and a third rotation shaft 1213; a first end of the second rotating shaft 1212 is connected to the operating handle 122; a second end of the second rotary shaft 1212 is detachably connected to a first end of the first rotary shaft 1211; a first end of the third rotating shaft 1213 is connected to the limiting device 123; a second end of the third shaft 1213 is detachably coupled to a second end of the first shaft 1211.

In one embodiment, the first end of the second rotating shaft 1212 and the operating handle 122 may be connected by welding. A second end of the second rotating shaft 1212 may be provided with a slot, and a first end of the first rotating shaft 1211 may be provided with a buckle matching with the slot; when in connection, the buckle is rotationally clamped into the corresponding buckle. The first end of the third shaft 1213 and the limiting device 123 can also be connected by welding. Specifically, a first end of the third rotating shaft 1213 is welded to the bottom plate 1231 of the limiting device 123. A second end of the third shaft 1213 may also be provided with a slot, and a second end of the first shaft 1211 is correspondingly provided with a latch matching with the slot. In addition to the above connection, the first shaft 1211 may be connected to the second shaft 1212 and the third shaft 1213 by using a hydrant.

The portable and movable safety tool storage device of claim 2, wherein the rotation shaft comprises a first rotation shaft, a second rotation shaft, and a third rotation shaft; the first end of the second rotating shaft is connected with the operating handle; the second end of the second rotating shaft is detachably connected with the first end of the first rotating shaft; the first end of the third rotating shaft is connected with the limiting device; and the second end of the third rotating shaft is detachably connected with the second end of the first rotating shaft.
4. The storage device for portable and movable safety tools according to claim 2, wherein the rotation shaft is provided with a fixing clip for fixing a grounding terminal of a grounding wire.
5. The portable and movable safety tool storage device of claim 1, further comprising: and an insulating boot storage device disposed in the storage box.
