The coaxial puncture needle kit according to claim 1, wherein the head end of the outer trocar (1) is used for puncturing into the body of a patient, the other end of the outer trocar is provided with an outer trocar positioning seat (101), the open end of the outer trocar positioning seat (101) is provided with a containing groove, the bottom of the containing groove is provided with an inserting hole, and the tail end of the sealed stylet (2) is provided with a stylet base (201); when the needle core is installed, the needle tip of the sealed needle core (2) is inserted into the outer trocar (1) through the insertion hole, and the needle core base (201) is embedded into the accommodating groove of the outer trocar positioning seat (101) for fixing.

The coaxial introducer needle assembly of claim 1, wherein the biopsy positioning base (302) has a mounting hole formed therein for allowing the biopsy needle core (301) to pass therethrough, the guide structure comprising: a guide groove (305) along the axial direction and a positioning groove (306) along the radial direction are arranged on the hole wall of the mounting hole, the positioning groove (306) is communicated with the guide groove (305), a sliding block (307) capable of sliding along the guide groove (305) and the positioning groove (306) is arranged on the biopsy needle core (301), the sliding block (307) can slide to the position of the positioning groove (306) along the guide groove (305) by pressing the biopsy push rod (304), the sliding block (307) can slide into the positioning groove (306) by rotating the biopsy push rod (304), and the needle tip of the biopsy needle core (301) is sampled; after sampling, the biopsy push rod (304) is rotated reversely to rotate the sliding block (307) to the position of the guide groove (305) along the positioning groove (306), and the sliding block (307) can slide along the guide groove (305) by pulling the biopsy push rod (304), so that the needle tip of the biopsy needle core (301) retracts into the needle tube of the outer trocar (1).

The coaxial puncture needle set according to claim 4, wherein the guide groove (305) is an arc-shaped groove, and pressing the biopsy push rod (304) can slide the slide block (307) along the guide groove (305) so as to allow the biopsy needle core (301) to be rotatably sampled while being extended.
