The washing mechanism 4 comprises a water inlet pipe 41, a pump 42, a water outlet pipe 43 and a washing head 44.
One end of the water inlet pipe 41 extends into the cleaning tank 1, and the other end is connected with the inlet end of the pump 42. In order to prevent iron scraps in the cleaning pool 1 from entering the pump 42, a filter screen is wrapped outside one end of the water inlet pipe 4 extending into the cleaning pool 1. The shower head 44 is in the shape of a square funnel, with a length much greater than its width.
